[OOC] Marvel/DC: The New Dawn of Superheroes

I've read that, in the eyes of the Spirit of Vengeance, all men are sinful, so I believe so. Don't quote me on it. It also worked on Doctor Strange, but I wouldn't say the man is specifically guilt-free.

Also, he has broken buildings in his epic battles, leaving many homeless men, well, shelterless. B) [[Kidding! Or am I...?]]

Edit: A brief amount of research pulled up some things such as the Penance Stare effecting anyone with guilt, sins, and regrets, and making them feel that for eternity. Ghost Rider has also Penance Stare'd heroes, so I believe it'd work on Superman, yes.

Heh, Penance Stare doesn't really fire beams of guilt, or even clashes with other things. If you look into his eyes, it's basically over. It directly attacks the soul.

With that being said, Ghost Rider only uses the stare on people he needs to use it on, so don't worry 'bout Mana.

Hehe, Hell-carrier... What if ghostrider took the helm? Would the whole helicarrier turn into an extension of his will? This has to happen just once!

Haha, yup. His essence takes over whatever vehicle he's currently 'manning', and turns it into a hell-fire-coated vehicle from Hell.

Alright so Avanhelsing just PMed me eariler today and told me he was dropping out since he was still struggling and didn't want to bog things down. So since we're now all set its time to drop some plan-age. For the first mission Kingpin had an insider with SHIELD who just helped steal a large cache of top secret weaponry for the mob boss. SHIELD had trackers put on them but Kingpin's men put scramblers on them making it difficult to pinpoint where they were taken. So right now they have around three warehouses that the weapons could be. Thus Fury is sending half of the team in three groups of two covertly to three warehouses they have reason to believe are where the weapons are being held. Right now I have the groups as

Group A: Zatara and Scarecrow

Group B: Mr Fantastic and Atom

Group C: Christian Frost and Spider-Girl

I have three possible outcomes for which group finds what, and they'll be randomly assigned in secret.

As for Morningstar, Captain Marvel, Wolverine, Ghost Rider, and Mana. Fury is going to have them do some one on one sparring. Since they wouldn't exactly work for covert work, and Fury is going to want to see how they handle themselves in combat. Since the numbers are uneven Fury is going to have Ghost Rider sit it out since he would also be a dangerous person to put into a fight.

Who fights who will be revealed when the time comes. I'm working on the next post now though.

The guy with superhuman senses and x-ray vision would not be useful in covert work? Ah well, At least Mana is super endurance so Marvel can go all out against him.
