I process the turn in the order the posts were made, unless modified by a skill, so if you make a post saying Deimos attacks and then @rush99999 posts that Rocksmith uses We Will Rock You then Deimos won't benefit from the Inspired status effect this turn. However it would still last into the next turn, so you wouldn't lose out completely.

As standard everyone gains +1 Energy at the beginning of the turn, so if you use a power which takes 3 Energy then you'd still be able to use a power which needed 8 Energy the following turn. A couple of the characters have already taken boosts to their Energy regeneration, and some have Energy draining abilities to also boost their power.
