Name: Emi Hishikawa

Age: 15

Gender: Female.

Personality: The sort of existence who was "born" rather than "made," Emi can be said to have gone through her life without changing in the slightest, as she was already born as a completed being. Emi is the perfect image of a student council president, above the populace but perfectly able to govern them. Her compassion for others is boundless, and she will go out of her way to make sure the student body is happy. At the same time, she is straightforward and harsh in her enforcement of rules. As a completed being, she considers her ethical standards to be the objectively correct ones, and so, while she aims to make the student body happy, it is less so done in terms of "what would make the students happy" and moreso in terms of "what would make Emi happy were she in their place". Rather than understanding others, she dismisses their viewpoints as wrong and posits herself as the absolute standard by which to measure all things. An uptight, overconfident ojou-sama without peer. Any existence that calls itself a delinquent is a flawed existence as per her worldview.

History: Born and raised in a standard ojou-sama-esque manner, silver spoon in the mouth and whatnot. Throughout her life, Emi has always been revered as an idol of sorts, an unreachable peak of humanity. First-rate in all manners and worshipped by the student body, calling her the most exemplary human being in the school district would not be an exaggeration in any sense. At the moment, she is a first-year high school student, and has inexplicably come to serve as the Student Council President despite merely being in her first year. Her approval rating is sky-high, and under her leadership, the school has become a generally more orderly and peaceful place. Truancy has been stamped out, and test scores are at an all-time high. Name: Yuki Shibasawa

Age: 13

Gender: Female.

Personality: A simple enough being. Promiscuous, risque, teasing, these aspects describe her in day to day interaction perfectly. The sort of individual who will never be able to hold down a decent job because her very existence is sexual harassment itself. In spite of this, she has a very clear dichotomy between this practice and her own ideals. She views love as the sole factor of judgment. Ethics, regulations, and the like are merely transient and flawed institutions, in her mind. As such, she gives little thought to how she acts, and consequently chooses to act in a way most "fun" to her, which leads to her risque attitude. Love, on the other hand, is something eternal. It is the gem against which all else is meant to be weighed. One who she deems deserving of her love has their fate decided as a consequence, as due to her belief in the eternity of love, this feeling is one that cannot be set aside. As love is the sole metric of judgment, all other ideals are tossed aside in the face of maintaining this love, strengthening this love, making this love the foremost part of the existence of her beloved. As such, she is capable of being called the type of being known as a "yanderu deredere".
It may also be worth noting that a core ideal of hers is that she loves everyone.

History: While one would assume the presence of a catalyst that led to Yuki's mental state, no such event is present in her life. Rather, her childhood has served as normal to the point of obscenity. She is one of the people who fails to change at all from the beginning to end. While the younger Yuki was far less teasing than her current self, instead being a bright-eyed child who exclaimed adoration for all manner of things, that Yuki and the current one are the same core being; the means of expression are all that has changed. Thus, the only thing worth mentioning is her time in middle school.
Yuki is not the standard form of delinquent; rather, her delinquency is unintentional. As such, she has not engaged in the territory games other delinquents have played in, nor does she have a stake in such fields. Rather, she is renowned as a first-rate wrongdoer for a series of actions she has committed over the course of the past two years, which was around the time she changed her means of expressing her nature. This series of actions includes, but is not limited to:
-Eight hundred and twenty-six separate counts of sexual harassment.
-Being judged as the primary reason for fourteen separate students choosing to leave the school district.
-Four counts of sneaking onto the high school campus and flipping the Student Council President's skirt whilst she was in the middle of a speech addressing the entire student body.
-Causing three teachers to be arrested due to conversations occurring that were of an illicit nature.
-Starting an underground market for sleeping pictures of various school idols' faces.
-Publishing a website listing the three sizes of every girl in the middle school, and all first-years in the high school.
-Installing a fan in a school hallway and, between classes, using it as an apparatus to flip the skirts of roughly thirty girls.
-Doing the above at a larger scale during a school assembly.
-Being the primary reason behind the middle school cracking down on an anti-PDA policy.
And so on.
It is worth noting that the school administration has attempted to suspend her on several occasions, but has withdrawn each time. She is suspected of having some form of blackmail material on them.

Magical Power: Nerd Comma Fucking

Standard: The user will always get 100% on a math test, even when she gets the wrong answers.

Transformed: The user can innately alter "numbers", as an a priori shorthand for what reality does.

Other: No, she's not the violent kind of yandere. That's heavyhanded and overdone.

Name: Akira (Aki) Okura

Age: 14

Gender: Female.

