I am faster than humans but not by much and I guess I can take a punch a little bit better than a normal human but I am nothing near Gem standards. I am weak by Gem standards and I am fascinating as well as inhuman to other humans. Gems disappear when they have a child like me. I am not sure how that would make them feel. They have to give up themselves and give everything they are to their child even knowing that they will have to leave the one they love so that another person they love can live. It is sad. I will never know my mother's voice and never see what she is like with my own eyes. In return, she never got to meet me and know who I would be."
