It's the general hypothesis as to why humans have leas diversity in their DNA than just about every other species in existence. I've heard before that around 70,000 BC a supervolcano reduced us to (in some of the lowest estimates) like 100 people.
Well hell. First I figured that I was going to add War as a second domain, but then Kanros came along. Then I thought about the Sun, but then that got ninja'd as well, and by a horse no less

I guess Darkness is what I'll be aiming for now.
And who says that I won't rush my second domain?? AND WHO SAYS IT WON'T BE DARKNESS? EDIT: meh, just realized I can't cause opposites. meh.
@Cyclone I'd say the terrain at the South Pole is what would be if there was no ice there. Also, I think that Arguilla fits the size requirements there. It just means that everything else is just rather large in comparison to South America.
and @ActRaiserTheReturned I'd say that location is a about as centre as I could get without having you in the sea.

Oh, okay. So that entire thing is Orabakh? Or does it have something to do with the map program?
@ActRaiserTheReturned Yup, that entire continent is Orabakh. I didn't make the map, and don't have an programme to make them. If you do have one, I certainly wouldn't be against making one that fits our purposes better. For now though, this one is good enough.
It only took me about a month to get around to making a sheet for the Strong Tribe.
Name: Strong Tribe
Description: A tribe with a population that usually hovers around 500 men and women, they were one of the first groups of humans on Galbar to organize themselves and settle into a village. They fared better than most when humanity was tested by winter, eternal night, and foul beasts. As a result they're rather numerous and have a fortified village atop a hill, with a moat, and walls and homes built from mud brick. This village is in a large grassland surrounded by forests, with a wide river cutting through it. They hunt in the woods and fish the river, while their vassals that share the grasslands mostly farm or rear herds of livestock for food.
For all the years that they have existed as a tribe they have followed only one chieftain, Ialu. They would all die in his name, and they worship the very ground that he walks upon. The Strong Tribe are named so simply and pridefully as a tribute to the Mighty One, the only god that they pay worship to. While many others might call that god fictional, his faithful consider themselves his blessed and chosen warriors: the tribe is feared and renowned as dragon slayers and great warriors. While they certainly have access to fine steel forged by their vassals, they still make plentiful use of cruder armor and weaponry forged from the teeth, leather, and scales of the dragons they've hunted.
Of the 500 or so in the tribe, all are capable of fighting and making use of Wi to some extent. Yet around 300 are Ialu's hunters, standing out from the others. Most liekly the most powerful Wi users on Galbar, the hunters can perform the telekinesis common to all humans, as well as their own twisted form of magic that involves tearing apart an enemy and killing them from the inside out through hemorrhages and the like. Now that they have dealt with Garakai and the Victors, they are also beginning to quickly pick up the art of Vistoc as well. In any case, aside from their magic they are the ones that make use of armor fashioned from the scales and leather of dragons. Incredibly light yet still hard as any steel, they are quick on their feet and as adept in melee as with their magic.
@Cyclone So, the Tribe is the Order, and there are 500 of them. Assuming that the battle took 53 that makes 447, right? All are members of the Order. (assuming Dyun champion attacks and any other deaths incurred over time were regained)
Also, I'd suggest PMing creations to Rtron in future so he can post it in the creations thread xP
I was vague and said around 500, because there's been several timeskips since when they were founded with 500 and so presumably they would have had more people (though recently the Dyun Champion and your victors cut their numbers back).
I've said repeatedly that not all of them really do much fighting, though. There's probably about 250 hunters left since there were 300 before the battle. The rest are decent warriors too but Ialu never really sends them out with his armies.