Personality: You told me to make a delinquent. Time to do just that.
Aki is a brash, rebellious, who has "Issues with authority" As teachers and parents would tell her, but she personally prefers to say that she doesn't take shit from anybody. She is naturally distrustful of people, more so of people who have any form of command over her. This is because she sees that power ultimately corrupts if a person has power for a long enough period of time. She is also very vengeful, and impulsive, so if you cross her, be prepared to get your comeuppance in a timely manner. She has a strong sense of right and wrong, and, after learning she can transform, has become a self proclaimed arbiter and enforcer of justice. If she decides that you are to be trusted, and can be her friend, she will have endless amounts of loyalty for you, to the point where she will do anything to protect you, or avenge you if you feel that somebody has trespassed against you. Her basic moral standards stem from the idea that you should only be restricted on doing what can directly cause physical or emotional harm to other people. Lying, cheating, and directly harming anybody are the major things that she has issues with. Beyond that, a person can do most anything, be it act impolite, swear, or act like a slob, she'll accept a person for whoever they are, as long as they do no harm.

History: Aki comes from a very strict home, one which has rules for how to act, speak, and that set a tight schedule and curfew for her. Her parents are affluent, but not from hard work, but from the luck of being from a long linage of very rich people. Neither of them have ever worked a day in their life, and want that to be the same for their daughter. However, they have been turned cruel, unforgiving, and cold from their lifestyle. Though they preach proper behavior, they fail to practice it. Since she was a very little girl, whenever Avi made a mistake, she instantly reprimanded. At first it was a gentle reminder that she wasn't acting proper, but as she was young, she couldn't help but wonder why she was supposed to act they way her parents wanted her to. When she asked, she received the typical, "I told you so." and that never worked for Avi. She needed a reason not to do something, so she would continue on acting how she wanted. This was seen to be callous of her, for her to so openly defy her parents wishes, so then they started to punish her for not listening to her. Grounding her for weeks for simple mistakes, like not saying please and thank you, or even locking her in her room for a night if she did something overtly bad. She hated the situation she was in, so she found a way out. She resolved to control herself completely around her parents, but to act out when she was no longer their watchful eye at school, or when alone with friends. This relationship with her parents was when she first realized that power will corrupt all who have it, as it had with her parents.

Things took a major turn for the better for her when she turned 10 and unlocked her power. She found that she could cause music to be played from apparently nothing. Her life could now literally have a soundtrack of her own creation. As far as her parents know, she only uses it to play classical pieces, primarily to entertain house guests at dinner parties their family semi-regularly host, but in reality, she uses it to listen to any variety of rock, j-pop, and American pop when her parents aren't around.

In school, she doesn't have many friends, buts that's a consequence of her unwillingness to give anybody second chances, or budge her personal standards for how she expects they should act. If a person lies, betrays, or wrongs her even once, it is borderline impossible for that person to convince her to like them. One person that she particularly hates is Emi Hishikawa, in part due to her particularly powerful role as the Head of Student Council, but also because she see's her a close match to what Aki herself could have become if she hadn't found a way to subvert the expectations of her parents. She see's the standards Emi has as completely subjective to herself, as they are based upon what Emi personally believes to be proper, instead of being upon something actually objective.

Magical Power: Musical Melodies

Standard: Evoking any piece of music to play from nothing.

Transformed: She can control music and sound to a great degree. She can make music so loud it can burst ear drums, make shockwaves, or just alter pitch to make very high pitched noises to annoy the crap out of anybody that happen to be pissing her off

Other: She's actually hid the fact that she can transform from her parents, in part because she fears they would use it to bolster their status even more. In addition, she works very hard to keep up a good girl facade in front of her parents, to the point where she's a completely different person. When she's with her parents, she's polite, courteous, and obedient. Her parents have no idea how different she is when they aren't around.

Name: Miko, Sawada

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Personality: Miko doesn't give the impression of being fierce, but her reputation for fighting needs no exaggeration. She's calm, laid-back and actually quite lazy at heart, the sort of girl who would rather sit back and eat a popsicle than do anything on a hot, summer day. She's very observant, taking in all the details of the environment she's in and integrating them into her fighting strategy. Her sharp wit and cunning strategies put her on a level above most common street fighters. With her intelligence, she could probably be top of her class if she actually put in the effort, a fact that her teachers insist on reminding her of daily.

Despite her apparent lack of drive, Miko loves to fight, and has been known to go out of her way to seek out and challenge strong opponents. In this sense, it could be said that fighting is the one thing that motivates her. She's confident and cool at all times, even when faced with impossible odds or far superior opponents.

