The President has signed the Regulation of Extraterrestrials and Abnormal Changes in Humans Program, or the R.E.A.C.H Program. Anyone with super human powers or a human with abnormally trained skills(think artemis, green arrow, batman, robin, etc.) will now be forced to register their identification with the government in order to use their powers and skills in public. Those who refuse are treated as criminals and arrested as such. Humans should not fear an undercover invasion like the tragedy of June 2016. Humans will never live in fear again of not knowing who their neighbor really is at night. Superhumans will never fear showing people their true selves. It is a world of harmony. At least that is what everyone thought.
People who have registered have begun to disappear. Everyone excluding the Justice League, Young Justice Team, and every single villain in the world. The league has yet to address the issue yet to keep the world from panicking but have decided that the team is to look into the problem and figure it out before anything bad happens.

Powers: Super Speed
-She can move at speeds faster than the speed of sound. This speed extends to her speech and perception, enabling her to speak at higher frequencies and see objects at speeds far higher than what the typical human eye could perceive.
-Accelerated healing: Tori heals faster than the average human.
-Superhuman endurance: Tori is very sturdy against beatings. Though her costume helps by providing some padding.
-Superhuman reflexes: Tori's reflexes were enhanced with his speed. She can dodge and react to attacks easier than others but she can not, however, perform intricate tasks at high speed.
-Although she continues to work at Molecular Vibration under her father's uncle's advisory, she has yet to really be able to do it and tends to get a nose bleed when she tries.
Weaknesses:
-High Metabolism(can be seen as good and bad). With her high metabolism she needs to eat a lot to keep her energy up so if she were ever to be in a place without food for too long(48 hours) then she will slip into a coma and possibly die.
-She tends to have a clumsy side but luckily she doesn't show that as often when running at super speeds

Personality: Tori is more like her father when it comes to personality. She tends to make jokes to help lighten moods and due to her clumsiness it helps make her even more of a clown. Tori seems to always be hyper active and her mother has band her from any school sports much to her own dismay. Tori also has the impatience that leads to recklessness like her father did although just like her mother she can become really serious when she needs to be.
History: Victoria Iris Crock-West is the daughter of Artemis Crock and Wally West. (Yes they had her out of wed-lock) Shortly after Wally passed away Artemis found out she was pregnant. It had been a tough time for her knowing it was Wally's and if it wasn't for the team she wouldn't have kept the baby. Artemis felt like she would screw up the baby and be an awful mother but she knew she had to try her hardest for Wally. When Artemis gave birth to the beautiful baby girl, she knew the name of the baby had to include something that would represent Wally so she not only put together both last names but she include the name Iris which she remembered Wally saying that if they were to ever have kids and it was a girl then they should have the name Iris somewhere in their name. Artemis shortly found out that her daughter was a speedster when she finally began to crawl. Tori seemed to crawl faster than normal babies and it made it obvious that Tori had been born with her father's powers somehow.
When Tori became old enough Artemis allowed her to begin learning to use her powers with the help of Bart Allen and Barry Allen. Bart became and uncle like figure and Barry became a second grandfather figure since the only grandfather Artemis allowed near Tori was Rudolph. The two speedsters helped out as much as they could not only to help Artemis understand how to raise a speedster but to also get closer to the only part of Wally left. Tori became very popular with all those close to Wally because of how much alike the two were. Although she didn't replace Wally she helped people move on and not resent his death.
At the age of 12 Tori was allowed to become Bart Allen's protege and was given the option to choose between the name Kid Flash or Impulse but she didn't choose either. Tori had taken a liking for science but specifically the Astrology branch of science. She used her stubbornness to get them to let herself be called Shooting Star although basically everyone called her Star. Since then she has become the newest Speedster and at the age of 14 was inducted as the newest member of the team and became a registered power user in the R.E.A.C.H. Program.
Appearance:
Tori is a mix of both her parents. From her mother she got the olive skin tone, thick hair, and slender athletic build. But from her father she got the enchanting emerald green eyes and the wild, extremely crazy wavy(sometimes curly) fiery red hair. Tori stands at 5'3" and weighs in at 110lbs.
Costume Info
Tori's costume has goggles with a red rim that are normally seen resting on her head. She is only seen wearing them when she is running around a lot so she can protect her eyes. The next part is a red long sleeve top that cuts off where a sportsbra would normally cut of, the top is a bright red like all other flashes have. Then there is her red skirt that matches her top, it may seem like it would restrict her running but she finds it easier to run in then in pants. Under her skirt are yellow spandex shorts just there because, well you know the answer to that. Along what should be her bare stomach is a big yellow corset type belt. It hooks together in the back using a magnet type mechanism. Next Tori has thigh-high red socks that are paired with high-top specially made tennis shoes that have Velcro so they won't come undone. On the bottom of her red and yellow tennis shoes are black soles that not only have high traction but also have a compartment for her too keep food in. The only place you can see her Superhero symbol is on her shoes. On the red part on the inner ankle is a big yellow star. To top her costume off she wears a black choker that has a small little hidden compartment type thing that she can open to see a picture of her father. She had joined the team in his honor and hopes to make her father running at light speed around the universe proud(this is how she puts it for her father being dead).

