Name: Light Void

Appearance: A 1.7 meter tall pure white humanoid with short blue hair, a large roundish head with no nose and large black and orange eyes, aquatic looking fin ears, a skinny neck, broad chest, skinny biceps with large forearms and equally large cartoony claw like hands that flow into each other. She wears a long white dress with a blue tanktop and blue edges on the bottom section, with an M cut in the bottom section to show her legs of which end in sharp points where she would normally have feet. Her heartless symbol is under her blue tanktop.

Personality: Light has a strong, carefree attitude about things. While intelligent, Light has a difficult time grasping all but the most serious of situations due to her inherent regeneration abilities. This leads her to do things she finds fun more than things that work towards a certain goal sometimes making herself a troublemaker, though not to the expense of her friends. Light is still a heartless though, and while she is strong enough to resist her more basic urges, she still collects the hearts of the Heartless she slays for herself on occasion, usually without even noticing it.

Capabilities:
Ultimate Regeneration: Light can regenerate from nearly any injury, and gain a resistance to that type of injury depending on how much she needed to regenerate. This resistance lasts for only a few minutes. (Regeneration speed is akin to Deadpool's)
Shadow Slip: Light can travel between worlds by using the shadows, much like any heartless.
Entropy: Light absorbs energy from anything she touches and has innate resistance to energy based attacks.

Weaknesses:
Ultimate Regeneration can't build resistances to Keyblade or light based attacks.
Entropy acts like a Midas Touch and is always working much to Light's annoyance. This limits her magical abilities severely.
Due to her regeneration, Light is very foolhardy in battle and will often get injured.

History: Light arrived in Sanctuary with no memory of how she got there or her past alongside a wave of other Heartless. While the Heartless attacked random people and were subsequently slain, Light found it pointless and barbaric to attack innocents for their hearts, especially when there was so much more to those people unlike the mindless heartless and other things to do in the world and so much more to life than just collecting hearts for some unknown purpose. Grabbing a blue shirt, she covered her Heartless symbol and blended in with the myriad of other people in the town, defending a few from the Heartless attack. While appalled at the idea of taking hearts from such interesting people, she had no problem with taking the hearts from the heartless she slain, at least when she could safely get her hands on a couple, although she wasn't aware of herself collecting the hearts.
After the fight, she found a strange key shaped sword in her hand alongside a couple hearts she found in her possession. Soon afterwords both disappeared, confusing her greatly.

The Blade
Name: Void's Judgement
Description: A large figure 8 shadow crystal key that emits an eerie negative light. An orb of what can only be called 'space' exists in the hilt. (Whatever that stary purple space like effect is on some characters is called)
Strength: Light's keyblade delivers very powerful blows when she attacks with it. Energy based defenses take an exceptionally large amount of damage from each strike due to Light's Entropy ability. Light also gets a tiny amount of Lifesteal.
Weakness: Light's blade is very poor at blocking attacks.
Other: The blade is unaffected by Light's Entropy. While it is the size of a two handed weapon, Light wields it with one hand with no trouble.

Magni Nikolas

"We've all gotta die someday! Today it's your turn!"

Name: Magni Nikolas

Gender: Male
Age: 17

Species: Human

Appearance: Five feet, six inches tall; 150 pounds. Hair is jet-black, contrasting his steel-blue eyes. Wears a loose deep blue half shirt with two large inset buttons. Beneath that is a tight single strapped tank top wrapped up in black bandages. He wears skin-tight obsidian shorts swathed in a sea-foam jacket. Dark, thick fisherman's boots adorn his feet.

Personality: Desires recognition in any form, even if he must become a martyr in the process.He knows the world is harsh due to his upbringing on the coast as a fisherman's son. Knowing full well of despair he has accepted it and has chosen to live a full life in spite of the sadness he feels. He mostly keeps to himself, though he has been known to talk at length about his home and embroidery. He really likes embroidering for some reason though he doesn't wear any of it.

Capabilities: Magni fights in a burst-type fashion, charging his energies into massive blows with his long sword keyblade. He draws from his ample upper body strength and powerful core, inside and outside of fights. Besides his weapon he shows moderate prowess in hand-to hand combat, especially in short bouts. Sometimes his blade displays strange markings and a blue aura, but Magni most often ignores it.

