Time Note:

On work days, I'll try and eek out a couple of replies before I have to start getting ready. Days I don't work, I focus on replies first, then development. I work tonight and tomorrow night, then off til Saturday dayshift. So at worst, everyone will have replies before then :P

Tuesday evening (29th) is the start of my 8 day break, so lots of development will be done during that time.

Current todo list:
Create Lydyn/Drache RP
Do all of my replies (in order of oldest response)
Finally do the full writeups for all the villages and Capital
Work on finishing full writeups for the remaining magicks

^ She doesn't have to be there for any official purpose. An event like that would have tons of spectators. It seems to me that it would almost be like when they had gladiators in the Coloseum. Many businesses would shut down and other events would be postponed because anyone who was "loyal to the empire" would be expected to be there to support it. It might even be socially unacceptable for someone to skip the event unless their job was absolutely essential to the running of the kingdom. I'm not sure to what extreme the kingdom is militaristic/patriotic, but according to the intro on the IC page with the whole "might makes right" and such, I would think that a normal person would feel a bit of pressure to show up to support the knights.

The point wasn't so much whether she'd be there or not, but rather if she'd do any good in the support group. Essentially it comes down to this; does she run away like everyone else would to hide in her inn room because of the screams (which I still have no clue what these things are) or will there actually be a benefit for her having joined a group investigating / chasing these creatures? I mean, besides her knowledge of things (though I don't know if she'd know about screamers?), she can scout from the air... but so could our little fairy healer. xD

The only thing you need to ask yourself is "Would my character be here?"

If no, don't join.

If yes, join and have your character do whatever is natural. If they fight, then fight. If they run and hide, do that too. It's not about fitting the character to the story, but putting them in and seeing what they do.

You didn't pressure me and you didn't specifically upset me either. It was just pointed out that if I want a character to be in an event, I should just do so whether they'd be useful or not. They're probably right, but I became too frustrated by not getting a simple yes or no to that question that I believe my feelings would now hinder any ability to role-play this scenario. Gianna won't be missed anyways - no one knows her. :p

Personality: Ava isn't much for talk or even emotions. She tends to stay to herself. Though she seems like your average stick int he mud, Ava is actually nice and pretty chill once you get to know and understand her. She also suffers from nightmares, lucid dreams, and even depression. Ava also tends to be a flirt with others to either steal from them or for personal entertainment.

History: In her previous life, Ava was just an average thief who had screwed up and caused herself to get executed. She then roamed the earth as a lonely spirit, though during this time period she was dead. Ava's depression grew, spirits ave feelings too, and seeing ow no one could ever see a spirit she roamed aimlessly with no purpose. Until that faithful day she was lucky enough to return to her body.

Occupation: Necromancer isn't an occupation. Magic is quite new, often feared or sought after by those gaining power. As such, many mages tend to keep their magicks to themselves. ebonfort.wikia.com/wiki/Player_Economy might have a few more occupations that might interest you, or perhaps, unemployment.

Birthplace/Resides in: Scream Watch is just a village, not the capital. Ebonfort is both the name of the empire that houses the 6 villages, as well as the name of the capital city.

Skills: ebonfort.wikia.com/wiki/Skills You should really read that. As a Corrupted Soul, you get 90 skill points to allot, plus whatever Race's Racial Bonus. You can assign a minimum of 5 points in any skill, a maximum of 40 points in a magic, and a maximum of 50 points in a nonmagic skill.

Still waiting on @RomanAria, @The Grey Dust, and @xXSINXx to do your initial posts in the support group Quest. Once those are done posting will be a bit lenient, operating on the two posts between you posting again method.

I do apologize for not getting any replies done on my day and a half off, my focus was scattered and kept getting busy with adulting. I'm on my day shifts now so I'll be trying to get a reply or two done each evening. No worries though, Tuesday evening starts my 8 day break :D

hey @Twhirtley i said i'd join a little while back then life happened, anyway im making a cs and was wondering how/if i make a half elf/human?

You certainly can be a half elf (though pick the type [Drow, White Elf, or High Elf currently]) and half human. The only thing that adjusts is your racial bonus. You can choose either the bonus from Human or from whichever elf you choose. @TartanO88 Feel free to ask anything, anytime :D