Abilities/Skills: Sam is a skilled pick pocket, thief, magician(Yeah he does magic. If you saw it, think stuff like in "Now You See Me" Cause I liked those tricks), and can handle himself a bit in a fight despite having no technique whatsoever. Street fights.
Powers:
-Divine Empowerment: Given powers by a Shazam, Billy Batson, Sam was granted the magic of Shazam which allows him to transform and make use of powerful magical abilities.
-Transformation: By saying "Shazam", Sam can transform himself with magical powers. He can fly, generate electricity, lift cars and even trucks. He doesn't possess control over many of the abilities Shazam is said to have and must learn to use them as he discovers more.
-Superhuman Strength: Sam can lift cars and possibly trust with ease, crush guns, and knock over superhuman enemies. However, it is not on the level of the true Shazam Billy Batson who can crush cars with ease and even hurt Superman with his punches.-Superhuman Durability: Knives and other conventional weaponry have very little effect on his physical body as well. Bullets and other more advanced weaponry can wound and possibly kill him. He can even stand his own against many of the more powerful superhumans.
-Superhuman Speed: When he granted his powers, the Shazam told him that he would be able to travel like lightning itself which means that Shazam can reach light speed.
-Magic: When the Shazam granted him his powers, Sam became able to access the power of magic and the Living Lightning. He can control electricity and can use various spells and enchantments.
-Flight: Sam can fly with presumably no upper known limits. He's fought villains in the sky and been knocked out of the sky by the same villains with the grace of a falling brick. Weaknesses:-Inexperience-When not transformed Sam is just like any other human 15 year old.
-Being that he only holds a portion of the power Billy was entrusted with when he was younger Sam is considerably weaker in all aspects. This is noticed just in his transformation. He does not gain an adult form like his mentor had when he was a child. He retains a teenage form although he does become more defined and his features change a bit concealing his identity.
-Far less access to and knowledge of his powers means he doesn't have the control over them that he should.
-his immaturity, and somewhat reckless nature can be a bit of a problem when coupled with his temper in certain areas. Equipment: Sam has two rings on a silver necklace around his neck. He also has another ring hidden away in the back of a draw in his room. It was the only thing left to him from his parents when they died. The two rings on his chain are their wedding rings and the hidden ring is the ring his father proposed to his mother with.
Personality: Sam is a good kid at heart. He's kind and likes to be helpful, but there are a few subjects which can set him off. When people joke about his parents it bothers him. When he here's kids with a better life than him complaining he can get a little snarky and act like a bit of a jerk. If things go too far he'll pick fights with no problem. He got into a lot of fights at school. He's pretty much like any other 15 year old guy. Only he isn't girl crazy. He's just friendly. Just don't make him mad.
History: Samuel never knew his parents. In fact the earliest memories he has are from when he was 5. He woke up in a bed in a strange room surrounded by kids and an older woman. She said she knew him. She was a friend of his parents.But... Where were his parents? That seemed to be a question nobody answer for the first year he spent getting used to living in the orphanage. But by then he didn't even need the answer. Not the full answer anyway. He understood that they had either left him or passed on. But that didn't stopped the pain when he was finally told the entire story. Sam's parents had died when some villain sent a blast at their car sending it flying through the air. They did everything they could to sheild their son and keep him from dying, but lost their lives in the process. However, what made the loss worse and hearing how it happened that much more painful was that he didn't remember anything about them. The times he shared, his childhood home. He didn't even remember what they looked like. That same year he was adopted. It didn't last long though. The news and how he felt made him begin to act out. He became more aggressive and distant from those around him. He even ran away. He lived on the streets after that. He began to steal, pick pocket, lie, and do many other things. As he grew older he met a man. Sam was 12 now. He never got the man's name, but he was a "magician". He used tricks, illusions and misdirection among other things. He taught Sam a lot about it. A way to make a living. He could keep people happy. And take their money among other things. He was living as best as he could and things went on fairly simple until he turned 14. He was going about his usual routine. Scamming people in the park. having a little fun when he saw what looked like lightning shooting through the sky. But it was bright and sunny. The next thing he knew there was crash near him which sent him flying. He slammed into a tree. When he opening his eyes he was flying through the air "Wha..." Was all the teen could manage to get out. He was hushed. Falling back into the darkness that was his subconscious. He was about to pass out. Maybe for good until he felt of a surge of electricity flow through him. The jolt not only brought him to his senses it changed him. Literally. "I've been watching you kid. You've got a good heart and a lot of potential. But as of now..." The man continued to speak but he was so overwhelmed Sam couldn't think of what to say. How could he respond? "So you're gonna stay with me from now on. You'll be a hero. But this is a trial basis. You're not getting full access. Okay?" As the man continued to explain Sam could only nod. That moment was a turning point. Not only had he gained power. He also regained his memories. They seemed to have been restored when Shazam healed him. He began to help people and he was a hero. He went by various names. Captain Marvel Jr., Shazam Jr., and others. Sure the magic bit and the other things he did could still come in handy, but the way he felt when he helped people was better than anything he could think of. He had become himself again. The part of him he thought he'd lost. He still had a bit of a temper and other little problems. But nothing can ever be made exactly the same right?Appearance: In his human form Sam is about 5'5" weighing in at approximately 125 lbs. While is isn't super human or peak physical conditioning he maintains a good level of fitness for someone his height and weight who engages in regular physical activity. In his transformed state he stands at about 5'9" weighing at 164 lbs. He isn't very much bigger, but his abilities increase exponentially.

Abilities/Skills: Rick is skilled in SCARS (An American military fighting style focusing on hitting exact locations for maximum pain), free running, and the use of firearms. Rick has a small amount of Ninjitsu training under his belt, but has not had the time to finish said training. Rick is also a skilled acrobat.
Powers: Rick can bend the light around his body or an object, rending it invisible to the naked eye.
Weaknesses: Rick can be seen using infared vision, or night vision. While being quite skilled in the arts of stealth and combat, Rick is still a human being. Bullets, knives, and base ball bats can all kill him rather easily.
Equipment: A pair of military grade combat knives, a metal baton, a rope dart (A simple rope tied to a pointy arrow head; can be used as a grappling hook), and a handful of shurikens. During missions, he carries a custom sub machine gun that fires tranquilizer darts.
Personality: Despite his rigorous stealth training, Rick is a very loud person. He can talk anyone’s ear off in a heart beat, and never strays from an argument if one is started. He’ll stick to it, no matter how long it takes to drill his own opinion into the other person’s head. Rick is notorious for picking fights where there isn’t a fight to be picked. He’s reckless, bull headed, and slightly insane. Until he steps on the field, that is. Once on mission, Rick no longer exists. He becomes Ghost. He’ll rarely speak when the team is working, and is constantly dead serious. He contributes this total change in attitude towards the training he received, though Rick’s psychiatrist says there’s a good chance Rick has some sort of other personality. It’s hard to tell, due to Ghost only coming out when bullets start to fly.
History: Rick Monroe was the son of two superpowered runaways. His parents worked with a circus, although that was just a cover up. In accuality, the members of the circus were people with super powers trying to make a difference. When the government started the REACH program, the circus group refused to register themselves. For the first eleven years of Rick’s life, he was considered a criminal along with his parents. They evaded the authorities, believing that REACH was a violation of their rights. During those eleven years, Rick learned how to be an acrobat so he could look like an actual part of the circus. On the side, however, Rick’s father was teaching his son all the skills he would need to be a successful vigilante.
Then they were caught. The circus was rounded up by the police and they were all sent to prison. Rick escaped, however, and continued the life of a super hero on the streets. Eventually he ran into another under the radar hero, who agreed to teach Rick how to use his body as a weapon. It was during a training mission out in the city that Rick came in contact with an experimental substance that allowed him to bend light. At the age of fourteen, Rick’s master died and the teenager finally surrendered himself to the system and registered. Rick was adopted by Mister and Misses Greenhill, and taken out of the foster system a few months after being put into it. Rick’s new foster parents refused to allow the boy to continue hero work. Rick did it anyway. At fifteen and a half, Rick joined the Young Justice team and removed himself from his foster parent’s lives.