History: All he'd ever known was the crash of waves against his home, eroding his foundations and seeping inside him. The sea took many, his brother, his friends, and eventually his father. All succumbed to the waves except him. Bewilderment often set in those days, cursing that he could not be with them. One day after a particularly rough expedition he saw it. The edge of the world. The sight of it shook him to the core, reconstituting his concept of mortality in seconds. A choice was made that day. He wanted to live, for each of those who had been sacrificed to the ocean. For himself as well, so that the same fate would not befall him. He dedicated himself to the Academy when he learned of their presence in more than just sad prayers and departed swiftly towards the center of Sanctuary. His determination and humility ultimately gave him Destiny's Song, a keyblade through which he hoped to defy fate.

Weaknesses: Poor balance, is left wide open for any armed attack after missing a blow. Has been known to trip spontaneously with no apparent cause.

The Blade:

Don't despair, not even over the fact that you don't despair.

A blade hewn of ivory and inky black steel, it measures over 3 feet in length. A deep sense of pride and confidence seems to radiate from the blade, pushing its user into a state of calculated stillness. Sometimes the sword takes on a faint blue hue, but is uncommon.

Strengths: Long punishing blade for ranged takedowns. Able to slash, stab, or cause blunt force trauma.
Weaknesses: Heavy and require charge time for attacks. Leaves its owner open for attack.

Aura

The Character

What is bravery, without a dash of recklessness?

Name: Aura
Age: 24 (looking at one of the older student positions)
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Appearance: (At least a paragraph, photo or not. A picture is nice, but you're going to need a bit more to make them come alive)

She stands at 5' 7'' and weighs around 180 pounds. Her attire is what you see in the picture above. A scar runs across the center of her noise just under her eyes, though it is hard to see unless looking for it. Her eyes are the color of the ocean with a slight spark of mischief to them but don't make her made or those sparks with start a fire in her eyes and you best stay clear of her then. To top it all off her blonde hair goes down slightly behind her back to which she keeps in a pony tail as in the picture as well.

Personality: Aura has a positive attitude on almost everything and has a rather energetic personality that isn't easily subdued. Perhaps due to her energy she has such a low attention span as well, but when given a task of great importance she is able to focus on it and complete it, usually if she manages to keep her patience. She is a rather sociable person as well, unafraid to start a conversation with people she just meets, meaning making friends for her comes naturally. Her devotion to family and friends is strong and if it came down to it, she would risk her life to save theirs. She finds that actions speaks louder then words, which gets him into trouble from time to time as well as means he would rather shoot first and ask questions later when it comes to fights.

Capabilities: She specializes in defensive combat, keeping her guard up and striking when the enemy leaves an opening. Since she has a defensive combat, dodging is another specialty she has learned well to get out of the way of attacks that she knows she can block or fast opponents that break her guard to easily. She knows some magic at least to do moderate damage with fire and electric spells while the other spells are weaker.

Weaknesses: Fast barrage attacks can break her guard depending on how fast and how many attacks are in the barrage. A faster opponent can be trouble for her normal combat, meaning she has to dodge, while she has trained herself to be good at dodging this does leave her open, if not for normal attacks then magical ones to which her defense is useless against most of the time. Magic also can break her guard rather easily. She might be able to block one magic attack but no more.

History: Born in the Plain of Sanctuary, Aura was raised on the tales of the fall and the destruction that caused havoc on all the plains. Great cities lost to darkness to be forgotten and reduced to mere embers. These tales led her to desire to be like her father, a warrior, a fight, and a protector. Someone who could push against the dark creatures that still lurked around. In the tales her family was always a family of fighters, whether it was true would come down to trying to find records but that didn't matter to Aura. True or not she knew what she wanted which was to become a great warrior, even perhaps gain a title like knight. It would not be an easy task but she went head first into the challenge with no looking back.

