I really have to go to sleep now, but I'll just go ahead and post. @VarionusNW If you don't know what to do, ask @Ostarion and assume yourself accepted once your done. If there's something wrong I'll have to let it slide until I get up, we've got to get this moving.

Power:Cloning- Maxwell can create up to 2 clones of himself at any time, and is able to see and feel through these clones, as if they were simply extensions of himself. These clones are exact copies of himself on every level, created from just air, and can be destroyed at a moment's notice if he feels like the clone is no longer necessary. He is also able to switch his consciousness between these clones, making whatever body he currently resides in his real body, and any other one a clone. Basically, he can create a clone, switch to that body, and delete the body he was just in. Clones take about 1 second to appear, and half a second to disappear. Maxwell generally uses this ability to avoid direct physical combat, using the clones to trick his opponent, and protect his "real" body from actual harm. These clones cannot be created very distant from himself, at most 5 feet away, but can be deleted from any distance. Most things on his person are usually cloned along with his organic matter, though, complex machinery doesn't copy well, such as a phone, which would be copied as a useless brick of stuff. Larger objects, which would include most stuff unable to be easily held in one hand, cannot be cloned.
Bio:
Maxwell has always hated his parents. They had both been in the military, and both had a love for combat sports. While they loved combat, Maxwell hated it. He found fighting to be a worthless endeavor that never solved anything. When his parents found out that he could clone himself, effectively keeping a fresh body for every fight, they shoved him off to Kagetora Highschool almost immediately.
During his first year in his own personal hell, he found that fighting here was worth something, and would be really good for him, in the end. Though, he found fighting to be a hassle, since he was not the strongest, even though his parents had trained him for a good 6 months before hand. After about 3 awful fights in which he lost very fast, he developed his strategy. He would run around, confuse and tire out his opponent, and then have them forfeit. He would keep switching bodies, keeping his stamina rather high, as any new clones he would create mid-combat wouldn't be tired at all. Unless all 3 bodies were damaged at the same time, he would be able to fully recover from the damage. He never challenged anybody, and only accepted challenges he knew he could win, and he got a good number of challenges about halfway through his first year. His longest match to date lasted 5 hours. He only has 3 losses to his name, which were his first 3 matches.
The story of how he became the Vice President of the Student Council is rather funny. It was the last day of his first year, and the previous Vice President wanted to put Maxwell in his place. You see, people tended to dislike the guy who won fights by running away and waiting for people to concede. Maxwell accepted the challenge almost immediately, since the previous Vice President's power was to turn his body into different metals, mostly for the purpose of punching with an iron fist. The Vice President was so confident, that he put his spot on the Student Council on the line. Of course, the Vice President never even got a hit on Max, and gave up within 1 hour.
Maxwell is a rather smart guy, though a lot of people see him as a smartass and an asshole, even though he tends to be rather considerate. Maxwell isn't cocky, he isn't hot headed, and he doesn't really like fighting. He only fights for points/ranks, and those don't even mean that much to him. He can be snarky, and a smartass to an extent, but an asshole he is not.
Maxwell doesn't really know what to do with his rather new position, as this will be his first year of being the Vice President of the Student Council, but with the President being away, things don't seem to be in Maxwell's favor.

@RoflsMazoy didn't read you said to consider myself accepted until a few seconds ago. I will get a post up in a little bit. Also, how far into the school year would this RP be starting? from the OOC OP, it seems like day 1, is this correct?
Fo sho. So how we gunna do this? Post-by-post, or maybe do a collab? I dunno if there are any formalities we have to do before we start brawling, or is it just a sort of "Here are the conditions, rewards, etc, heaven or hell, Let's Rock!" sort of thing?
I dunno, maybe a ninja Referee coming out of nowhere? Like this guy?
EDIT: I think its where we wager things and then duke it out in a special ring. Don't quote me on that though,we should wait for the GM to clarify.
Both sides must consent to the battle No fighting can occur before or after school hours Fighting can occur anywhere, but if Rank is at stake then fights must take place in a designated fighting area Anything wagered on a fight must be given when the fight is over The specific rules of the fight can be decided by the participants, but other than that anything goes Breaking these rules can result in a Point deduction or even a Rank deduction
Based on the fighting rules i just copied and pasted, you can duke it out anywhere if you're just fighting over pudding.
I'll have a post up pretty soon. I'm just thinking about the courses. Would they be just regular courses you'd pick at a school (ex. math, reading, etc), or would they also be combined with classes out of the ordinary to fit Kagetora's atmosphere?
Appearance: Kingsley is a massive giant of a man with heavily tanned skin and scars all over his body. He almost never wears a shirt, but a sarashi covers his stomach and there are wraps around his hands. He wears a pair of white pants that have become frayed at the bottom and black shoes and socks. His head is bald, but he always seems to have 5-o-clock shadow and a scowl on his face. He is incredibly muscular, and stands at almost seven feet tall. His eyebrows are gigantic and awe-inspiring.