Abilities/Skills: Computer Engineering, Programming, Hacking
Powers (Hector):
Computer Override: Any computer or AI that Hector touches, he gains control of and can give commands to. If Hector places both of his hands on a device he can then gain control of a device that is connected to it. For example if Hector touches a computer that is connected to the internet, he could also gain control of a computer that is also currently connected to the internet. That being said he can control up to three devices at the same time with no problem. Four devices will give him a nasty headache and will temporally weaken his powers for a day. Anything above four devices begins to damage his body. Advance AI who is self-aware may also be able to fight him back such as brainiac. Hector wouldn’t be able to take him over (without seriously harming himself) but could slow him down and expose some weakness.
Computer Connector: By simple touching two different computers he can connect those together allowing transfer of data between the two.
Weaknesses:
Computer Rejection: Any sort of AI (aside from C.A.I.S.) or Computer that enters Hector Body is automatically destroyed as it is seen as a foreign object and is given the command to self-destruct by his body automatically. The only reason C.A.I.S. isn’t destroyed is due to the fact that she is no longer seen as a foreign object and Hector power shut down when C.A.I.S. entered his body. Thus if his hand was cut off and you wanted to replace it with a cyborg arm, his body would automatically order the cyborg arm to be destoried.
Only Human: Hector has little combat training and is simply a human. On the field he can be easily defeated by a skilled opponent. That being said Hector cares little about honor and will fight dirty.
Equipment: C.A.I.S.: An artificially intelligence that can use biological host. C.A.I.S. cannot interface with non-biological computers (unless Hector uses his powers but this quickly drains him and C.A.I.S. must return to Hector). C.A.I.S. resides within Hector Body. C.A.I.S. allows Hector to sort through information on a computer a very quick pace that would not be humanly possible. C.A.I.S. can also see anything that Hector can see and can analyze his opponents and offer information. When fighting an opponent C.A.I.S. can offer suggestions and possible weakness of his opponents by simply watching them (although usually this is useless to him but may be useful to his team). C.A.I.S. can talk to Hector and create images that only Hector can see, including an image of herself. C.A.I.S. is constantly analyzing Hector body and thus when he is poisoned or is suffering from a type of illness she can identify it and provide solutions to Hector. That being said C.A.I.S. herself cannot deal with the illness, Hector can either take her advice or ignore her.
Laptop: Hector also carries his own personally laptop to the battlefield in case he needs to download any information or requires the use of a computer when none are around.
Personality: Hector to put it short is a geek. He loves video games and superheroes. He hates the injustice he sees in the world and wishes to change it. When fighting by himself though he may get afraid and run away. Yet when working in a group he will continue to fight the good fight. Hector is willing to admit he has made a mistake and will take responsibility for it. That being said he will protect his friends and allies at all costs. Hector cares little for when people make fun of him but when people make fun of his friends and family it really pisses him off.
C.A.I.S. on the other hand is usually serious but also tries to be supportive and will sometimes attempt a joke but will usually fail at it.
History: Hector started off as a regular human who was born in Canada. He started off as a computer gamer who would sign petitions in hopes of making a small difference while going to school. During his spare time he would learn about programming, hacking and all sorts of other fields related to computers. As he saw super heroes he dreamed about them, how he always wanted to be one. Yet he never considered the consequences of his actions and what being a superhero would be something that he would soon learn.
At the age of 16, Hector and his class went to a field trip to a S.T.A.R. lab facility. During the trip the entire facility was Hack by the Riddler and entered a lock down state while Riddler henchmen began to steal S.T.A.R. lab equipment, projects. Hector access a computer and attempted to hack the door with his computer in order to open it but his skills were no match for the S.T.A.R. lab lock down. Fearing that he would die here, his metagene activated and not only opened the door but every single lock in the building, releasing all sorts of experiments, costing S.T.A.R. labs thousands of dollars.
The Riddler seeing all the locks opened order his men to retreat, realizing he would be blamed for this and that Superheroes would now probably be arriving. Hector on the other hand had accidently over used his powers and was now suffering from a major headache while being barely able to walk. His classmates afraid of everything that was going on ran away not aware of Hector condition. As Hector tried to find help and get out of the S.T.A.R. lab facility he called out for someone to help him. He then heard a female voice but then collapse.
When Hector woke up, he found himself in a Hospital bed. As he began to look around a doctor arrived and told him he had pass out, probably due to all the stress and fear he was going through at the time. The Doctor then did a final inspection on him, finding nothing wrong with him, the doctor phone Hector parents and told them they could now pick him up.
Once Hector was home, he heard the female voice that identified herself as C.A.I.S. (Cooperative Artificial Intelligence System). At first Hector thought he was going insane. C.A.I.S. then began to do things that would be impossible for a hallucination to do, such as telling him things he didn’t know and getting him straight A’s in school. After realizing he wasn’t going insane, C.A.I.S. told him that she was an A.I. from an alien planet that interface with biological systems and that she couldn’t interface with computers of this world. She began to explain Hector powers. Since that day Hector has begun to use his powers to fight crime and help out superheroes. C.A.I.S. on the other hand has no idea where she comes from and can only remember the day she was release from S.T.A.R. labs by Hector.

Powers: Seamus, like his father, is connected to the Shadowlands, a realm of primordial quasi-sentient darkness that has existed since before the creation of matter, giving him the ability of Erebokinesis, darkness control. Seamus so far has been able to create simple constructs from already existing shadows and levitate himself. Seamus has also developed a way of channeling darkness into a type of weapon he calls 'Shadow Wire'. Though he hasn't been able to summon any to earth Seamus has been able to communicate with beings of the Shadowlands, most of which being forms of demons. Unlike his father though, Seamus has to yet be able to generate his own darkness, having to rely on what's already present. He also hasn't been able to shadow travel willing, a form of teleportation. His connection to the Shadowlands is not as established other shadow wielders, causing him to require a magic ring to concentrate his powers.
Weaknesses:
-Light wielders: People with "holy" magic have been able to null out Seamus' powers, though he does the same to their powers as well, leaving him to rely on allies to get him to safety.
-No darkness: Seamus' powers have yet to develop to the point that he can produce any significant amount of shadows, meaning if there is no near by darkness his powers are severely hindered.
-Mortal: Despite his otherworldly powers Seamus is still mortal, meaning a bullet to the head will kill him like anyone else.
-Ring: Do to Seamus' shaky connection to the Shadowlands he has to rely on a special ring to concentrate his powers. If he loses contact with his ring his powers are known to go haywire, forming constructs he didn't ask for, attacking him and others, or even in extreme cases teleporting him to random places.
Equipment:
-Satchel: A enchanted satchel that is able to hold a large amount of objects with ease and keeps it shape, he uses it to carry his books.
-Books on a wide variety of magics, from necromancy to holy magic. He has at least twenty at all times, which he keeps in his satchel
-Black ring: A ring that focuses his powers. It is made from a black metal, found only in the Shadowlands, that is freezing to the touch and has a vulture engraved on it.
-Shadow wire: When he is in combat he forms a series of nearly invisible strings, that wrap around his fingers, from his own shadow. They are used to snare and unbalance opponents or used as whips, the more energy he puts into them the sharper they become. He has been able to put enough energy into them to allow them to cut through bone, though he rarely does this because it is dangerous and it tires him out rather quickly.
Personality: Seamus prides himself on his cool and calm demeanor, thinking of himself as the Jazz music he loves so much, a order in all the chaos. One of the traits he picked up from his father is his temper, it taking a lot to set him off but once triggered he's like a bat out of hell. He finds a odd joy in being in combat, visibly enjoying himself while fighting. He has a great fire that drives him forward to protect any and everyone he can, his mother says it is from his O'Dare blood. He takes great pride in his Irish roots, often wearing a kilt in his off times. He may not be the most talkative person, but he doesn't shy away from social interactions either.
History:
Seamus was born the oldest child, his younger sisters being twins named Sarah and Sophie, of Opal city's police chief Hope O'Dare, the first female police chief in the city's history, and Richard Swift, The Shade one of the superhumans who didn't register for with the R.E.A.C.H act. Despite never being formally married they tried to keep the kids' life as simple as possible, going as far to hide Richard's secret identity from them. Seamus' life was fairly normal until his tenth birthday when his powers manifested, in the form of transporting him to the Shadowlands. Seamus spent a week lost in the realm, something that would of drove most men mad. The only way the boy survived was by the will of the Shadowlands it self, it guiding Seamus away from the evil beings the dwelled there. He was saved by his father who travelled to the other realm do to his own connection with it. After his return to earth Seamus was told the secret his parents hide from him his whole life. Though he was hurt by the distrust his parents showed him, even now still resenting them slightly, he was ecstatic to have this whole new world, literally, presented to him.
Seamus then set off to learn all he could about his powers and how he could return to the Shadowlands, something his father told him to never do. He has studied under his father, Zatanna and even Dr. Fate to improve his knowledge on the mystic arts. He has also spoken in secret with other worldly beings, Demons such as Etrigan and spirts like the Specter being a few, to learn spells his instructors refused to teach him. The feat Seamus is most proud of is the creation of his own unique spell he named Shadow wire, getting the idea when he spoke with a shadow demon who tried to posses him. He, like his father, has yet to register his powers.
Appearance: Seamus is about 5'10 with pale, almost grey, skin and messy jet black hair. He has a slim frame and weighs about 130 pounds. His eyes are a deep royal purpel color.
Seamus' costume is formal attire that resembles his father's suit. His hair also straightens as if it has just been combed.
Other: Seamus learn to construct a working saxophone out of shadows to play.

Weaknesses:
* Sunny can somewhat control when her ability comes in affect. However, she knows very well that if she were to open her eyes; there is always the chance of her powers activating. She cannot physically and mentally stand the stress of opening her eyes for more than twenty minutes at max. To prevent this, she wears a black bandage over her eyes to force them closed.
* Sorely lacks in Close Quarters Combat.

