Personality: Virgil is a happy, optimistic person who can always see the good in everything. Even being help captive in a secret facility. 496 has a habit of seeing himself as a hero who has a calling to save people and will stop at nothing to complete that calling. He is the kind of person who likes to make friends with everyone and does not believe in enemies except for people that get in the way of him becoming a hero. Some of the strange tendencies that accompany Virgil is a habit of saying his love for a Great Llama of some kind. At times he can become extremely headstrong and will not listen to reason with this trait generally coming out in the Box when battling it out with a copy of himself.

Powers/Skills: Virgil possesses a strong attribute of electricity that allows him to store the element within his own body with no harm to himself. He is able to use the electricity to launch lightning from his fingers and enhancing his own agility by coursing electricity through his nervous system. It has been shown that 496's reflexes are lightning fast as his body is able to keep up with the information being sent from the Neocortex as the electricity has enhanced the signals that are sent through his body.

There are disadvantages to this power with the extended use of this power eventually breaking down his nerves from the constant heat of the electricity. His body can only sustain a high output of electricity for a limited amount of time before temporary paralysis sets in as 496's body shuts down to repair itself from damage. This paralysis can also cause a deadening of senses and even coma while the body goes through a regeneration process of burnt cells and nervous system.

Personality: Subject 562's emotional levels show a consistent correlation with the use of his abilities. Whilst in Lockdown, Johnny displays a shy, quiet demeanor. Generally keeping to himself unless otherwise confronted by a peer subject, often found in the study hall reading historic tales of adventure. While in a group environment, Johnny displays a proficient ability to carry normal social conversation, showing the occasional bit of humor in moments of relaxation. There is a dramatic change in behavior when testing and completing simulations in The Box. Vast spikes in confidence, humor and borderline braggadocio are on full display, earning him the nickname Johnny Volatile by certain members of security and the observation team, one time proclaiming his love for a "great llama". These traits remain for quite some time after trials are complete and 562 has entered his "cooldown" phase, where he reverts to normal behavior.

Powers/Skills: Subject 562 possesses the ability to manifest high intensity flames on his forearms, manipulating them into his hands to create projectiles (eg: bolts of flame, rifts of fire) and even the ability to coat his entire body in fire. 562 also possesses an extreme tolerance to heat, both of his own and of the surrounding environment. There have been remarkable changes to the subject's physique and physical abilities correlated to the intensity of the flames manifested by him. Instances of increased speed, strength and agility have all been recorded and verified, as well as increased height and muscle mass.

Personality

Subject 313 has proven time after time that she does not fit into any behavioral patterns but acts as a social chameleon, always adapting to her environment and the people around her. She can be kind for example but I can assure you that even if she does feel so, when it matters, she will do whatever needed for her situation to improve even in the slightest. She is a complete narcissist with delusions of grandeur and a certain inability to simply trust. She will take your secret to the grave as long as you ask yet she will never trust you with hers.

Having spent countless hours testing, examining or simply watching 313, I can say one thing with certainty ; she isn't a sociopath nor a failed subject but probably a terribly successful one with a brilliant mind and the capacity for acts of both great benevolence and pure savagery. And part of it is our fault.

To sum up, Darlene is an enigma. We will never truly know the way she ticks and that, I believe, is simply unacceptable considering the destructive ability we have granted her and the cost if she ever escapes. I recommend her immediate termination.

Reactive Adaptation

The change in genetic composition of a population over successive generations, which may be caused by natural selection, inbreeding, hybridization, or mutation is the very definition of evolution. Now imagine that process sped up enough to last not millenia but hours, hell even minutes.

That was the basic idea when creating 313, a body capable of endlessly transforming every single one of its cells as a reaction to pretty much anything it faces, from tear gas to temperatures beyond the human limit.

And we were successful.

Subject 313 has faced thousands of tests with the purpose of finding the limits of her reactive adaptation as we called it. We found no such limits meaning that there is no situation she is unable to adapt to. From the formation of new limps in order to replace severed ones to strengthening her muscles enough to punch through a concrete wall with ease. The one thing which troubles us is the ungodly pain 313 feels as the body practically gives birth to billions of cells every moment which will undoubtedly mess with her very sanity unless we do something about it. However, her pain is not a priority.

However, she is not as perfect as she seems. For her body to transform even in the slightest there is a two minute window where she is as human as the rest of us. During those 120 seconds the only thing that counts is her own training and ability to survive and that is why you've seen her spent hundreds of hours exercising.

Athletic with blue eyes. Neither tall nor particularly short, Alex can easily be overlooked. His hair is a shocking shade of white, the only truly noticeable thing about him besides what looks like a tattoo around his left eye. When people ask he shrugs in a non-committal way but never offers an explanation for it.

Personality: Quiet, calm and mild. He rarely lets on how he feels, maintaining a very composed expression and reins in his body language to a nearly unnatural extent. In his actions he is fair but not necessarily kind and certainly not cruel. He has a great love for books, especially those on history, and spends most of his free time reading them at quite a pace. In his speech he is very precise and a wide vocabulary but not so extreme that others might have difficulty understanding him. He has a degree of intellectual elitism but acknowledge his own fault; it being one of the few things he might apologise for.