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Year Level: 2nd year
Faction/club: Cooking Club
Power: Kingsley’s delicious homemade dishes are not only tasty, but they also bequeath to the eater some qualities of the creatures used in the ingredients for a full day. For example, if someone ate his turtle soup, their body would become resilient like a turtle’s shell. If they ate his bear stew, they would become much stronger and their sense of smell would greatly increase. One can have the qualities of up to three creatures at a time in this way. If one already has an ability that increases one of these parameters, then the dish adds to it. Thus, a weak man will become a strong man and a strong man will become a stronger man.
After years of intense training and eating his own food, Kingsley’s body has permanently taken on a fraction of the power his dishes bequeath. Thus, he is always stronger, faster, and more resilient than a normal man of his size and strength would be. Which is already a lot.
Bio: Kingsley grew up in the wilderness, where it was always unbearably hot or cold and hostile. Without parents, he was taken in by crocodiles and raised alongside them. He grew up wrestling with his heavy crocodile brothers, and became incredibly strong quickly. One day, a traveling chef found him eating raw wildebeest with a bunch of crocodiles. The chef, who was also a burly giant, immediately began wrestling each and every crocodile in Kingsley’s family and defeated them all soundly. After he was done, the chef shook the father crocodile’s front foot and the two shared in a single moment of manly respect for a powerful opponent. The chef then somehow created fire using wood and began roasting the raw meat.
As they all partook in the feast, tears began running down Kingsley’s cheeks. He had never tasted anything as incredible as cooked wildebeest before, and this became an epiphany for him. He knew that he would follow this man to the ends of the earth, and learn more about this strange technique. The chef looked at the crying boy, and said “Cooking is love.”
Kingsley couldn’t understand the language, but somehow eating that food allowed him to understand the feelings behind the words. Without saying anything, Kingsley’s crocodile parents nodded at him. They had known from the moment that they had taken him in that he was different. He was meant to do something great, and for that he had to go with this man. This much they understood. The chef nodded back at the crocodiles, and stood up. Thus, he and Kingsley walked off into the sunset to begin a new chapter in his life.
Years later, Kingsley had learned not only language, but many incredible cooking techniques from the chef. His name was Richard Sovereign, and apart from Kingsley, he had one other apprentice named Drake Lancer. Drake was ambitious and had potential the likes of which Richard had never seen. However, the boy was impatient. He wanted to learn more and more recipes, even though he hadn’t mastered the ones before. When the time came to choose a student to bequeath the secret Sovereign family recipes to, Kingsley and Drake finally clashed in a cooking competition. Drake quickly made many excellent dishes, which were all great by a technical standard and looked fantastic. Kingsley made roasted wildebeest, much like his first meal with Richard. When the tasting was done, Richard declared Kingsley the winner. Drake was enraged that his dishes were beaten by something as disgusting and trivial as roasted wildebeest, but Richard explained.
“I gave you every chance to win. Time and time again, I’ve explained that ‘cooking is love’. Your dishes are good from a technical standpoint, and are presented better than even I could manage, but there is no love in them. Only tasteless ambition. That is why you lost.”
The next day, the Sovereign family recipes were to be presented to Kingsley, but that time never came. When Kingsley went to check on his mentor, he found Richard dead and the recipes stolen. There was a strange smile on Richard’s face, however. The same smile he’d always had when he said “cooking is love”.
Afterwards, no matter what Kingsley cooked, it felt like there was an ingredient missing. The recipe was always slightly off. Kingsley had decided, then, to attend Kagetora High School. It was the sort of place he could go not only to become stronger, but also to gather information. In a school of kids with weird powers, surely one had to have an ability that would help him find Drake and avenge his master’s death the only way he knew how; with his food.
And perhaps along the way, he might find that missing ingredient again somewhere.
School, however, did not go exactly as planned. Despite his skill at cooking, Kingsley was not very smart and incredibly ignorant of almost every subject except for parts of biology which he knew from cooking and living in the wild. In addition, he found out that he didn’t like fighting humans at all. They were complete strangers who were also inedible, and as such there was no joy in doing battle with them. Because he was huge and scary, however, some students would pick fights with him for cred. These battles Kingsley would fight, if for no other reason than to become stronger, and his legend quickly grew. Stronger and stronger people would pick fights with Kingsley, and Kingsley would win. As he had never lost a fight, he gained several titles and nicknames from the other students. There were rumors about him as well.
Titles (In order): -That Big Guy -The Unbeatable Kingsley -The Demon of Kagetora -The Invincible King -The Dark Lord of Kagetora -The Shadow King of Kagetora
Rumors: -He is invincible -He’s the one who really runs the school and the student council president is a figurehead -He’s really a god of battle in human form looking for a worthy opponent -When he kills a student, they don’t come back -He’s not actually real, but a group delusion brought on by unreasonable rumors that everyone believes
Recently, because of the titles and rumors, no one has wanted to fight him. Because he’s not very smart and there are no fights to improve his rank, he’s been stuck in grade 2 for two years.
Damn, I totally forgot to mention what day it was before I went to sleep. Well, I planned to have it not exactly day one, but early enough so that people will have just about settle but there haven't been any major tests or anything. So maybe one or two months into first term.