Personality:
* A sweet-natured girl, Sunny has lived up to her name. She is bright, full of optimism, and is very charismatic. She is an extrovert who enjoys doing whatever she wants freely without living in fear of judgment. Sunny considers her thick-skin a pro, but at times it can paint her as an extremely naive and stubborn person. Since Sunny purposely blinds herself, she has slight trouble seeing people and their expressions/conditions.
History: * For the longest time ever, Sunny was well aware of her 'abnormalities'. As she grew up, she was able to do more things; such as being able to see in the dark or be able to look at objects far away from her. Born on a wintry night of December, Sunny was put up for adoption because her biological parents were not able to care for her. Whatever the reason was, Sunny does not wish to know why she was abandoned. She considers her foster parents her 'real' parents.
Her 'father' was a retired sniper and her mother was a well-known hunter who enjoyed shooting game for supper. They had always brought Sunny along on their hunts, soon realizing that their adopted daughter had talents that went beyond their wildest dreams. It came to the point where she found that she could use her abilities for their greater good. She eventually joined the Young Justice Team.

Abilities/Skills: He is an amazing athlete and has some fighting training.
Powers: He has the ability to generate pyrokenetic energy from his body generating flames, which he can bend and use as projectiles or gloves.He is also granted minimal flying abilities by heating the air around his body to generate lift. Though his ability to fly is not incredibly strong nor is it very high but he can move at extreme speeds when he needs to.
Weaknesses: He is susceptible to typical injuries such as broken bones and gunshot wounds. He also is not fond of water as it easily makes him sick, this is not to say that he cannot swim but his body is significantly weaker when in water. Were he put into a large bucket of water he would likely die without his ability to generate heat. His abilities to generate flame are weakened by cold environments and high altitudes.
Equipment: He does not carry weapons often using his hands and mixed styles of martial arts combined with his pyrokenetic powers.
Personality: Alex is in many ways a firestarter, he is a trouble maker and commonly strives after a girl until she is his. He can take orders but hates to be lied to and will likely start a ruckus if needed.
History: Alex developed his powers at the age of 5 and burned down the day care center he was staying in at the time. Since then he has strived to contain his powers but one day it got extremely sever and he found himself in the middle of a field emitting massive heat enough so that he drew the attention of the justice league. He eventually was put to rest by Captain Atom who studied Alex's body chemistry and discovered that he had within himself a small sun. His powers were put under a lock down until he was trained on how to control them, after gaining mastery of his powers he was returned to a normal life. Soon afterwards he could not take the life of a civilian and began exacting vigilante justice on the streets, soon he was calling himself Burner and adopted an outfit. His outfit consisted of a black hood with the sleeves cut off and a pair of black jeans, he threatened criminals by lighting his arms aflame and scaring them off. Burner became known on the streets and eventually his area of the city had became safe once more. He began sleeping in abandoned apartment buildings hardly ever going home, eventually he stopped going to his home entirely and joined a group of vigilante heroes. Soon he was in over his head and Batman offered to pull him out of the fire and offer him a new life. Alex gladly accepted and was transferred to a new school under the supervision of the Panther, where he received his knowledge of non powered combat. Alex continued his life with Panther and went to school like a regular teen for near four months until he saw the Batman once more, this time about a more serious offer. Alex was offered to join a special team of young heroes that Batman had put together as a covert team, Alex was promised a bed and people who shared the burden of having gifts. Alex gladly accepted and soon found himself standing at the door of an old warehouse, the garage opened and Alex saw the Batman standing there. "Come in," He said and Alex didnt hesitate he walked inside and the door closed behind him. Soon the floor shook and Alex stumbled producing fire on his now clenched fists. Batman looked at him and Alex lowered his hands but kept a flame burning in them, the walls began moving upwards and Alex realized he was in a secret elevator. He smirked as he felt the wind push his hair up and Batman's cape rippled slightly but it was over briefly and Alex stood in a large room with a circular hole in the wall. "Step inside," Batman said coldly. Alex did so as Batman typed relentlessly at his computer and the computer shot out a beam of light scanning Alex's body, the computers voice spoke and Alex was briefly startled, 'Burner, C10' Alex say a light at the end of the tunnel and was instantly taken to a grand room but he waited for Batman for a good number of minutes simply waiting and waiting. He sat their until he couldnt take it any longer and decided to go explore, he instantly found the kitchen and began preparing a massive meal. Not expecting company but merely for himself, a kids gotta eat.
Appearance: Moderately tall, athletic, 175lbs, 5'11. He has brown hair that he commonly spikes up on top of his head. Yellow eyes.
Other: When sleeping he is plagued by dreams of himself going into intense levels of heat which can lead to his body heat increasing but not producing flame, however in some extreme nightmares he can produce flame and is likely to burn the bed he's sleeping on.

Personality: Abella is a no nonsense type of person on the field of battle. She will never allow one of her teammates to be sacrifice willingly even if it means success of the mission or saving a greater amount of lives later (unless the entire world is at stake). While not on the field she enjoys pulling pranks, having fun and playing games, especially poker. Abella is always willing to help out a teammate when asked but she will expect the same in return. In addition despite lying often she will always keep her end of a bargain.
History: Abella was born as a normal girl who for the most part of her life normally. She went to a public school, got decent grades and lived a normal life. Wanting to add a little spice to her life she began to gamble. At first she started small and lost but as time went by she got better. Eventually she started to make a bit of a living on it and was earning a lot of money. This unfortunately led her fall into a bad crowd and when she won a large underground tournament her opponent refused to pay and decided they would kidnap her for a ransom. They would have been successful if not for the undercover teen hero called Gunslinger. Gunslinger not only saved Abella but also defeated her would be captures which resulted in Abella having feelings for him.
It would be a while before Abella would see Gunslinger again. For an entire year she lived a normal life, only doing small time gambling with her friends. She also began to take self defence classes after what happened to her during the tournament. While shopping with her friends several robbers enter the store armed with with firearms and demanded everyone money. Abella knew even with her self defence training she stood no chance against one robber with a firearm, not to mention four of them. Thus Abella did as she was told and gave them her purse. Just as the criminals exited the building the teen hero Gunslinger appeared and began to engage the robber. Abella watch from inside as the robbers were disarmed and one by one defeated. The last robber attempted to enter the shopping store and was met with a fist to the face from Abella who then took down the stun robber with her self defence training. Gunslinger impress by Abella ask if she needed a favour, Abella responded with a date.
Abella and Gunslinger went out on several dates and Abella began to assist Gunslinger by providing him with information and minor funding while Gunslinger began to teach Abella advance self defense training. As time went by they began to bond and Gunsligner decided that he would soon make Abella his sidekick. Yet this would never come to pass as Gunsliner was killed in a burning building as he attempted to save several children trap inside. Abella was devestated by what happened and for a while she simply gave up.
While mourning for her lover, she found out that the fire had been started by some thugs. Abella sorrow turned into rage and she began to lose control of herself. Then something slip on to finger and began speaking to her. It was a red ring that gave her new powers and amplified the rage that was inside of her. She transformed into a Red Latern, calling herself Onslaught and began her search for those who had set the fire to the building. She cared not for the innocent or guilt, she attack and tortured anyone who had any information. Soon she found out those who had set fire to the building and attack them. Just as she was about to kill them, Star Sapphier showed up and began to battle Abella. The fight was short as Abella was no match for Star Sapphier, who traped her in crystal (preserving her) while disarming her by making Abella remember the love that she had felt for Gunslinger. Star Sapphier then took Abella away and converted her to a Star Sapphire with a Blue Latern help before returning her to earth.
Over the course of several days she began to slightly improve and didn't really use her powers. As she was walking home she saw a theif robbing a person who was crying out for help. Still devestated by what had happened to Gunslinger and what she had done, Abella decided to simply not interfere and saw the theif get away. When she returned home she created small constructs of what had happen but this time she changed what had happen, she made it so that Gunsliner appeared and had him defeat the robber. That is when she realize that she could still honor his name and make him her mistakes. She knew that Gunslinger would want her to fight, he would want her to become a hero. Thus she decided to pick up where Gunslinger fell and became the hero Comet.