She began her training at the age of twelve, and in five years time became a decent fighter but knew she had much to learn. It would be one day out on patrol in the local woods that she would find her true destiny. Being surrounded by dark creatures and her weapon lost all ready from combat with so many foes she raised her hand in front of her ready for an on coming strike that would never come. In a bright flash a new weapon forged into her hand, a weapon that resembled a marvelous key. Its blade glowed a hot orange like when metal came out of a furnace from the local forge. News traveled swiftly and the elder of the town told her where she had to go to learn how to use the weapon she now held. A keyblade. She set out for the fabled academy without looking back and after a few weeks of travel found her destination and became a new student of the academy. She had determination but her overzealous nature got her into some trouble with a few of the teachers as well as a new wall needing to be replaced in one of the rooms (Don't ask XD). Now it has been five years since she entered the academy and she yearns for adventure or at least be able to fight the creatures called the heartless rather then be trapped any longer in the academy walls.

The Blade

A blade that has the form of an old sword, the end coming out like a battleaxe, despite it's ancient appearance, the blade is deceptively strong, able to withstand some of the strongest of blows an opponent attacks with and deals out a moderate attack power that used correctly, can be devastating for opponents who don't have some good guarding capabilities. It's the same length as the sword shown in Aura's appearance image.

Strength: A blade that has excellent guard with a moderate attack power.
Weakness: It's great guard and moderate attack power is gained at the sacrifice of a slow swing.

“Err...whazz-KU-PHEH!! Hands OFF the pom-pom, kupo!”

Mogryo

Mogryo the Moogle stands at about two feet six inches (76.2cm) and weighs only about thirty-nine pounds (17-18kg), kupo. He’s got fuzzy white fur, with a little ruffled tuff in the middle of chest. He’s got rather short limbs and his purple bat-like wings aren’t very large either, kupo. Moving upwards, one will notice that Mogryo has a very cute, button nose. Like most others of his kind, regardless of tribe, Mogryo’s eyes seem to permanently be closed or squinting. Topping everything off are a pair of adorable little ears and finally, a red pom-pom atop a black antennae, kupo. Yes, it is cute. No, you may not ruffle it. Barbarians, kupo.

As for clothing...well...Mogryo usually goes au naturel. Moogles don’t usually feel the need to wear clothes, kupo. Pants are always out. Cute shirts and awesome hats, on the other hand, have a little more wiggle room. Mogryo enjoys dressing up from time to time, kupo!

Personality:

“No. No no no no no. You’re not alone here, kupo. Let’s go together.”

Mogryo

Many moogles find themselves called to the thrill of exploration, the Mogryo is no exception. Wanderlust has him in its clutches, kupo. The little guy yearns to see what’s beyond the Dark Forrest and his people’s village, to meet the strangers that walk under the same stars. There’s just a certain excitement that fills a moogle when he sees someone or something new, kupo. So Mogryo’s likely to be friendly, perhaps overly so. He’s rather excitable and rash, often getting swept away by the passion of the moment. His rather sheltered life in the village has left him rather trusting and gullible, likely to take a person at their word, kupo.

The moogle is of a playful sort, not taking things too seriously. If something can be made into a game or competition, count him in, kupo. He’s a bit of a ham, so get him going and he’ll play something up until it collapses under itself. But it’s all in good fun, kupo! The more laughs the better. People are always at their best when they smile.

When it comes to danger, Mogryo would prefer that nobody gets hurt. He might play it down, but he really cares about the wellbeing of his friends. If there’s a peaceful option, then he’ll find it, kupo.

Capabilities:

“What can I say? I’m a slave to the beat, kupo!”

Mogryo

A moogle’s got moves, kupo. When the music turns up, Mogryo gets down. Dancing is just a fact of life for the guy.

He can cook a mean kupo nut.

When diplomacy fails and things come to blows, Mogryo tends to back off of the front lines, preferring to take a more supportive role. He’s rather talented with curative and support magic, but knows his way around a fireball or shard of ice too. And he’s quick, kupo. Not that that really helps him in combat so much but hey, retreat is a valid option at times.

Weaknesses:

“KU-PHEW! Too bright! Too loud! I’m out!”

