plus he'd also die if over exerted his abilities.
All we need is one more NEST Agent, and we'll have ourselves a Five man Band!
EDIT: What's a word for someone who just hates people?
I have ideas for about 5 characters, two being a part of NEST(Technopath and Crystal/Diamond manipulation/Generation), one being in the Academy(Dragonic Physiology), and one either being apart of no factions at all or being in one of the gangs(Drains the Meta-energy from people, leaving them without their powers, or dead in the case of certain individuals)
I was going to do Titus (super-strong regenerative buttmonkey) but we already have a ragdoll.

You should totally run Titus. Though, I kinda want to see Taylor, or Carol again. I liked them.
MOVING ON TO IMPORANT STUFF
We were discussing the plot on Skype (Which we should really stop doing, since the non-skype peeps can't get involved D:) and our good friend Maxx suggested that I don't railroad people into the Fiends plot. To which I wholeheartedly agree - there's going to be a point where everyone will have to get involved anyway, so let's not force it. He suggested that we do something that we did in an RP ages ago, and come up with multiple plots, for different people. Which, is a very good idea, honestly. Because, it'll help us get immersed in the whole if there's multiple things going on (Which isn't far fetched in a city like this).
Only problem is that we can't come up with anything. Since I want to get you lovely people involved, how about we discuss the plot and come up with plans for it? So far, I can see the story being separated into age groups (1-20, and 20+ Non-NEST).
It's only temporary drain, the loss isn't instant, and it also makes him the meta equivalent of a lightning rod. It also onky effects a certain area, 5 meters at most, the surface of his skin at the least. He can also reverse the flow so that he expels Meta energy from the area. Gives him an advantage over energy type elemental, not so much for metas like your concrete lady. Other than that, he's completely vulnerable to all the things normal people are weak to.
Yep, probably should've just said that instead, now that I think about it.