The league has yet to address the issue yet to keep the world from panicking but have decided that the team is to look into the problem and figure it out before anything bad happens.

Powers: Super Speed
-She can move at speeds faster than the speed of sound. This speed extends to her speech and perception, enabling her to speak at higher frequencies and see objects at speeds far higher than what the typical human eye could perceive.
-Accelerated healing: Tori heals faster than the average human.
-Superhuman endurance: Tori is very sturdy against beatings. Though her costume helps by providing some padding.
-Superhuman reflexes: Tori's reflexes were enhanced with his speed. She can dodge and react to attacks easier than others but she can not, however, perform intricate tasks at high speed.
-Although she continues to work at Molecular Vibration under her father's uncle's advisory, she has yet to really be able to do it and tends to get a nose bleed when she tries.
Weaknesses:
-High Metabolism(can be seen as good and bad). With her high metabolism she needs to eat a lot to keep her energy up so if she were ever to be in a place without food for too long(48 hours) then she will slip into a coma and possibly die.
-She tends to have a clumsy side but luckily she doesn't show that as often when running at super speeds

Personality: Tori is more like her father when it comes to personality. She tends to make jokes to help lighten moods and due to her clumsiness it helps make her even more of a clown. Tori seems to always be hyper active and her mother has band her from any school sports much to her own dismay. Tori also has the impatience that leads to recklessness like her father did although just like her mother she can become really serious when she needs to be.
History: Victoria Iris Crock-West is the daughter of Artemis Crock and Wally West. (Yes they had her out of wed-lock) Shortly after Wally passed away Artemis found out she was pregnant. It had been a tough time for her knowing it was Wally's and if it wasn't for the team she wouldn't have kept the baby. Artemis felt like she would screw up the baby and be an awful mother but she knew she had to try her hardest for Wally. When Artemis gave birth to the beautiful baby girl, she knew the name of the baby had to include something that would represent Wally so she not only put together both last names but she include the name Iris which she remembered Wally saying that if they were to ever have kids and it was a girl then they should have the name Iris somewhere in their name. Artemis shortly found out that her daughter was a speedster when she finally began to crawl. Tori seemed to crawl faster than normal babies and it made it obvious that Tori had been born with her father's powers somehow.
When Tori became old enough Artemis allowed her to begin learning to use her powers with the help of Bart Allen and Barry Allen. Bart became and uncle like figure and Barry became a second grandfather figure since the only grandfather Artemis allowed near Tori was Rudolph. The two speedsters helped out as much as they could not only to help Artemis understand how to raise a speedster but to also get closer to the only part of Wally left. Tori became very popular with all those close to Wally because of how much alike the two were. Although she didn't replace Wally she helped people move on and not resent his death.
At the age of 12 Tori was allowed to become Bart Allen's protege and was given the option to choose between the name Kid Flash or Impulse but she didn't choose either. Tori had taken a liking for science but specifically the Astrology branch of science. She used her stubbornness to get them to let herself be called Shooting Star although basically everyone called her Star. Since then she has become the newest Speedster and at the age of 14 was inducted as the newest member of the team and became a registered power user in the R.E.A.C.H. Program.
Appearance:
Tori is a mix of both her parents. From her mother she got the olive skin tone, thick hair, and slender athletic build. But from her father she got the enchanting emerald green eyes and the wild, extremely crazy wavy(sometimes curly) fiery red hair. Tori stands at 5'3" and weighs in at 110lbs.
Costume Info
Tori's costume has goggles with a red rim that are normally seen resting on her head. She is only seen wearing them when she is running around a lot so she can protect her eyes. The next part is a red long sleeve top that cuts off where a sportsbra would normally cut of, the top is a bright red like all other flashes have. Then there is her red skirt that matches her top, it may seem like it would restrict her running but she finds it easier to run in then in pants. Under her skirt are yellow spandex shorts just there because, well you know the answer to that. Along what should be her bare stomach is a big yellow corset type belt. It hooks together in the back using a magnet type mechanism. Next Tori has thigh-high red socks that are paired with high-top specially made tennis shoes that have Velcro so they won't come undone. On the bottom of her red and yellow tennis shoes are black soles that not only have high traction but also have a compartment for her too keep food in. The only place you can see her Superhero symbol is on her shoes. On the red part on the inner ankle is a big yellow star. To top her costume off she wears a black choker that has a small little hidden compartment type thing that she can open to see a picture of her father. She had joined the team in his honor and hopes to make her father running at light speed around the universe proud(this is how she puts it for her father being dead).

-Divine Empowerment: Given powers by a Shazam, Billy Batson, Sam was granted the magic of Shazam which allows him to transform and make use of powerful magical abilities.
-Transformation: By saying "Shazam", Sam can transform himself with magical powers. He can fly, generate electricity, lift cars and even trucks. He doesn't possess control over many of the abilities Shazam is said to have and must learn to use them as he discovers more.
-Superhuman Strength: Sam can lift cars and possibly trust with ease, crush guns, and knock over superhuman enemies. However, it is not on the level of the true Shazam Billy Batson who can crush cars with ease and even hurt Superman with his punches.-Superhuman Durability: Knives and other conventional weaponry have very little effect on his physical body as well. Bullets and other more advanced weaponry can wound and possibly kill him. He can even stand his own against many of the more powerful superhumans.
-Superhuman Speed: When he granted his powers, the Shazam told him that he would be able to travel like lightning itself which means that Shazam can reach light speed.
-Magic: When the Shazam granted him his powers, Sam became able to access the power of magic and the Living Lightning. He can control electricity and can use various spells and enchantments.

-Being that he only holds a portion of the power Billy was entrusted with when he was younger Sam is considerably weaker in all aspects. This is noticed just in his transformation. He does not gain an adult form like his mentor had when he was a child. He retains a teenage form although he does become more defined and his features change a bit concealing his identity.
-Far less access to and knowledge of his powers means he doesn't have the control over them that he should.
-his immaturity, and somewhat reckless nature can be a bit of a problem when coupled with his temper in certain areas. Equipment: Sam has two rings on a silver necklace around his neck. He also has another ring hidden away in the back of a draw in his room. It was the only thing left to him from his parents when they died. The two rings on his chain are their wedding rings and the hidden ring is the ring his father proposed to his mother with.
Personality: Sam is a good kid at heart. He's kind and likes to be helpful, but there are a few subjects which can set him off. When people joke about his parents it bothers him. When he here's kids with a better life than him complaining he can get a little snarky and act like a bit of a jerk. If things go too far he'll pick fights with no problem. He got into a lot of fights at school. He's pretty much like any other 15 year old guy. Only he isn't girl crazy. He's just friendly. Just don't make him mad.
History: Samuel never knew his parents. In fact the earliest memories he has are from when he was 5. He woke up in a bed in a strange room surrounded by kids and an older woman. She said she knew him. She was a friend of his parents.But... Where were his parents? That seemed to be a question nobody answer for the first year he spent getting used to living in the orphanage. But by then he didn't even need the answer. Not the full answer anyway. He understood that they had either left him or passed on. But that didn't stopped the pain when he was finally told the entire story. Sam's parents had died when some villain sent a blast at their car sending it flying through the air. They did everything they could to sheild their son and keep him from dying, but lost their lives in the process. However, what made the loss worse and hearing how it happened that much more painful was that he didn't remember anything about them. The times he shared, his childhood home. He didn't even remember what they looked like. That same year he was adopted. It didn't last long though. The news and how he felt made him begin to act out. He became more aggressive and distant from those around him. He even ran away. He lived on the streets after that. He began to steal, pick pocket, lie, and do many other things. As he grew older he met a man. Sam was 12 now. He never got the man's name, but he was a "magician". He used tricks, illusions and misdirection among other things. He taught Sam a lot about it. A way to make a living. He could keep people happy. And take their money among other things. He was living as best as he could and things went on fairly simple until he turned 14. He was going about his usual routine. Scamming people in the park. having a little fun when he saw what looked like lightning shooting through the sky. But it was bright and sunny. The next thing he knew there was crash near him which sent him flying. He slammed into a tree. When he opening his eyes he was flying through the air "Wha..." Was all the teen could manage to get out. He was hushed. Falling back into the darkness that was his subconscious. He was about to pass out. Maybe for good until he felt of a surge of electricity flow through him. The jolt not only brought him to his senses it changed him. Literally. "I've been watching you kid. You've got a good heart and a lot of potential. But as of now..." The man continued to speak but he was so overwhelmed Sam couldn't think of what to say. How could he respond? "So you're gonna stay with me from now on. You'll be a hero. But this is a trial basis. You're not getting full access. Okay?" As the man continued to explain Sam could only nod. That moment was a turning point. Not only had he gained power. He also regained his memories. They seemed to have been restored when Shazam healed him. He began to help people and he was a hero. He went by various names. Captain Marvel Jr., Shazam Jr., and others. Sure the magic bit and the other things he did could still come in handy, but the way he felt when he helped people was better than anything he could think of. He had become himself again. The part of him he thought he'd lost. He still had a bit of a temper and other little problems. But nothing can ever be made exactly the same right?Appearance: In his human form Sam is about 5'5" weighing in at approximately 125 lbs. While is isn't super human or peak physical conditioning he maintains a good level of fitness for someone his height and weight who engages in regular physical activity. In his transformed state he stands at about 5'9" weighing at 164 lbs. He isn't very much bigger, but his abilities increase exponentially.