Mogryo

Mogryo’s not exactly the toughest guy around. He’s got a rather fragile body and not much mass to him. His physical attacks aren’t likely to do much outside of being annoying. And if he starts getting smacked around? Oh, kupo...

Lightning freaks him out. He doesn’t use lightning magic, and he’s not exactly too fond of it being used on him.

While adorable, Mogryo’s stubby limbs actually render him with a horrible reach. He’s got to get much too close for his liking if he wants to use his Fist of Kupo and Justice (fancy name for a slap, kupo!) and really if he’s resorting to that, he’s in for a world of hurt.

History:

“Hehe, then what happens, kupo? Do the Mages win, kupo? They win right? ...right?”

Mogryo

Deep, deep in the Dark Forest, to the left of the mossy log, right of Laughing Stone, and just before that one cave that you’re pretty sure is the home of a bear, there lies a secluded village, home for the furry little creatures that call themselves Moogles, kupo. Originally from the Plain of Bravery, these Moogles are the descendents of the few that managed to escape the fall. Their numbers are rather few, but steady.

Mogryo just so happens to be the youngest Moogle in the village, by all means still just an adolescent in his people’s eyes. It was understood that Mogryo would stay with his village until he reached maturity, and then he would be given the option of either staying in the happy isolation, or leave to see the world, as follows tradition. And that would have been fine with him, kupo. Here he had all the kupo nuts he could stomach, plenty of beautiful music, and his family. Why, what else could he possible need?

But that changed one day, kupo.

The kupo nuts didn’t taste quite the same.

The music didn’t captivate him as much.

He had even grown grumpy with his family.

It made no sense. That is, until one of the Elders performed the Dance of Meditation for three full days and three full nights. Then the answer hit him.

Young Mogryo had been afflicted with Wanderlust. It was unusual to say the least. Wanderlust had not been seen in a moogle since before the first refugees arrived on Sanctuary. Sure, there were a few Moogles who would forsake the villages to go live amongst the locals, but that just happened from time to time, and always with mature moogles. Mogryo was just a kid, kupo.

But Wanderlust cannot be ignored. To leave it be is to doom the Moogle to Heartbreak, kupo. No, there is but one cure. The afflicted Moogle must leave their village, and travel forth to see the world. Meeting new people, seeing new sights, these were the only ways to cure Wanderlust.

It was a sad day, the day that Mogryo left the village. The music played at only half gusto. Many Dances of Farewell and Dances of Goodluck were performed. The feast even failed to cheer up the little furry guys, kupo. That wouldn’t do. So Mogryo put on a smile and made a promise to everyone, that he would see all there was to see, that he would meet everyone there was to meet, and that he would one day return to the village, kupo.

And then he left, knowing that he, like all who leave the Moogle Village, would never lay eyes on the happy village again.

But the moogle took his first step into the unknown. And then another, kupo. And just like that, Mogryo’s story had begun.

Healing Light

Name:

Healing Light

Description:

A short key, this particular keyblade is much like a green rod, with only the white wing at the end serving as its teeth, kupo. Two metal ‘vines’ coil up the center rod, dotted with the same blooming green and yellow flower as on the handguard and keychain.

Strength:

Healing Light does well to bolster one’s magical ability, particularly when using healing or protective spells. It is also rather light and easy to swing, allowing for quick strikes. Also, it looks pretty snazzy.

Weakness:

Healing Light is a rather short keyblade, even for someone as small as Mogryo, kupo. It’s lightweight body doesn’t lend itself well for physical strikes, nor does it bode well for defending its wielder. It’s better than being unarmed, if just barely.

Heavily armored enemies laugh at the sight of the glorified stick.

Other:

Despite being relatively lightweight and short, Mogryo holds this weapon with two hands, opting to use the rod as the focus for his spells. He’s not likely to actually whack somebody with it unless he’s completely out of options, kupo.

Appearance:

Fun-sized and totally not short, Kaz is five feet nothing (and a half!) of trouble. There are days when she forgoes sleep and food, and she's on the skinny side because of that. She likes to put her red hair up in a braided ponytail to keep it out of her face when she's working, which is most of the time, but when it's down, it cascades past her shoulders in messy waves. Her eyes are expressive, windows to her soul and all that, and one can easily glean her mood from them. They're usually twinkling with unbridled excitement and curiosity, but they darken considerably once she enters her more manic state.