Miko is prone to the occasional bout of depression, and can sometimes clash with her more hot-headed subordinates. She also has quite a weakness for cute girls, although she usually wouldn't show it. She's frequently bored, and so she may sometimes go off and do things on a whim, with an uncharacteristic lack of planning. This can make her quite a troublesome leader at times, although it's also a part of what makes her so interesting.

She likes Kendo, but doesn't possess a real passion for it like her father does. More so, her devotion to the art is out of a sense of routine, rather than any real motivation.

A dislike for authority is a given.

History: Miko's parents have never really been heavily invested in their daughter's life. Her father, a Kendo master and businessman, always found his strict nature clashing with his daughter's free-spirited, laid-back style, and the two of them had a hard time connecting outside of the dojo. On the other hand, Miko's mother was an incredibly passive creature, not involving herself too much, offering her support from the sidelines and only shaking her head in disapproval whenever Miko came back from her latest scuffle.

So, without any particular love for either of her parental figures, Miko's company was limited to herself, and whatever sort of people began to gather around her. These people, attracted by her strength and overall coolness, lifted Miko up into god status, following her around to all of her exploits and sharing stories of her fights with everybody they knew. Soon enough, when she begun to grow up and feel more and more rebellious, her fights got more intense, and her friends began to tiptoe further away from the law. Shoplifting, mostly, and selling stolen or otherwise smuggled goods to other students at school.

By the time she made it to her second year of middle school, Miko was already something of a legend. She had a great fighting record, and had battled several other prestigious Magical Girls. She still ran the school's black market, as one of the school's more powerful gangs, although she hardly had complete control over the school. The teachers might have been aware of her, but there was nothing they could do, not when she was as powerful of a magical girl as she was.

Now, she has started to look ahead, preparing for her high school debut in two years. One figure stands tall in her future, waiting for her at the end of the line. The final opponent, and perhaps the greatest fight that she would ever partake in, against an opponent even more renowned than herself.

Transformed: Able to transform herself, and by extension her magical power, into various forms of light. Naturally, she is fully capable of manipulating and altering her light, even going as far as using it to sense threats in her environment.

Personality:

At her core Hikaru is insecure and unsettled with her own identity. Being one of the middle children of her family has set her into a path obscurity. Not young enough to be doted on, and not old enough to be given responsibility, she has settled into her role as the invisible child within her home. She comes, she goes, but none of it truly matters. Though many would think this would instill within her a sense of freedom, it's given her quite the opposite. She's caged within her own sense of inferiority, which causes her to work all the harder at seeking attention (and approval, although she would never admit that).

Hikaru is a very mischievous child and adores playing pranks on those around her. She can be ruthless at times and take her joking too far, and is somewhat unapologetic about it unless you nag her for a true apology. She's above average in her academics, which is a surprise to many who find out what her test scores are – additionally, she's equally above average in athletics as well. She never shines, she just gets by, which probably has fueled her prankster nature. It's almost as if she's saying “Give me attention, now!” And it usually doesn't matter to her if the attention she receives is good or bad.

Handling anger or sadness for her usually involves exercising or beating something up just to get rid of her pent up emotions. She will rarely talk about her true feelings with others, most likely due to her parental negligence. She's been known to lash out angrily at anyone who messes with her during these times, so it's probably for the best to just stay out of her way.

History:

She is the middle child of six, with three younger and two older siblings. Her younger sibling, Asagi, was born premature just before Hikaru could celebrate her first birthday. Due to the needs of a premature infant, Hikaru was pushed off to her eldest sister, Michiru, for her to take care of so that their parents could focus solely on Asagi's well-being. Because of the close proximity of their birthdays, Hikaru and Asagi would celebrate them at the same time – with Asagi usually getting the better gifts to compensate for her poor health. Eventually, their birthday cakes began to read “Happy Birthday Asagi”, with no mention of Hikaru. Her parents would explain it was so Asagi would feel more special, and that Hikaru could go enjoy other things that Asagi couldn't.

As you can imagine, Hikaru doesn't like Asagi very much.

All other aspects of her life have been normal, borderline mundane. Because of this she has turned to delinquency, provoking reactions out of authority figures on a daily basis is something she gets a kick out of.

Magical Power: Shining Shadow Summon!

• Standard: Hikaru can manipulate her shadow, making it stretch, shrink, or even change shape.

• Transformed: In her transformed state, Hikaru can manipulate her own shadow as well as nearby shadows. From these shadows she can create shadow summons, creatures that can fight for her. Depending on the size of the shadow, she can even summon more goliath creatures. When these shadow summons “die”, Hikaru can either remake them or meld them together to make something more powerful. Along with shadow summons, she can phase into the shadows and travel rather fast within. Her range of mobility during these times is limited to shadows, or her summons.

