Deep underground, in a secret lab under Tokyo Japan, a series of experiments took place to create a new breed of human. Better, faster, and stronger than that of a normal human. A group of ordinary teenagers from all over the world were taken and experimented on....but something went VERY wrong. The teens were given powers, powers that humans shouldn’t poses. Now they are split in two. Some want to take down the man who altered them, and some want more power. Now they must fight, and the world will be their battleground....where does your allegiance lie?

Side Descriptions

The Rebels
The Rebels are the group of altered teens who want to take down the scientist who changed them. They not only search for him and a way to be normal again, but they also use their powers to help the people who are in need. They don’t consider themselves heroes, just people looking for a cure any way they can.

The New Breed
The New Breed are the teens that want more power than they already have. They fight to destroy those in their way of that goal (AKA, The Rebels.) They don’t care who gets hurt or what gets destroyed, as long as they get what they want, they couldn’t care less. They take orders from the scientists that made them who they are.

Otherwise known as Anastasia Lambrouge

She was sixteen when she was taken by the scientists, kidnapped from her place in prison; we are unaware of how long it has been since then. We do not know how long she will live now, what could kill her or what her limitations are since we have yet yo find them. She has ceased to age, leaving her permanently stuck at sixteen though she is so much more than that.

She was taken from a convoy on it's wait to the helipad that would take the girl across the ocean to where she would stay imprisoned. The police file states she is from Southern Snowdonia in Wales; even we don't know what she was doing in the United States.

13 proves to be an obedient specimen, even if it is simply for her own gains. She craves more power than we have already accidentally given her and since she cannot do it herself she finds her outlet in destroying anyone who thinks they can kill her - us included in her fits of rage.

At first we had thought we'd killed her during one of our experiments; her heart stopped beating, her body stopped functioning and she went brain dead for hours. We never thought she'd wake up and transferred her to the morgue to have her looked at; the autopsy went without a problem but the next day the girl was sitting on her bed, as per usual - stitches in her chest. Vitals were fine and we thought at first that she would simply come back if she died, though we had troubles finding a way to kill her. As of yet she have tried everything we can think of and she still does not die. She feels pain, plenty of it, though it helps her focus on her tasks; she heals, faster than the average person and beyond all regenerative capabilities. Somewhat like a starfish, though they regrow parts, 13 puts them back on. We have located no way to end her existence.

Traning is going well; she has mastered the use of fire arms though she is not find of them. She has practiced with a pair of scimitar and is rather fond of them, learning all the ins and outs of the weapons. Thus far she has passed all simulations and killed several of the rebels with them; she prefers her bare hands for the killing though.

13's life is full of mystery, even to us, though that is most likely because her father was a CIA agent and when he was wiped off the grid so was she. We could not manage to find birth records or city of birth though we managed to track down her parents via blood tests and found that she had a rather remarkable story for such a young girl. Having hacked her way into her fathers computer and mobile devices she found out what he did for a living and watched him on tapes that never officially existed; when he returned home from a trip she confronted him and they went into hiding. Her mother never spoke to her again for fear of all of their safety. Young Anastasia was taken to his head quarters, invited actually, by his superior agent and the girl was asked what she knew and if she would be quiet. We found that her memory is remarkable, edietic actually when we came to this part of the story. She told them no and they could not kill a child; they erased her and trained her before she went rogue and shot her commanding officer for shooting her father. We found her on her travel to Alcatraz.

For Hyperkinetics the mind's imaging systems and muscle control are perfectly in tune with the motor skills center of the brain. Hyperkinetics possess flawless aim, perfect balance, greatly enhanced motor skills, and perfect synchronization between thought and action.

Analysis

The human nervous system is a collection of separate systems working to make the body and mind function. In the case of the hyperkinetic, the two systems affected are the somatic and sensory networks. This is augmented by a increase in precognition, imagining precise possible outcomes.

The somatic nervous system controls the voluntary use of muscles. When you want to pick up an apple, the somative neurons send a message to your arm and hand muscles, willing them to move the way you choose, gripping the apple and bending your arm to pick it up. The sensory systems take in sensory data and process it. Light bounces off of the apple, the retina processes the light, and transmits an image of the apple to your visual cortex. This is compared against your previous sightings of apples, and is put into the current context.

In the hyperkinetic's brain, both systems are much more efficient. The somatic system works more quickly, and is able to react to stimuli better than most olympic-level athletes. The sensory systems (usually hearing and vision) can process data much finely, allowing the them to focus on the data pertinent to their desired action.