Not the most fashion-conscious, Kaz likes to dress in whatever's comfortable. She's rarely seen without her loose yellow jacket, however. It's something of a security blanket for her.

Personality:

In her small village, jaunty and good-humored Kaz has risen from the ranks of lowbrow infamy and has become an official public menace, and rightly so. According to the villagers, she's something of a mad genius (okay, so she tacked on the 'genius' part), and she has been tinkering with and inventing things for as long as she can remember. Her innovations aren't always 100% infallible, and they are usually of the kaboom variety (that's where the public menace part comes in), but there's no denying her mechanical prowess. Kaz is completely enamored with the lost technology of her ancestors' world, and has spent most of her life learning about and trying to replicate them.

Being so passionate about her craft isn't always a good thing, however, and her ingenuity is definitely a double-edged sword. On one hand, she is particularly brilliant. Her out-of-the-box way of thinking allows for unconventional but effective solutions to problems that may otherwise seem impossible. She looks at a situation with an open mind and adapts to it, relying on quick thinking and improvisation to get by. Kaz may be distressingly clueless in all other areas (societal norms, politics, things that normal people consider common sense), but when it comes to machinery, nothing can beat her.

On the other hand, her single-minded fascination with technology oftentimes come to the detriment of everything else, especially her health. Kaz likes picking things apart to find out how they work and can pore over a book from cover to cover in one sitting. She is prone to obsessing over new things and will relentlessly pursue her current obsession until it is appropriately satiated. Once her curiosity is properly piqued and her switch is turned on, she can go for days on end without eating or sleeping, too absorbed in her work to worry about anything or anyone else. In the same light, she is willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish a goal she is set on. It's usually best to stay clear of her way when she gets like this.

Disregarding her crazy, obsessive side, Kaz can almost pass for a regular teenager (though not really). She's excitable and goofy, amused by even the simplest things. There's very little that offends or perturbs her, and she is literally up for whatever shenanigans anyone is cooking up. She takes insults against her person very lightly, and although she fires back with snark, it's usually done with affection. Kaz is also not very conscious of danger; she dives headlong into any circumstance, especially even ones that are potentially life-threatening, just because she thinks it could be fun and interesting.

Long story short: for someone who's supposed to be smart, she actually does a lot of idiotic things.

Capabilities:

Nimble and surefooted, Kaz is capable of fast maneuvers that allow her to run across from place to place with utmost haste. She's not as physically strong as the others (look at those skinny arms and legs!), and therefore relies on magic and erratic but strategic movements instead.

But before all that, she's a mechanic. Tinkering and thinking her way out of things is her strongest suit. More often than not, she'll narrowly escape a predicament thanks to an unorthodox idea, coupled with some cheap tricks.

Weaknesses:

Kaz's incredibly unimposing stature doesn't just make her look feeble. She doesn't pack as strong a punch, and against a formidable Heartless, her strikes might as well be a tap on the shoulder. Her energy is akin to fireworks—explosive but ultimately fleeting. Lika a sprinter, she has to move in bursts and take rests in between because that's all her stamina can handle.

Her penchant to obsess over things can make things difficult for others. She can be stubborn and hard to dissuade; even if you tell her about the dangers lurking, she'll ignore them all if she gets to see something fascinating.

And does curiosity count as a weakness? Because Kaz would definitely be the metaphorical cat in most scenarios.

History:

In the heart of the Dark Forest is a small village rooted in the past, its inhabitants resolutely clinging onto the last vestiges of their ancestors' world. The village has since dwindled in population, losing many to the allure of the bustling Haven, and only the dedicated have remained to preserve the stories and knowledge of their ancestors' lost world. None are more so intrinsically tied to this history than the Lockwoods, who have long been designated as Knowledge's keeper of records.

