Damn ya figured it out. Yeah Cole and Pariah hooked up after spending some time together trying to clear Pariah's name. Natalie is Cole's daughter but Cole doesn't know she exists because he didn't stay with Pariah.
For the second question, Pariah can still kick ass thanks to the cybernetics from way back then being improved on over time. As for Cole he's in his forties but can still fight. To be honest I'm probably going to have him die in this one but that's further down the road.

Bruh... How could I NOT figure it out?! Also if it's only been 10 years than Cole would be 38. Jack on the other hand would be 49 almost 50
Nah it's 20 years, Gifted took place in 2029 and Insurgency takes place in 2049. If I can still do math(I need to go back to school) that's twenty years.

Jack is a kind, loving, and gentle fatherly figure towards Ace. Towards his students at The Conclave University, he is just as kind and patient but can be strict when he needs to be in order to keep his students from falling out of line. He is overall just a gentle giant. However, in the heat of battle Jack is a cold blooded killer who will not hesitate to take down a threat. Especially if it is threatening someone he cares about.

While it is not enough to kill someone; it definitely give you a nasty shock and temporarily paralyze you. However this can only be accomplished through physical contact, Jack cannot send electric waves through the air. In order for Jack to shock someone he needs to come into physical contact first. As a side effect of his abilities; Jack has an extremely high resistance to electricity and can store a large amount of electricity, more so than the average human.
Psychological: Silver Tounge - basically he is a sweet talker. He can easily manipulate people into doing what he pleases. If he asks or tells you to do something you can't help but obey. Nobody can resist his command. However, Jack tends not to use this ability as it is against Jack's morals and he tends to not wanting to force people to do something against their will.
Skills: Jack has a vast knowledge of weaponry and how to handle multiple types of firearms. He also is very skilled in self defense and martial arts.
Bio:
after assisting the group in taking down Callahan, Jack returned to his quiet, simple life with Ace back in the slums at Jack's Craft Shack. Not long after President Callahan's impeachment, Jack went to the Secretary of State to legally adopt Ace and become her official guardian. Thankfully, Ace's biological parents did not oppose Jack's actions and the adoption went smoothly. Life was good for the next 5 years until a sudden malfunction in the heating and electric wires caused the store to burn to the ground. Soon after, Ace came to Jack saying that she wants to live under the radar for a while and take on the life as a mercenary and help out the Conclave and the CIR branches outside of Manhattan, where the struggle to keep the peace between humans and metahumans were at their most challenging point. Ace had also requested that Jack kept quiet about her decision to the rest of her friends. Though reluctant at first, Jack respected her wishes and let her go.
On occasion, he would receive phone calls from Ace telling Jack of her adventures around the country and her successes in keeping the peace. There's no doubt that the stress and worry for Ace caused Jack to age a bit, but he still kept his promise to her and told no one of what Ace was doing. Many times throughout the years he would get phone calls and visits from her friends asking where she was, what she was doing, and why didn't she tell anyone anything about why she left. Each time these questions were asked Jack would say the same thing, "I can't tell you where she is, what she's doing, or why she left. But I will tell you this; she's alive and she's safe. And one day, she will come back."
During those past 15 years to this day; Jack is a professor at Manhattan Conclave University. Where he teaches metahumans how to control their powers. He also trains future and potential Sentinels, at the Manhattan CIR Branch HQ, in hand to hand combat and self defense as well as the proper handling of firearms.
It had been 15 years since the day Ace had left without a trace. Up until recently Ace would regularly give Jack status updates on how she was doing. However, for the past 6 months, Ace had not called once.
Jack was on his way back to his apartment when suddenly his cellphone rang. Jack rummaged through his coat pockets for a moment before he finally pulling it out. He looked at the caller ID. "Huh...? An unknown number...? Probably just spam..." He murmured to himself then sighed before finally answering.
"Look buddy, I don't know what you're selling but don't want any part of it so-"
A familiar voice came through and cut him off, "Jack? Is that you? It's Ace! Where are you to right now?"
"Ace?! I just left the CIR HQ. What's going on?"
"Okay. Go the Conclave Memorial and hurry."
"The Conclave Memorial? Ace, what's going on? Are you in trouble-" Just then the phone cut off.
Jack hurried over to the memorial where he froze in his tracks as soon as he saw the figure of a thin, young woman, who stood roughly 5'6" in stature, waiting for him in front of the memorial. The woman smiled gently as she replied, "Hi, Jack. I'm home. Did you miss me?"
It was Ace. Jack broke down into tears of joy as he ran over to Ace and hugged her tightly in his arms, showing no signs of letting go. After saying nothing to him for 6 months, there she was, standing right in front of him, alive and well.
"Where in god's name have you been? What happened? You just suddenly stopped calling me and I had no idea whether or not you were ok!"
"I'm so sorry... I didn't mean to make you worry..."
"You idiot! As your guardian and father, it's my job to worry about you! I'm just so happy that you're home...!" Jack looked down at Ace and smiled, tears still running down his cheeks. "Now let me get good look at your face. It's been ages since I've last seen you!"
Jack took a step back and lifted Ace's head. He gently brushed aside the hair that was covering Ace's face and thoroughly examined her before finally sighing with relief and smiled as he replied, "15 years ago..... My little girl left to become a mercenary in order to keep the peace that she and her friends so desperately fought to create..... Now a lovely young lady has come back in her place...." Jack's expression turned solemn. "Tell me, Ace... How long do you plan to stay this time?"
