BC is right though! If any of your characters have been traveling for some times they have probably seen some worse things than her... Though they'd be lucky if they were alone and not eaten. Probably only from a safe distance!

Orior is correct, tho I planned on asking her why she could not sense her. Lycan's seemingly tend to know when one another is around, even if they do not know their race. Alex just covered her ears because Aurora looked panicked. ^^;

Maybe I should elaborate on the city itself more? The OP doesn't say as much as I thought it did. Urenda was established by a groups of Priests and exists as a sort of hub for people on the High Road. It's a very small establishment, and relies on trading and cooperation to live. There are not enough inhabitant to properly care for it, thanks to the state of things, and so they need the help of others.

If your character is bringing items for trade, like valuable furs, skins/leathers, and meats, they will gladly house you, because they need those things to clothe their people.

They don't like to buy and sell, they barter.

Yeah, that's what I thought, too. That's why Aurora has a whole backpack full of furs from the far north, so pretty warm furs, with her. She also has a tiny amount of other valuables on her to get, like, drinks and stuff in villages that don't really barter. I was a tad bit confused with all the, like anger, when Aurora clearly has a whole backpack of furs with her. I might have only given the backpack minor attention, yeah.

As I said, Reether is a hard ass, and he didn't like the animal on the counter.
He was also aggravated about the loss of product, as mentioned.
Is it an over-reaction? Yes. But he wasn't yelling or anything. :/