Little Kaz grew up surrounded by relics and books, all within a step-ladder's reach, and there was nothing she left untouched. She was born a tinkerer, blessed with an unquenchable curiosity and deft fingers that constantly itch to take things apart and put back together. The inner workings of these lost technology was nothing short of fascinating, boggling her with its self-sustaining attributes. Technology in Sanctuary was vastly different, with magic was at its core, but these relics had only wirings and mechanisms that existed nowhere else.

She spent her childhood making things (and inadvertently destroying some, mainly parts of their village), trying to recreate machinery that were recorded in the books--like this amazing vehicle that used electromagnetically-suspended wheels--or using the lost world's concepts to enhance Sanctuary technology. Mostly, she made things that have a tendency to explode and the people of her small village did not take to that at all.

Even though she is an only child, and thus de facto future record keeper, the village as a whole schemed to send her away after yet another incident. The village has kept to itself most of the time, and they reasoned that it was time they started to branch out engage with the rest of the plane. They elected her as their 'ambassador'; as a Lockwood, they said it was her duty to gather knowledge of the outside world and bring it back to them. Of course, Kaz knows they're really just kicking her out—far, far away so she wouldn't accidentally ruin their precious relics, but she was curious about the inner rings anyway.

Still, Kaz, for all the genius she claimed to possess, would never have known that an entirely different path awaited her beyond the woods of the Dark Forest.

Circuit Breaker

Description:

It glows! The entire blade is a sleek obsidian, about a meter in length and slightly shorter than average (story of her life), and has a rounded base and hilt with a solid grip in the middle. Although its default glow accent is a neon blue, Circuit Breaker changes color to correspond with her current mood. There's a faint electrical hum that emanates from the blade, soothing and familiar.

Strength:

Light and wieldy, easy enough for her to carry around. It augments magical abilities by focusing energy and releasing it with pinpoint accuracy.

Weakness:

Doesn't offer much defense, and because it is lightweight, its striking power is considerably less effective.

Other:

Works best with Kaz using it to fire projectiles, using her magical energy as ammunition.

Ciel

Name: Ciel
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Appearance:

Personality: A deeply kind person, he loves to help those who need it out. So much that it is a fault he has hard times saying no when asked for help even at some pretty small things, often his friends have to step in before he gets tangled up in more duties for himself. He is also deeply responsible and looks out for those he can. This can lead to him being overbearing, and to some people creepy. He has a strong sense of justice and looks at heartless as pure evil and darkness, thus he has strong negative feelings for the beasts.

Capabilities: Ciel is a wild fighter, he likes to use the wind from his keyblade to help speed him up and physically throw himself around in the air. Allowing him to turn spots in mid air, and attack from crazy hard to predict angles and directions. He also has figured out how to use wind to amplify his swings and even extend his range, although this takes a lot of effort and he needs much more training.

Weaknesses: Ciel is frail, he has much leaner muscle because he views speed as the most important skill he can have. He cant take many hard hits, and the more he has to dodge the more energy he has to expend. Because his wind manipulation is still his magic, it does consume his MP which is of course limited.

History: Ciel grew up on the outskirts of the black forest, it was usually quiet and there wasnt much for children to do. Most children didn't seem to mind because that was just how life was and of course were groomed to be as much like their parents as possible. Ciel was different, he didn't like being alone, he like being with others and being friends with them and helping them do things and make them happy. Those were the things he enjoyed most in life. His parents saw how he clashed with the lifestyles of those around him, so they decided to move to the center ring of Sanctuary, to be in the big city, to be around all the people and children.

Ciel loved it and began to hear much more about the legends of all the chaos that was unleashed, and became more enamored with the idea of of the keyblade guard. Inspired by their legends he continued to help those in need even in sacrificing his own well being at times. It was these acts that unlocked his keyblade tempest, and it was at that time that he joined the academy.

The Blade

Name:

Tempest Song

Description: A curvy blue keyblade. With adornments of yellow and a unique handle. There are actually two right on top of each other both with one opposing side of the hand guard. This allows for switching to one-hand to two-hands very easily and the layout would add a bit of extra leverage for two-handed fighting.
Strength: It is a fast keyblade, that enhances the effectiveness of parry's and dodges.
Weakness: Being a lighter it keyblade, it doesn't do as much damage per hit.
Other: It also has an effect where it enhances the user's wind magic specifically in a way that allows him to actually manipulate the wind.