Rick has a small amount of Ninjitsu training under his belt, but has not had the time to finish said training. Rick is also a skilled acrobat.
Powers: Rick can bend the light around his body or an object, rending it invisible to the naked eye.
Weaknesses: Rick can be seen using infared vision, or night vision. While being quite skilled in the arts of stealth and combat, Rick is still a human being. Bullets, knives, and base ball bats can all kill him rather easily.
Equipment: A pair of military grade combat knives, a metal baton, a rope dart (A simple rope tied to a pointy arrow head; can be used as a grappling hook), and a handful of shurikens. During missions, he carries a custom sub machine gun that fires tranquilizer darts.
Personality: Despite his rigorous stealth training, Rick is a very loud person. He can talk anyone’s ear off in a heart beat, and never strays from an argument if one is started. He’ll stick to it, no matter how long it takes to drill his own opinion into the other person’s head. Rick is notorious for picking fights where there isn’t a fight to be picked. He’s reckless, bull headed, and slightly insane. Until he steps on the field, that is. Once on mission, Rick no longer exists. He becomes Ghost. He’ll rarely speak when the team is working, and is constantly dead serious. He contributes this total change in attitude towards the training he received, though Rick’s psychiatrist says there’s a good chance Rick has some sort of other personality. It’s hard to tell, due to Ghost only coming out when bullets start to fly.
History: Rick Monroe was the son of two superpowered runaways. His parents worked with a circus, although that was just a cover up. In accuality, the members of the circus were people with super powers trying to make a difference. When the government started the REACH program, the circus group refused to register themselves. For the first eleven years of Rick’s life, he was considered a criminal along with his parents. They evaded the authorities, believing that REACH was a violation of their rights. During those eleven years, Rick learned how to be an acrobat so he could look like an actual part of the circus. On the side, however, Rick’s father was teaching his son all the skills he would need to be a successful vigilante.
Then they were caught. The circus was rounded up by the police and they were all sent to prison. Rick escaped, however, and continued the life of a super hero on the streets. Eventually he ran into another under the radar hero, who agreed to teach Rick how to use his body as a weapon. It was during a training mission out in the city that Rick came in contact with an experimental substance that allowed him to bend light. At the age of fourteen, Rick’s master died and the teenager finally surrendered himself to the system and registered. Rick was adopted by Mister and Misses Greenhill, and taken out of the foster system a few months after being put into it. Rick’s new foster parents refused to allow the boy to continue hero work. Rick did it anyway. At fifteen and a half, Rick joined the Young Justice team and removed himself from his foster parent’s lives.

Powers (Hector):
Computer Override: Any computer or AI that Hector touches, he gains control of and can give commands to. If Hector places both of his hands on a device he can then gain control of a device that is connected to it. For example if Hector touches a computer that is connected to the internet, he could also gain control of a computer that is also currently connected to the internet. That being said he can control up to three devices at the same time with no problem. Four devices will give him a nasty headache and will temporally weaken his powers for a day. Anything above four devices begins to damage his body. Advance AI who is self-aware may also be able to fight him back such as brainiac. Hector wouldn’t be able to take him over (without seriously harming himself) but could slow him down and expose some weakness.
Computer Connector: By simple touching two different computers he can connect those together allowing transfer of data between the two.
Weaknesses:
Computer Rejection: Any sort of AI (aside from C.A.I.S.) or Computer that enters Hector Body is automatically destroyed as it is seen as a foreign object and is given the command to self-destruct by his body automatically. The only reason C.A.I.S. isn’t destroyed is due to the fact that she is no longer seen as a foreign object and Hector power shut down when C.A.I.S. entered his body. Thus if his hand was cut off and you wanted to replace it with a cyborg arm, his body would automatically order the cyborg arm to be destoried.
Only Human: Hector has little combat training and is simply a human. On the field he can be easily defeated by a skilled opponent. That being said Hector cares little about honor and will fight dirty.
Equipment: C.A.I.S.: An artificially intelligence that can use biological host. C.A.I.S. cannot interface with non-biological computers (unless Hector uses his powers but this quickly drains him and C.A.I.S. must return to Hector). C.A.I.S. resides within Hector Body. C.A.I.S. allows Hector to sort through information on a computer a very quick pace that would not be humanly possible. C.A.I.S. can also see anything that Hector can see and can analyze his opponents and offer information. When fighting an opponent C.A.I.S. can offer suggestions and possible weakness of his opponents by simply watching them (although usually this is useless to him but may be useful to his team). C.A.I.S. can talk to Hector and create images that only Hector can see, including an image of herself. C.A.I.S. is constantly analyzing Hector body and thus when he is poisoned or is suffering from a type of illness she can identify it and provide solutions to Hector. That being said C.A.I.S. herself cannot deal with the illness, Hector can either take her advice or ignore her.
Laptop: Hector also carries his own personally laptop to the battlefield in case he needs to download any information or requires the use of a computer when none are around.
Personality: Hector to put it short is a geek. He loves video games and superheroes. He hates the injustice he sees in the world and wishes to change it. When fighting by himself though he may get afraid and run away. Yet when working in a group he will continue to fight the good fight. Hector is willing to admit he has made a mistake and will take responsibility for it. That being said he will protect his friends and allies at all costs. Hector cares little for when people make fun of him but when people make fun of his friends and family it really pisses him off.
C.A.I.S. on the other hand is usually serious but also tries to be supportive and will sometimes attempt a joke but will usually fail at it.
History: Hector started off as a regular human who was born in Canada. He started off as a computer gamer who would sign petitions in hopes of making a small difference while going to school. During his spare time he would learn about programming, hacking and all sorts of other fields related to computers. As he saw super heroes he dreamed about them, how he always wanted to be one. Yet he never considered the consequences of his actions and what being a superhero would be something that he would soon learn.
At the age of 16, Hector and his class went to a field trip to a S.T.A.R. lab facility. During the trip the entire facility was Hack by the Riddler and entered a lock down state while Riddler henchmen began to steal S.T.A.R. lab equipment, projects. Hector access a computer and attempted to hack the door with his computer in order to open it but his skills were no match for the S.T.A.R. lab lock down. Fearing that he would die here, his metagene activated and not only opened the door but every single lock in the building, releasing all sorts of experiments, costing S.T.A.R. labs thousands of dollars.
The Riddler seeing all the locks opened order his men to retreat, realizing he would be blamed for this and that Superheroes would now probably be arriving. Hector on the other hand had accidently over used his powers and was now suffering from a major headache while being barely able to walk. His classmates afraid of everything that was going on ran away not aware of Hector condition. As Hector tried to find help and get out of the S.T.A.R. lab facility he called out for someone to help him. He then heard a female voice but then collapse.
When Hector woke up, he found himself in a Hospital bed. As he began to look around a doctor arrived and told him he had pass out, probably due to all the stress and fear he was going through at the time. The Doctor then did a final inspection on him, finding nothing wrong with him, the doctor phone Hector parents and told them they could now pick him up.
Once Hector was home, he heard the female voice that identified herself as C.A.I.S. (Cooperative Artificial Intelligence System). At first Hector thought he was going insane. C.A.I.S. then began to do things that would be impossible for a hallucination to do, such as telling him things he didn’t know and getting him straight A’s in school. After realizing he wasn’t going insane, C.A.I.S. told him that she was an A.I. from an alien planet that interface with biological systems and that she couldn’t interface with computers of this world. She began to explain Hector powers. Since that day Hector has begun to use his powers to fight crime and help out superheroes. C.A.I.S. on the other hand has no idea where she comes from and can only remember the day she was release from S.T.A.R. labs by Hector.

