Judging by the picture on your CS it is permanent but ends up hardening and reshaping into armor

Right now you would be at the final stages of phase 3. So your body would probably look like a leather version of the picture on your CS. It won't harden until stage 4. So no horns, wings, or tail. But you'd probably be developing claws and the over all body shape.

Ash only has a week left on his transformation, you have two weeks. So we're almost done with this part. Don't worry I have plans to spice things up after you are done transforming.

That sounds good, his transformation is taking some time I would have never guess. Just make sure its super hot and a mild spicy. ;)

Ash's flames of hell powers are starting to become active so he can't feel heat, and will feel quite hot to the touch. Though for now he can't produce the fire yet.