Last, there seems to be some sort of increase in the ability to control cause and effect and envision future outcomes. When planning to jump over a short brick wall, the hyperkinetic can judge the angle and force of the jump necessary to vault the wall, as well as the probable energy required to land and roll safely. The hyperkinetic can judge very specific outcomes from physical actions.

WEAPONS : To Himiko most objects she can lift or throw are weapons but she is most often armed with Kendo Boken and about 20 large coins that she uses like throwing stars

BIO : Himiko was born in the Sakuragawa district of Osaka to an unwed mother who died shortly after childbirth. Placed in state care Himiko lead a mediocre life till one day at the age of 9 she passed a battery of tests which were meant to place underprivileged children in schools best suited to them.

Himiko scored the Third highest in the nation that year and was moved from Osaka to Tokyo to attend an Alpha boarding school for girls. She thrived in the new environment and held the second highest GPA among the others of her grade, life was good and it seemed as if she had found a place to belong.

Then at the age of 15 Himiko was offered a chance to take advanced schooling over the summer and accepted, she was unaware it was all a ruse till it was too late. She was taken to a secret lab deep beneath Tokyo and became another subject of the Human Advancement Project.

Name: Yamada Noriko, "Nori" for short

Weapons: None really, maybe a fishing rod somehow?

Bio: Nori grew up with her father and older sister in Tokyo. Her father was a biologic researcher of some sort, but that was as specific as it got for her because her interests lied elsewhere. A little later, her father died of natural causes. Nori's sister aspired to be like her father and achieve groundbreaking achievements in altering human genetics to develop the "perfect" human being. She would go to great extents for her dreams.

That being said, eventually Nori's sister became so consumed with her crazy goals that she kidnapped her own little sister to conduct traumatizing experiments on. Nori was physically altered to somehow gain the ability to communicate with animals. She managed to escape the facility with her new ability and go into hiding. The police didn't want to believe a word she said and she held the fear that revealing her power would only return her to the underground lab. That, and she's a lazy coward who enjoys exploiting her power in fishing competitions.

Nevertheless, Nori wants to expose what's going on in the lab.

Bio: Natsumi was always extremely intelligent. Because of connections through her father, she began working in the labs straight out of high school (which works to explain how she's such a young scientist). Personality-wise, she externally appears kind and approachable. Nobody would assume immediately how her true personality was, which could generally be described as quite deranged (having experimented on her own sister). For now, she works to hunt down her little sister and any other rebel as well as to continue empowering the New Breed.

Rythian can warp, bend, flip, crush, control and otherwise manipulate physical aspects of space within an area of his choosing, including an area and whatever is inside of that area. He's able to trap subjects or objects in space and push that space, throwing subject and object away from him or to create wormholes, paradoxes, and other strange events by warping spatial areas and twisting them around.

Bio:
Rythian is probably one of the most dangerous teens to be created from the accident. His past is not known since he was homeless when he was found. He doesn't seek to become stronger but is very loyal to the scientist who granted him his powers. He serves the scientist and does his bidding because he believes he owes him. Rythian does know right from wrong and would go rogue if he feels that the scientist demands are too critical. Besides that he tends to cling to the scientist dealing with what ever attempts to hurt him or bad mouths him.

Power:Cloning- West is able to create multiple copies of himself, which are fully under his control. Maintaining multiple clones at a time isn't too difficult for west, as his conciousness is able to coherently understand each perspective. The problem comes when the number increases, as well as the distance between them. If West is too far from the clones, he has difficulty orienting the perspectives; this problem is increased by the number of clones. If a clone experiences pain, West can feel it, as it is simply an extension of his consciousness, a second body, not a second mind. The clones are not permanent, they can be deleted, West is able to turn the clones into their most basic components, breaking them down at the molecular level. West is unable to transfer his true consciousness between the bodies, but the scientists have theorized that this is possible. West is also able to clone all objects on his person, such as a gun, or a cup of coffee. It may be (un)important to note that any food or drink items that West copies are inedible, except by the clones.

Weapon(s):A Browning 1911 pistol, with a silencer of course, and a dagger.

Bio:West never got along with others. People betray you, people let you down, people get in the way. He's always been on his own, doing everything himself, because others would ruin it all. The only reason he goes along with what the scientists say is to watch them burn later. Every person that West has relied on failed him in some way, ripping his trust to shreds, causing a rift between him and people. You could say that West has a bit of a trust issue, that also includes a pension to kill anyone who crosses him.

Bio: When they took her, Reine was living with her mother, her father having left after her 10th birthday. She became the perfect subject after a few tests of her ability, she became feared by the very person that made her when he raised his hand to hit her and found fully solidified shadows spikes aimed at every vital point on his body. She follows orders not because she has to, but because she likes order. She will remain loyal as long as things continue in her favor.
