Like I don't want to have to post single sentence posts just to have a conversation with another PC, and it would be nice to work with someone. If anyone would be willing to help me with this, especially on bringing my guy in, it would be greatly appreciated. Well, the best way to go about it, would to have your guy emerge onto the scene. There's plenty of chaos right now. Decide what players you want to go help, and join them.

Communication doesn't have to be a one liner, I think only two of the players are collabing, the rest are free-styling this mother.

Read a few of their posts, it should give you a very clear idea of how to write one.

Backstory: Roger was always an oddball, he seemed to care about safety more than the average joe, he always found that being prepared was always a good thing. Now, he wasn't the type to build a concrete bunker, stock pile only canned foods, and wait it out till humanity is either dead or prospering. To be prepared for him, it is to have a plan, the necessary equipment, and even the necessary skills for any disaster. Be it tornadoes, earthquakes, civil unrest, and even preparing for a deadly pathogen. He learned the basics of shooting a gun, as what is the point of owning a gun if you don't know how to shoot it, right? He learned tips and tricks to survive in most scenarios and such, and even prepared packs for various emergencies. He believed he was prepared for mostly everything that the world could throw at him.

Boy, does that bite him in the butt later in life as he never actually prepared for a Zombie Apocalypse. However, he did at least prepare for most other believable situations and combined all the kits together to make some sort of viable way to survive this crazy hellhole.

Part Two: Skills and Equipment

Skills: Above average survival skills, above average survival knowledge, and basic knowledge on operating handguns

Starting Equipment: A light bulletproof vest, jumpsuit made out of rubberized fabric with inserted kevlar plates, gasmask made out of rubberized fabric, antiseptic, cotton swabs, two handheld radios, three water bottles, purification tablets, and four cans of food.

Starting Weapons: Carbon Steel Crowbar and Smith & Wesson M&P SHIELD™ 9mm

Part Three: Personality, Psychology and Physiology

Bravery: 6

Psychological Stability: 5

Reaction Speed: 7

Physical Strength: 6

Constitution: 6

Party Control: Yes

Makes sense that a guy like yours would be busy barricading his door, or listening to the situation, to determine the best course of action. In his case, survival looks like all he'd be thinking of. Well yeah, I mean technically you could do.

Depends on how far he's gotten down, he might survive the fall. A couple of broken legs might not stop the Destroyer of Worlds from crawling around.

Then again he might just fall off the rope anyway, I'm not oblivious to how insane the idea is.

It'll come down to a dice roll in my next post, if someone hasn't offed him.

I think Roger is on the floor where IceSolstice's characters are at the moment. However, if you want them to bump into each other you can if you want him to move to whatever floor your character is in the apartment.
