Was there something different? How were you able to be sustained when a Gem's body isn't even a real and thus shouldn't be able to provide sustenance to a being of flesh and blood. Damn chivalry and being a gentleman for now, I'm an eternal flame of Science and I must have answers!!!

I see, interesting. I didn't know these things, as I've never had reason to ask before. It's fascinating, and not only does you Gem. . . let's say 'blood' for simplicities sake, manifest in your gem, but you've also got those cute little star-like freckles, it's truly fascinating. Have you noted any other differences in your body? Are you even able to reproduce yourself, I wonder, or are you completely sterile like most hybrid creatures? And if you did, do you think your children would have similar defining characteristics? You're lack of curiousity is maddening to me right now? Do you not realize that you are one in a million, no, one in a trillion? THink about what you're existence could mean for both Gems and Humans alike."