Appearance: Ryan is 4"11 with a relatively skinny build, he weighs just above 100 pounds. He has naturally blue hair which is typically brushed so his bangs are in front of his left eye. He has several scars all over his body which he covers with long concealing clothing. His eye color is blue while his left eye is completely yellow. He thinks it's ugly so he covers up his left eye with his hair. He always wears jackets and jeans so he can cover up as much skin as possible. He sometimes wears gloves but he finds them uncomfortable so he will leave his hands uncovered.

Personality: Ryan is first and foremost a street rat. He has been in an orphanage in Haven for a very long time and lost his parents at a young age. Because of that he has problems with figures of authority and older people in general. He tends to be very stubborn and dislikes asking for help. Ryan gets bored easily and due to that he will do many things to many people for entertainment. It's not so much that he's a troublemaker, it's more that he doesn't know how to keep himself occupied. He tends to be somewhat pessimistic but he knows that there is good in the world. He just wants to know where. He has no friends and because of that can be very akward in social situations. He tends to just walk away if he gets into a conversation he doesn't want to be in. Has a bit of a Napoleon Complex.

Capabilities: Ryan's upbringing involved a lot of theft and running. He has gotten very good at theft and running. He's fast in a fight and faster at escaping one. He knows how to talk his way out of any situation and if that fails he can throw some dirt in a guy's eyes and take him down. He's practically a master of dirty fighting. He has shown a talent for spells but is afraid to use them for various reasons. If he was to get over that fear he would be an almost untouchable force in battle as he shot out fireballs and windstroms to stir up dust clouds, where he would then implement hit and run strategies. Or as he likes to call them, "Hit and Fun" strategies.

Weaknesses: If you can force Ryan into a corner he's screwed. He depends on large open spaces so he can have the advantage of fast movement during battle. He's also not very good at up close battles despite being a wielder of the Keyblade. If you can stay close to him and not give him a chance to run away then you've practically defeated him. He also has a fear of darkness and clowns.

History: Ryan's parents died at a very young age. Ever since he was six he has lived either on the streets or in an orphanage. Either way he always stole stuff from street vendors so he could live. His left eye is completely yellow and because of that people thought he was a Heartless in human form. He had to steal food so he could stay healthy and whenver he was caught he was beat. At the age of 12 he joined a public school where he learned many things. A few months in he got bored so he decided to pull a prank on the entire school. He was going to be loved he had thought. Little did he know. He got his hands on some spells, he was going to use a wind spell to blow away all the papers in the school. He had no knowledge of the magical power he had. Ryan ended up creating a tornado which killed everyone in the school. After that he was heavily traumatized and required years of therapy. A few months in he wandered into a forest of darkness. He wandered through the darkness for 7 days and 7 nights. On the seventh day his keyblade appeared to him and showed him how to see through the dark. After finding his way out he was found by the Legion. This brings us to the present where he has been drafted into Keyblade Master's Academy to learn how to wield the power inside of him.

The Blade
Name: Ventus Morientis

Ventus Morientis is of an interesting design. It has no hand guard, the blade is double sided unlike most keyblades, and most importantly it seems to be two different keyblades. One side is "wavy" as it appears to be smooth and perfectly made, the blade is in the form of a crescent moon. While the other side is "jagged" it looks like a preschool kid made it as it juts out at weird angles, clearly made to hurt humans instead of Heartless, the blade takes the form of half of the Heartless emblem. The part of it leading up to the blade is half black and half white.
Strength: Ventus Morientus is made for speedy confrontations. You move in and go for a couple of solid hits and you move back out before you get hit. It's designed to be as fast as possible. It's a one handed weapon which means that casting spells with it is also very easy.
Weaknesses: Blocking is not an option. Without a hand guard you're more likely to get your hand cut off then you're going to block any solid hit.