He does not get involved with others, at least not yet, as their situation shows no sign of improvement. When one watches him spending so much of his time alone, reading books and thinking on unknown topics he can seem almost ethereal; his very existence a little in question as his presence is almost unnoticeable when he wishes it so.

Powers/Skills: Air. He can control movement of the air, employing it either as a massive hammer blow or compressing it into the sharpest blade. He can also pick himself up with the ability and so move at much faster speeds than he could on foot. The ability also allows him to detect sound or movement in a certain area although only when it is significant or fast enough to cause noticeable alteration in the air.

Parkinson is someone who always lives in idea that nothing is free and there's always a catch to whatever someone may offer her. Some would say she's a rather cynical person, but through her experience she's lost a lot of trust in people, especially those she knows well. It is same to assume she has some pretty deep trust issues. She's also one to argue more often than naught, even when it's completely unwarranted, possibly because she doesn't want to appear as weak or fragile as her physical condition makes her appear to be. Because of this, she often appears grumpy and inapproachable without getting bit, but she's not a mean person. She doesn't just freely hurt people, but she will never "drop it".

Her constant headaches makes her really impatient, however, and often a nuisance when others are trying to work collectively. Like having your big toe crushed by a door, causing a huge outburst of rage, she behaves similarly quite often. If she had a choice, she wouldn't be this angry, but such acute pain that comes back regularly, it's extremely difficult to handle when you start to think no one understands just how bad it is. At least, that's her mindset.

But because of her constant pain and need to explode on others which in turn makes her feel like a reject, she's a highly empathetic individual without actually being that much of a sympathetic person. She can easily understand how others feel and relate to a lot of things, but she's lousy at supporting them with words, so she'll sometimes find ways to express it differently. Speaking of eloquence, with such hot air in her system, it's quite obvious that getting a message across can be a challenge to her, unlike a natural born leader who can get the cooperation of many with ease. She secretly envies that.

Motoric Manipulation

The Power to manipulate one's nervous system and expand it in order to extend one's motoric reach on both organic and inorganic things. Parkinson's power relies on releasing her "nerves" from her body (typically the hands) and have them take the shape of thunderbolt-like blood vessels launching themselves through the air or by crawling on the ground/water. She can produce up to six at a time and they can stretch up to one hundred meters. These vessels are of a dark-red coloring, making them easily noticeable in most environments.

The effects of this power is very simple, whatever the the tip of these appendages has contact with, it merges with it and quickly spreads to have a larger reach. Whatever is fused with these becomes an integral part of Parkinson's body, or more specifically her nervous system as each part is treated like a "muscle", despite having no relation to a muscle. The nerves applied on whatever piece of matter will emit a specific shock that is perfectly fit for manipulating the specific material she possessed. With people, she fuses with their nervous system directly, meaning that if the attack hits the head, they will be entirely usurped, however if hit on the arm for instance it will slowly spread up to the shoulder in hopes of taking over the enemy.

Now the reality of it is that she cannot possess people, but rather usurp their motor functions in a relatively unstable way. Meaning she can't puppet people, and the parts she possesses whether they're alive or not, will be very difficult to control with precision, much like controlling one's members after a long coma. However, she is capable of forcing a "epileptic" reaction and violently cause the affecting parts to convulsive and twist in manners that they shouldn't (bending a bone in three angles that they shouldn't) to the point of reducing said part into a compact, unrecognizable version of itself. She essentially contorts and destroys anything it possesses.

The weak points of this power are multiple, starting by any form of physical pain (the minimum requires would be a swift needle stab or a punch on the face) would render her motor systems unstable enough to prevent her from using the power at all (duration depends on the pain and the circumstances). This also applies to her psychological state, any negative behavior other than anger will greatly reduce the efficiency of her power or even cancel it out. The only pain excluded from that are any forms of headaches that aren't caused from external injuries. Her power often causes random migraines to appear, strongly slowing her down and affecting her focus. Though her focus lowers, her violence is augmented greatly, making her Motoric Manipulation technically stronger but more predictable. Because I love the Great Llama.

Cutting the nerves when released doesn't do anything as they regenerate, however damaging members she is destroying will often give her a paralyzing cluster headache that'll either decommission her or cause her nerves to randomly attack. In either case, she cannot fight anymore. This also applies to drugs and poisons affecting the brain and nervous system, she'll suffer the same effects if one injects it to something she possessed.

Personality: Hot blooded! Shes ready to go, she likes what she likes hates what she hates. She doesn't understand social stigmas nor does she care to. While young in the most literal meaning she is already got the urge to get stronger. A challenge is all she wants, nothing makes her hesitate. If its dangerous, ridiculous, or extreme she is probably first inline, but for her its just fun and games. "LET'S ROCK!"
Books are boring. Clothes are uncomfortable and restricting. What the hell is moderation!

