I'm with Kio on this, not quite fair to just call a mission like that for your whole group when someone else has already called on it, especially if the mission was first come, first served.

Kio, there's no point in forming teams if we're going to split them up every arc. Either you give it to one team, or nobody, you don't pick and choose out of several.

My characters aren't in teams at the moment, so it might not be my place to say anything. But I actually would prefer mixing up the groups every so often. Teams are great and all, but if we're just going to be sticking to missions based on our pre-determined teams then it will limit the amount of unique relationships our characters can have with each other outside of the Guild Hall.

Different circumstances should bring different characters together, if you know what I mean?

As much as I adore big epic battles with badass characters (Which I've very much enjoyed reading throughout the IC), I'm a big sucker for the growing relationships between characters. I haven't been in many roleplays, but they either die too fast or I have to leave because of personal reasons (mostly work). So I'm very keen on seeing how far the relationships my characters have established can be built up with as many different characters as possible; hopefully keeping them all unique.

I've never been able to do that before in a roleplay so if I can succeed here then I'll be happy :P

The reason we made teams in the first place was to encourage stronger personal relationships between a few characters, instead of having all interaction diluted across the whole RP. Spreading out and mingling during free roam is fine and even envouraged, but during major arcs we should try to stay within our teams. Obviously, there will be arcs where we purposefully mix up the teams, but those will have less of an impact on our characters if we do it too often.