The Character

Name: Inaya Samara
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Appearance: Inaya stands quite tall for her age at five feet eleven inches, or about 1.8 meters. She is dark skinned, with straight raven black hair reaching her shoulder blades, that she keeps done up in a bun most of the time. Her eyes are small and dark brown, and pinch when she smiles, which is often. She is rather heavy set, her body toned and strong from years working in a field with her family. Her legs are long and thick, and her arms are similarly muscular. A few scars and marks dot her body, disclosing her gruelling dedication to her work. She often wears plain clothes, primarily practical clothing fit for a hard day's work.

Personality: Inaya Samara is a simple girl. She enjoys working with her hands, and prefers working outdoors than indoors. She is optimistic about most everything, and she loves making new friends. She is fiercely loyal to those she trusts, and her father instilled in her the drive to protect anyone who cannot protect themselves at an early age. She always laughs heartily, trying to always stay light hearted, and taking everything in stride. Often she doesn't catch every social queue that flies her way, so she tries to compensate by being blunt and brash. Her loyalty to others can sometimes come across as naive, as she can't always tell who she should and shouldn't put her trust in. On top of this, her altruistic tendencies have gotten her into trouble more than once, sometimes biting off more than she can chew in the defence of others. Despite this, Inaya has remained positive about her experiences, and looks forward to new experiences with an open mind.

Capabilities: Inaya is very strong. Her childhood and adolescence of manual labour has strengthened her to the point where she could take on most grown men in hand to hand combat. This means her strikes are powerful, and her guards are iron-clad. However, her offensive power is underdeveloped, as she prefers instead to guard the majority of her opponents attacks, aiming to outlast them in endurance. After her opponent has tired themselves out, she goes in for the kill. She is also very focused on drawing attacks away from her allies and tanking them herself, allowing them to stay in top form while she soaks up damage.

Weaknesses: Inaya's offensive capabilities are unrefined, which results in slow, inefficient strikes that are powerful, but ultimately drain more strength than the damage they inflict. On top of this, Inaya is not very manoeuvrable, and is better at standing as a wall against her foes than chasing them down. Her tactic for damage absorption also only goes so far, as while her endurance is great, she is also taking much more damage than others, and therefore is much more likely to go down from straight fatigue.

History: Inaya grew up in a farming community only a few kilometres from Haven. Her family's farm was a very large one, and employed dozens of farmhands to produce tonnes of crops for the city. From a very early age, she showed an interest in working with her father in the fields, and thus grew up under his wing. They worked every day from dusk until dawn, tending the fields. In her spare time, Inaya would spend time with the other children of the village, who she would quickly befriend She never hesitated to help the other children with whatever they asked, if it could lighten their load. Some took advantage of her this way, but she learned from them how to spot those who would take advantage of her kindness. She learned from her father that providing for others, without the expectation of thanks, was the true nature of altruism, and that to do so would honour her forefathers greatly. Inaya's father spoke very little of their lineage, but from the anecdotes and morals he did tell her, or that she overheard, she gathered they were a numerous people, and that they provided for and protected all those who required it. She was especially fond of the stories of those who would sacrifice themselves for others, those who would put everything at stake to protect their family, friends and neighbours. From her father she also came to know the Keyblade Guard, and she was ecstatic to learn of the Rite of the Legion. When the time came, she swore that she would pledge herself to the Legion, even if she didn't become a Keyblade wielder.

The Blade

Name: Meet You at Dawn
Description: The guard of the Keyblade is only open on one side, meaning the outward facing side is completely covered. The plate that covers the hilt is in the shape of a traditional metal shield, and designed so that it seems to be laid over the hilt. The guard itself circles half way from the base of the blade, then sweeps out to poke out from the bottom edge of the shield covering. The staff is straight and thick, and the teeth are in the shape of a rook. The whole Keyblade has a rather dull, grey style, as if made of an unpolished iron. Bits of rust can be seen eating away at the surface of the Keyblade.
Strength: The heavy style of the blade allows for powerful blows and high absorption of a lot of damage. The shield covering the hilt also allows for better guard, leaving very little opening for attack.
Weakness: Heavy and not aerodynamic, meaning movement is laboured and difficult.
Other: The blade allows for moderately powerful Reflect magic, but no other magical capabilities.