Powers/Skills:
Battle born: She is naturally an Olympian! Her ability to adapt and push the limits would make steroids look like children vitamins, and her ability to recover is only to keep up with the extremes she reaches. Her reaction time allows for the most unbelievable feats, she can easily dodge bullets and her running speed is roughly 75 kilometers an hour. Her strength allows her to lift 300 kilograms in one hand.

All of these are amplified when she gets 'hype' if she starts to be overwhelmed she gets stronger and faster but her body begins to breakdown. Cutting through metal or moving faster than the eye could perceive is attainable but her fledgling body can't take her power. Due to this she ignores her broken bones and torn ligaments, so even after the fights she is still recovering. While not fully tested it could take her days to heal completely...Not that shes going to take those.

Personality: Sony is a bubbly girl who is easily excitable and loves meeting new people. She is obsessed with cute things and has a habit of giving everything, people and random objects alike, nicknames. She doesn't have a very good stamina, gets tired and bored easily, though her energy can be quickly restored with the help of candy and other sweets. While she may seem lackadaisical, she can be very serious and angry if someone messes with her friends. Sometimes she forgets that she has powers and that could be dangerous too i.e. when she makes finger guns at people to be all playful and then accidentally shoots people with a sonic blast coming from her finger tips. Which leads us to the next thing!
Powers: Sony has the ability to manipulate sound waves in order to create a sonic blast with her hands. She can also shoots out sonic bullets from her finger tips, hence the accidentally shooting people thing. When placing her hands on the ground, she can use her powers to create an earthquake with the sound vibrations.

Personality:
D is a very interesting person, he acts on his own accord. D is often perceived as weird and off putting. Not because he doesn't talk, but simply because he doesn't venture out much from his "shell" so to speak. While if you approach him, you could tell he's easily the nicest person one could hope to meet, and that he loves to have friends. He won't go out of his way to introduce himself unless you're an old friend or friend period. Don't get him wrong though, it's not because he hates you or anything like that, he's just scared of what he will learn about you, he fears that he'll know things that you don't want others to know. Knowledge is not all that it is cracked up to be, contrary to belief. D has taken quite the mental abuse on both his mind and his body. He's gone through the hardships that being the first subjects brings to him, losing friends, watching slaughters happen, learning.

This is another reason why he is so distant from others, he's just gone through to much. He also has a hard time letting go of things, when he sees you as a friend, if you were to die, he would be more then haunted with the fact that you died. It's just something about him that makes him harder to let go, he's not obsessed or anything like that, but he is human when it comes to losing things, it just hits him harder for some reason. That is why he is quiet to those he doesn't know, simply because he does not wish to lose more friends.

Powers/Skills:
D's primary weapons are percussion-lock rifled muskets, which he can summon in large numbers and are fired by hand, remotely or are used as a melee weapon. Expended bullets can summon strings to ensnare the foe. The term "musket" usually refers only to smooth-bore firearms, however an exception to this is the rifled musket developed after the invention of the Minié ball. This makes it highly likely he's using a form of the Minié rifle. D's guns can only shoot one bullet, but the type of the bullet can also vary so it can shoot shotgun shells too. He is limited to eleven guns at once, and must shoot one, before summoning another. He can summon a number of fifty-five, before he can no use his power for four hours. Beyond summoning his own guns, he has expert ability in fire arms and is well versed with most weapons, being able to use them with high proficiency .

Beyond this power, the reason 000 is among the first to be test, because of this D is at peak physical and mental condition of the subjects in that verse can achieve without any supernatural methods and remain that way with little or no maintaining. This entails that he are faster, stronger, more intelligent and overall superior to fellow members of his peers without being obviously supernatural. However, he is still normal and can be killed, stabs and shots will easily kill him as the next man.

Esdras is a composed man whose rather sedated expressions hides a very angsty and dark monologue. He sees the world and others as his play things, toys to be put back in the box whenever he's done with them; or, if it pleases him, to be torn apart and thrown away. Among his dark lines are subtle lies, a fickle rage, and a sadistic joy from watching others fail.

Most would compare such cruelty to a demon but its only the front of a agonizing storm. Pain swirls in a heavy hurricane as negativity grips at him. Happiness is always a league and a half away, and if he ever reaches it, its always fading and short-lived. This happens regardless of the situation or his outlook, for his power often drains him of positive emotions. Leaving only hatred, dark ambitions, and sadness.

Esdras powers are contained, sealed if you will, in a alternate form that he controls with great pain and effort on his part. When he transforms, the mutations that he undergoes, the dark power that courses through him is similar to fire dancing on the skin. The ability to manipulate magnetic fields is the strength he gains in this form. While not necessary, transforming does increase his capabilities. When using this ability, metals such as iron, nickle, cobalt, and rare earthen minerals are under his control.

Esdras has observed that he can generate and manipulate magnetic fields, attract and repel metal objects, construct magnetic force fields, and to his own surprise, sense disturbances in the field. Physical limits have been noted, he can only lift objects that weight up to 4 automobiles and his range for his magnetic awareness stretches to over ten meters (30ft) around himself. Its weaknesses comes in the form of the objects he uses. Magnetism in a object can be degenerated by extreme heat and creating magnetic fields takes a literal minute to construct and implant within the existing field.
