The supernaturals are at war. This is not a new thing. There have always been arguments and battles between the difference species. But lately things have gotten worse. There are very few places that supernatural being can go and find sanctuary. The underground is one of those places. It is a safe haven for all. All species and races have agreed that this one place will be neutral zone. Those who need a place to hide or simply need a place to rest are welcome. The doors are always welcome.
The scientist have found a way to blend human and animal DNA. The government has agreed to fund this experiment. The question was where to get volunteers. After much discussion it is agreed to offer the option to young criminals as away to avoid jail and turn their lives around. As one of these young criminals you will have to learn to control your animal instincts and learn to change at will. If you survive the training you will became a solider defending the United States. The teens are kept an apartment complex that was build under ground. The idea was to give them enough space not to kill each other. It was understood that the teens would do exactly what they were told or they would be destroyed. They would be tested and educated. It was hoped that they could become the soldiers of the future saving others.

2. Do not attack other characters without approval
3. Do not attack NPC without clearing it with me. I don't want random destruction.
4. If you are unsure about something ask I will answer to the best of my ability.
5. If you are going to be gone more then a day let me know. If you are gone more then two days without an OOC post or a status saying you will be gone I will consider your character no longer in the Underground and you will have to re-enter. I don't mind waiting but I need to know who to wait for.
6. If you have a suggestion let me know I welcome suggestions
7. I don't mind discussions and disagreements, but let's not fight in the OOC
8. Use the mention button. It helps people know your talking to them. Especially me ;)
9. Internal thoughts are great but please make them appear different from your spoken words. I don't care if you use color or italics.