History: I am 14, Dad is often away on business, and mom is in a book club when she is not at work. Mother and I occasionally have dinner together and then a movie after. We are a nice family in a modest house. I am a only child so I turn to the internet to keep up with current events, trends, and tech. I go to school and get "C"'s I spend too munch time late at night on the school chat forum so when its time for school I get there just before the bell. I sleep threw my lunch and day dream during class.

Personality: In Weaboo speak: Eneru is a genki girl that tried really hard to be dandere and ended up as a kuudere. In human words, she is an energetic and eager girl, often being the one who comes up with plans in her group, yet her idea of cool is the one of a Ayanami-type character, one that stays quiet and shows little emotion. She tries to be indifferent and quiet but always end up speaking when something annoyingly dumb is going on, resulting in cynical remarks, and her efforts to hide smiles often result in an odd face and a half smile, resulting in something most would see as a smug grim or an indelicate giggle.

History: When she was 6 a truck ran over her family (including distant uncles), her best friend, her dog and her pokemon cartridge. Eneru's parents were engineers on a famous electronics company and her older brother was a gundam aficionado, these influences made the girl like science, electronics and robots since her earlier days. When she was a bit older she notice the science kid was always the one bullied in tv shows, at first this made her scared of schools but having watched gunbuster she decided to ask her parents to get her trained (At first she asked for a giant robot but was convinced to give up.)

She never took the classes very seriously, but in this age of lazy as hell kids she stood out as a brute, soon finding herself surrounded by other delinquent girls. When she got into middle school she tried to join the computer club, but it had been gone for years and nobody else wanted to join, disappointed she joined the only other club with computers in it: The newspaper club. At first it was a bore but soon she found out her true passion, hacking, it all started with a simple email invasion to help an article and before she could see she was wiretapping phones, placing cameras on bathrooms and receiving invitations to join the NSA when she was less of a loli. She has been only doing it for the newspaper but sometimes her delinquent friends suggests that she should start blackmailing students, maybe even teachers for an extra money.

Magical Power: EXEC_WITH.METHOD=MAGICA-PROTOCOL MARK II

Standard: She can mimic computer sounds with her mouth and, with a bit of effort, speak like a cheap vocaloid knockoff

Transformed: Her transformed power turns her into a half-mecha girl, giving her a steel body equipped with engines on her feet and hands and a pair of antennas that can work as a scanner of the area and access electronic devices as well. She is not equipped with rockets or lasers but the mix of electronic targeting, jet propulsion and a metal fist gives her a good standing in melee combat. She can discharge her energy on a conductor like metal or water, but it will make her slower for a quick while.

Name: Hakuran Fujiwara

Gender: Female

Personality: Hakuran is not afraid to use strength when threatened and is a fairly intelligent person. To her the most important thing is her own fun and she will do anything in her power to get whatever she wants. She is loyal to her friends though and if anyone were to threaten them she will make that person suffer. Her favorite pastime is flipping skirts of unsuspecting people with her power and hanging out with friends. She will often act sweet and innocent to adults that blame her for causing trouble and can she can also be quite sarcastic and cynical.

History: Hakuran grew up with 3 older brothers and 2 normal parents. Her childhood was for the most part as regular as it can be. Growing up she was always closest to her youngest older brother who is the black sheep of the family. Unlike her 2 oldest brothers that always got top grades the youngest brother was a delinquent. It was from him that she learned 'the ways of the delinquent' which was just not caring about what adults wanted and just have fun. Because of this her parents didn't expect much from her and left her free to do almost anything she wanted.

During elementary she never studied and always got just enough to make it to the next year and even though her parents didn't care her 2 oldest brothers did. They wanted her to do better so they taught her about the advantages of better grades. Because of this she got better grades and the teachers left her alone. When she awakened her powers her brother showed her the potential of it, to flip skirts. Now she is in her first year of Junior High and hasn't changed her ways in the slightest. She has no respect for authority and gets good enough grades to stop the teachers that want to prevent her having fun.
One of the biggest things in the way of her fun is the student council president Emi Hishikawa and if it was up to her she would rather have someone else in that position.

Magical Power: Solid Air

Standard: She can grab small amounts of air to create a light breeze or compress it into air balls that on contact with anything explode in a sudden small gust of air.

Transformed: She can interact with air as though it was solid. The air she makes solid will remain solid as long as she is touching it, it remains solid for 5 seconds afterwards. She can punch the air to launch solid air spheres. She can also stand on air without needing to fly. She can grab air and make it into certain forms, these forms can't be too complex. Examples are an air cube, an air carpet, an air whip, etc.
