RULES

•All Guild Rules will be respected and up-healed in this RP. Don't like it, get on with yourself and go find another Rp •You must post a Character sheet in the OOC, when approved you can move it to the character section, then post in the IC.
•We understand that you have an actual life, though we would like it if you were as active as possible.
•No Sexual content over a PG-13 level.
•No god-modding. I don't think this will come up really, but if the doctors subdue your mentally unstable patient, then they are subdued, end of story.
•Two Well written paragraphs are highly recommended in this Rp, though of course we shall accept more.
•Cursing is totally allowed, because I do it myself, though remember the Guild Rules, darlings.
•More rules may be added.

Physical & mental condition:
Kazlov is incredibly fit and his body is well conditioned, even for his age he is incredibly strong and is constantly working out with whatever he can find. Some would call it an obsession with him, but he keeps himself strong and physically fit on a daily basis. Kazlovs mental condition on the other hand is a bit of a mystery, from a doctors point of view he suffers from a full onset of insanity,a man with no discernible conscious, is prone to violent outbreaks, suffers from paranoia, in all respects any sane doctor considers Kazlov to be an animal who lives by the most basic instinct and that is to kill or be killed, or in other words natural selection, you are either strong enough to live or weak enough to die. However due to his intelligence is extremely hard to truly diagnose him, given Kazlov is known to mess with the doctors like its a game.

Personality:
Cold would be and understatement when it comes to Kazlovs personality, the man is an everyday definition of a rock, his face next to never has any readable expression on it. Incredibly intelligent and sophisticated Kazlov is not to be taken lightly, he constantly enjoys screwing with peoples minds, and he more then enjoys to intimidate the weak minded. Kazlov is sadistic in nature, and revels in the fact that he believes no one can touch him. He believes that he is smarter then everyone else, and that no one can ever dig deeper then he lets them. Kazlov is also prone to violence, however even when he is hurting someone else he never once shows and expression on his face, almost as if what he is doing means absolutely nothing to him. He is remorseless and thrives on weakness's of others, and will exploit his ability to read people and turn their own life against them.

Clothing:
Kazlov is usually dressed in a white shirt which he has ripped the sleeves off of to the shoulders, a pair of white pants, and the standard issue white pair of laceless shoes.

Inventory:
Kalov is known to have only one real personal affect that he keeps on himself at all times, it is a photograph of his younger self, and older man, and older lady, and younger boy and younger girl.

Brief history:
Kazlovs history before his incarceration at the Asylum is widely unknown, before he was placed at the Asylum he was incarcerated at a high security sector in one of the most well protected prisons in the world. Before his incarceration he was arrested after an incredibly violent shoot out which cost three officers their lives, and wounded countless other civilians on a subway platform. It has been noted that Kazlov was possibly linked to several other deaths that had occurred in the same state he had been arrested in, but police were unable to link him to the murders. It is also noted that Kazlov could have been responsible for a possible arson at a state office which cost six deaths, but again nothing linked him too it. After his incarceration, Kazlov was considered extremely unstable and was suffering from an onset of early dementia and insanity. For the safety of the guards and other people, Kazlov was transported to the secluded Asylum far from civilization to keep him on ice and away from other people, especially other prisoners.

Past asylums or occupations:
Currently Kazlov has never been at any other asylums at least none that are located within the United States, his mental status from his country of origin is unknown and will remain that way. His only known incarceration was at a high security detention center somewhere in the Nevada Area where he remained for a week before he was transferred out for his cold and sadistic manners.

Training:
Kazlov is an incredible manipulator, a person who can look at you and figure out things about you. Not things like events in your life or who your family is, but he can look at you and make very accurate predictions about you, and in that he takes joy in using this against you, to manipulate you or to make you break. He is an expert at exploiting peoples fears, and it highly recommended that if you talk to him for extended time that you refrain from given him even the slightest personal information about yourself.

Restrictions:
1. Under no circumstances do you ever stick your hands, fingers, or arms into Kazlovs room while he is unrestrained. This is not just for your well being but your life as well.

2. Under no circumstance is Kazlov ever to be given writing materials, this includes but is not limited to pens, pencils, sharpies, markers, paper.

3. Kazlov is not allowed a standard issue bed, the frame of the bed has been removed for safety of others, he is only allowed a thin standard issue cot which is on the floor. He is not allowed a table, or anything that can be ripped apart and used and a weapon and or means of escape.

4. Under no circumstances will you enter Kazlovs room until he is tranquilized heavily from standard issue tranq which will be issued to you for transport purposes. Further more due to past injuries, you are not allowed to pass into Kazlovs room until the waiting period for the tranq to take effect has passed.

5. When restraining Kazlov he is to be restrained with wrist restraints, shoulder restraints, ankle and leg restraints, and back restraints. Under no circumstance does anyone close to him during transport have the keys to any of the restraints on them.

6. Kazlov is not allowed recreation time unless he is in full restraints, and he is to be kept under constant surveillance when in and about other patients. This also goes for sessions if he is involved in group sessions, he is to be kept at a distance of at least ten feet from other patients.

7. Kazlov will not be administered medication in pill form, all his medications are injected with syringes, thus full restraint protocol must be followed for your own safety.

8. Do not have prolonged conversation with Kazlov for any reason, giving him any information about yourself is forbidden. Your only conversation with him should include instructions for restraints and transport.

Relationships:
Kazlov does not have any relationships really, but it has been observed that he has taken a possible liking to one of the younger female patients named Evangaline Clark. Intention for such are unknown, and he is under constant scrutiny if he is within even ear shot of this patient.

Other:
With all said and done I think I will leave other such things as a surprise in the roleplay ^^

Physical & mental condition: As a former soldier in the army he is physically fit however his mental state is him seeing someone when he is listening to music telling him to stay calm.
Personality: the best way to describe is a laughing joker he stays in the dark watching tv in his cell and doesn't do anything unless he knows it will benefit him in the long wrong and if he ever frowns then you know your gonna die. He is always smiling manically so its hard to get a read on him but when he is calm he is no more harmful then a pet dog.
Appearance:
Clothing: white shirt and white pants but he also wears a straight jacket however he is not locked in its just an accessory to keep him warm
Inventory: an iPod
Brief history: Angelo was a soldier in the army for a time and as such fought to the best of his abilities but as he was on patrol a horrific battle ensued and unfortunately it made him snap causing him to kill both enemy and ally alike but as a result they did win albeit a hollow victory by an insane soldier. While he is insane he was helpful so they decided to get him help and put him in an asylum until he could be considered fit for active duty once more
Restrictions:
1. Never go into his room without putting calming music into the room to calm him
2. when leaving the room make sure the door is closed tightly before turning off the music.
3. if he should go into rage shoot 4 tranquilizers until he is down.
4. Do not give him anything that can be used for a weapon.
5. do not try to deny that he sees someone when music is playing or it will get dangerous fast
6. do not make sudden loud noises, he will assume it is gunfire and will get into a ready stance even if music is playing

Other: his insanity is like an on and off switch if he listens to music. If he listens to music he is calm and cooperative however without it he will go into a bloodrage