Powers: Seamus, like his father, is connected to the Shadowlands, a realm of primordial quasi-sentient darkness that has existed since before the creation of matter, giving him the ability of Erebokinesis, darkness control. Seamus so far has been able to create simple constructs from already existing shadows and levitate himself. Seamus has also developed a way of channeling darkness into a type of weapon he calls 'Shadow Wire'. Though he hasn't been able to summon any to earth Seamus has been able to communicate with beings of the Shadowlands, most of which being forms of demons. Unlike his father though, Seamus has to yet be able to generate his own darkness, having to rely on what's already present. He also hasn't been able to shadow travel willing, a form of teleportation. His connection to the Shadowlands is not as established other shadow wielders, causing him to require a magic ring to concentrate his powers.
Weaknesses:
-Light wielders: People with "holy" magic have been able to null out Seamus' powers, though he does the same to their powers as well, leaving him to rely on allies to get him to safety.
-No darkness: Seamus' powers have yet to develop to the point that he can produce any significant amount of shadows, meaning if there is no near by darkness his powers are severely hindered.
-Mortal: Despite his otherworldly powers Seamus is still mortal, meaning a bullet to the head will kill him like anyone else.
-Ring: Do to Seamus' shaky connection to the Shadowlands he has to rely on a special ring to concentrate his powers. If he loses contact with his ring his powers are known to go haywire, forming constructs he didn't ask for, attacking him and others, or even in extreme cases teleporting him to random places.
Equipment:
-Satchel: A enchanted satchel that is able to hold a large amount of objects with ease and keeps it shape, he uses it to carry his books.
-Books on a wide variety of magics, from necromancy to holy magic. He has at least twenty at all times, which he keeps in his satchel
-Black ring: A ring that focuses his powers. It is made from a black metal, found only in the Shadowlands, that is freezing to the touch and has a vulture engraved on it.
-Shadow wire: When he is in combat he forms a series of nearly invisible strings, that wrap around his fingers, from his own shadow. They are used to snare and unbalance opponents or used as whips, the more energy he puts into them the sharper they become. He has been able to put enough energy into them to allow them to cut through bone, though he rarely does this because it is dangerous and it tires him out rather quickly.
Personality: Seamus prides himself on his cool and calm demeanor, thinking of himself as the Jazz music he loves so much, a order in all the chaos. One of the traits he picked up from his father is his temper, it taking a lot to set him off but once triggered he's like a bat out of hell. He finds a odd joy in being in combat, visibly enjoying himself while fighting. He has a great fire that drives him forward to protect any and everyone he can, his mother says it is from his O'Dare blood. He takes great pride in his Irish roots, often wearing a kilt in his off times. He may not be the most talkative person, but he doesn't shy away from social interactions either.
History:
Seamus was born the oldest child, his younger sisters being twins named Sarah and Sophie, of Opal city's police chief Hope O'Dare, the first female police chief in the city's history, and Richard Swift, The Shade one of the superhumans who didn't register for with the R.E.A.C.H act. Despite never being formally married they tried to keep the kids' life as simple as possible, going as far to hide Richard's secret identity from them. Seamus' life was fairly normal until his tenth birthday when his powers manifested, in the form of transporting him to the Shadowlands. Seamus spent a week lost in the realm, something that would of drove most men mad. The only way the boy survived was by the will of the Shadowlands it self, it guiding Seamus away from the evil beings the dwelled there. He was saved by his father who travelled to the other realm do to his own connection with it. After his return to earth Seamus was told the secret his parents hide from him his whole life. Though he was hurt by the distrust his parents showed him, even now still resenting them slightly, he was ecstatic to have this whole new world, literally, presented to him.
Seamus then set off to learn all he could about his powers and how he could return to the Shadowlands, something his father told him to never do. He has studied under his father, Zatanna and even Dr. Fate to improve his knowledge on the mystic arts. He has also spoken in secret with other worldly beings, Demons such as Etrigan and spirts like the Specter being a few, to learn spells his instructors refused to teach him. The feat Seamus is most proud of is the creation of his own unique spell he named Shadow wire, getting the idea when he spoke with a shadow demon who tried to posses him. He, like his father, has yet to register his powers.
Appearance: Seamus is about 5'10 with pale, almost grey, skin and messy jet black hair. He has a slim frame and weighs about 130 pounds. His eyes are a deep royal purpel color.
Seamus' costume is formal attire that resembles his father's suit. His hair also straightens as if it has just been combed.
Other: Seamus learn to construct a working saxophone out of shadows to play.
I'd have to say the Joker because I've always felt sorry for him.

* Sunny stands at 5'3''. Her build is average, and years of work out have left her with muscles. She is tanned; her face slightly freckled because of the sun. Her hair is dark brown (black) and curls down below her collarbone. Her eyes are charcoal black, with long eyelashes framing them.

* Telescopic Vision :: The user are capable of zooming their vision in on things, allowing them to see distant objects in magnified scale.
* Accelerated Vision :: Think Matrix. The user's mind and eyes process information at such speeds that time appears to have slowed down, allowing the user to easily perceive what would normally be moving too fast to see and respond accordingly.

Weaknesses:
* Sunny can somewhat control when her ability comes in affect. However, she knows very well that if she were to open her eyes; there is always the chance of her powers activating. She cannot physically and mentally stand the stress of opening her eyes for more than twenty minutes at max. To prevent this, she wears a black bandage over her eyes to force them closed.
* Sorely lacks in Close Quarters Combat.
Equipment:
* She usually just wears a simple tee-shirt, skinny jeans, gloves, and Reeboks. She also wears a black bandage around her eyes. Her combat attire consists of
black t shirt underneath a light vest that carry her rounds. On her right leg, a quiver has been attached to it, giving her easy access. She wears combat boots, finger less gloves (with the exception of her right hand index finger).
* A bow and a variety of trick arrows. Tranquilizers, smoke, stun, flash, acid (corrosive material explodes on impact), explosive (simple compact of an explosive charge), tear gas, glue, chloroform, harpoon, grappling, acetylene and a freezing (cryonic), and an EMP arrow.
Personality:
* A sweet-natured girl, Sunny has lived up to her name. She is bright, full of optimism, and is very charismatic. She is an extrovert who enjoys doing whatever she wants freely without living in fear of judgment. Sunny considers her thick-skin a pro, but at times it can paint her as an extremely naive and stubborn person. Since Sunny purposely blinds herself, she has slight trouble seeing people and their expressions/conditions.
History: * For the longest time ever, Sunny was well aware of her 'abnormalities'. As she grew up, she was able to do more things; such as being able to see in the dark or be able to look at objects far away from her. Born on a wintry night of December, Sunny was put up for adoption because her biological parents were not able to care for her. Whatever the reason was, Sunny does not wish to know why she was abandoned. She considers her foster parents her 'real' parents.
Her 'father' was a retired sniper and her mother was a well-known hunter who enjoyed shooting game for supper. They had always brought Sunny along on their hunts, soon realizing that their adopted daughter had talents that went beyond their wildest dreams. It came to the point where she found that she could use her abilities for their greater good. She eventually joined the Young Justice Team.

Abilities/Skills: He is an amazing athlete and has some fighting training.
Powers: He has the ability to generate pyrokenetic energy from his body generating flames, which he can bend and use as projectiles or gloves.He is also granted minimal flying abilities by heating the air around his body to generate lift. Though his ability to fly is not incredibly strong nor is it very high but he can move at extreme speeds when he needs to.
Weaknesses: He is susceptible to typical injuries such as broken bones and gunshot wounds. He also is not fond of water as it easily makes him sick, this is not to say that he cannot swim but his body is significantly weaker when in water. Were he put into a large bucket of water he would likely die without his ability to generate heat. His abilities to generate flame are weakened by cold environments and high altitudes.
Equipment: He does not carry weapons often using his hands and mixed styles of martial arts combined with his pyrokenetic powers.
Personality: Alex is in many ways a firestarter, he is a trouble maker and commonly strives after a girl until she is his. He can take orders but hates to be lied to and will likely start a ruckus if needed.
History: Alex developed his powers at the age of 5 and burned down the day care center he was staying in at the time. Since then he has strived to contain his powers but one day it got extremely sever and he found himself in the middle of a field emitting massive heat enough so that he drew the attention of the justice league. He eventually was put to rest by Captain Atom who studied Alex's body chemistry and discovered that he had within himself a small sun. His powers were put under a lock down until he was trained on how to control them, after gaining mastery of his powers he was returned to a normal life. Soon afterwards he could not take the life of a civilian and began exacting vigilante justice on the streets, soon he was calling himself Burner and adopted an outfit. His outfit consisted of a black hood with the sleeves cut off and a pair of black jeans, he threatened criminals by lighting his arms aflame and scaring them off. Burner became known on the streets and eventually his area of the city had became safe once more. He began sleeping in abandoned apartment buildings hardly ever going home, eventually he stopped going to his home entirely and joined a group of vigilante heroes. Soon he was in over his head and Batman offered to pull him out of the fire and offer him a new life. Alex gladly accepted and was transferred to a new school under the supervision of the Panther, where he received his knowledge of non powered combat. Alex continued his life with Panther and went to school like a regular teen for near four months until he saw the Batman once more, this time about a more serious offer. Alex was offered to join a special team of young heroes that Batman had put together as a covert team, Alex was promised a bed and people who shared the burden of having gifts. Alex gladly accepted and soon found himself standing at the door of an old warehouse, the garage opened and Alex saw the Batman standing there. "Come in," He said and Alex didnt hesitate he walked inside and the door closed behind him. Soon the floor shook and Alex stumbled producing fire on his now clenched fists. Batman looked at him and Alex lowered his hands but kept a flame burning in them, the walls began moving upwards and Alex realized he was in a secret elevator. He smirked as he felt the wind push his hair up and Batman's cape rippled slightly but it was over briefly and Alex stood in a large room with a circular hole in the wall. "Step inside," Batman said coldly. Alex did so as Batman typed relentlessly at his computer and the computer shot out a beam of light scanning Alex's body, the computers voice spoke and Alex was briefly startled, 'Burner, C10' Alex say a light at the end of the tunnel and was instantly taken to a grand room but he waited for Batman for a good number of minutes simply waiting and waiting. He sat their until he couldnt take it any longer and decided to go explore, he instantly found the kitchen and began preparing a massive meal. Not expecting company but merely for himself, a kids gotta eat.
Appearance: Moderately tall, athletic, 175lbs, 5'11. He has brown hair that he commonly spikes up on top of his head. Yellow eyes.
Other: When sleeping he is plagued by dreams of himself going into intense levels of heat which can lead to his body heat increasing but not producing flame, however in some extreme nightmares he can produce flame and is likely to burn the bed he's sleeping on.

Weaknesses: Small Fear of Fire (will try to avoid fire and will panic if surrouned by it) and a Huge Fear of her past as a Red Latern (talking about this stops her dead in her tracks).
Equipment: Violet Lantern Ring and Violet Power Battery
Personality: Abella is a no nonsense type of person on the field of battle. She will never allow one of her teammates to be sacrifice willingly even if it means success of the mission or saving a greater amount of lives later (unless the entire world is at stake). While not on the field she enjoys pulling pranks, having fun and playing games, especially poker. Abella is always willing to help out a teammate when asked but she will expect the same in return. In addition despite lying often she will always keep her end of a bargain.
History: Abella was born as a normal girl who for the most part of her life normally. She went to a public school, got decent grades and lived a normal life. Wanting to add a little spice to her life she began to gamble. At first she started small and lost but as time went by she got better. Eventually she started to make a bit of a living on it and was earning a lot of money. This unfortunately led her fall into a bad crowd and when she won a large underground tournament her opponent refused to pay and decided they would kidnap her for a ransom. They would have been successful if not for the undercover teen hero called Gunslinger. Gunslinger not only saved Abella but also defeated her would be captures which resulted in Abella having feelings for him.
It would be a while before Abella would see Gunslinger again. For an entire year she lived a normal life, only doing small time gambling with her friends. She also began to take self defence classes after what happened to her during the tournament. While shopping with her friends several robbers enter the store armed with with firearms and demanded everyone money. Abella knew even with her self defence training she stood no chance against one robber with a firearm, not to mention four of them. Thus Abella did as she was told and gave them her purse. Just as the criminals exited the building the teen hero Gunslinger appeared and began to engage the robber. Abella watch from inside as the robbers were disarmed and one by one defeated. The last robber attempted to enter the shopping store and was met with a fist to the face from Abella who then took down the stun robber with her self defence training. Gunslinger impress by Abella ask if she needed a favour, Abella responded with a date.
Abella and Gunslinger went out on several dates and Abella began to assist Gunslinger by providing him with information and minor funding while Gunslinger began to teach Abella advance self defense training. As time went by they began to bond and Gunsligner decided that he would soon make Abella his sidekick. Yet this would never come to pass as Gunsliner was killed in a burning building as he attempted to save several children trap inside. Abella was devestated by what happened and for a while she simply gave up.
While mourning for her lover, she found out that the fire had been started by some thugs. Abella sorrow turned into rage and she began to lose control of herself. Then something slip on to finger and began speaking to her. It was a red ring that gave her new powers and amplified the rage that was inside of her. She transformed into a Red Latern, calling herself Onslaught and began her search for those who had set the fire to the building. She cared not for the innocent or guilt, she attack and tortured anyone who had any information. Soon she found out those who had set fire to the building and attack them. Just as she was about to kill them, Star Sapphier showed up and began to battle Abella. The fight was short as Abella was no match for Star Sapphier, who traped her in crystal (preserving her) while disarming her by making Abella remember the love that she had felt for Gunslinger. Star Sapphier then took Abella away and converted her to a Star Sapphire with a Blue Latern help before returning her to earth.
Over the course of several days she began to slightly improve and didn't really use her powers. As she was walking home she saw a theif robbing a person who was crying out for help. Still devestated by what had happened to Gunslinger and what she had done, Abella decided to simply not interfere and saw the theif get away. When she returned home she created small constructs of what had happen but this time she changed what had happen, she made it so that Gunsliner appeared and had him defeat the robber. That is when she realize that she could still honor his name and make him her mistakes. She knew that Gunslinger would want her to fight, he would want her to become a hero. Thus she decided to pick up where Gunslinger fell and became the hero Comet.
