Day To Day Attire:Andrey favors casual attire for his world which by some other worlds may appear to be classier clothing. He enjoys crisp white collared shirts covered over by vests of varying colors and always topped off with a black tie. He is often seen wearing a leather pouch on his hip that can carry a variety of different items and material.

Personality: Andrey is first and foremost a scientist and is always in the mindset that if science can't explain it than it can't be real. There must always be a reason for why something is happening that can be explained by science and no other reason can be possible. He is also an adventurous and ambitious scientist that is always willing to take the risks if he can justify a reasonable outcome that is beneficial for himself.
Andrey is a generally nice person to others and likes to think of himself as an extrovert despite the fact that he holes himself up in his lab for long periods of time. He is always friendly to the merchants he works with and even finds building relations with new people fairly easy for himself. Though there is the fact that he also likes to look down on others as he does not view them as his intellectual equal and as a result he always tends to look out for just number one.

- Alchemy (Master): High knowledge of chemistry and the uses of metals in various concoctions and formulas. This knowledge of chemistry is coupled with a knowledge of the anatomy of humans and the basic biological compositions.
- Cooking (Journeyman): Andrey lives by himself and because of this has had to learn to cook for himself. This skill as developed with a thirst for knowledge of always better tasting food.
- Herbalism (Master): Andrey has an extensive knowledge of various benign and toxic plants. He knows ways in which to create medicine out of plants and metals when combined with his knowledge of alchemic science.
- Persuasive (Journeyman): Andrey has a good way with words that he puts to good use with merchants and other alchemists when trying to negotiate a deal. He always seems to get items and metals for the best prices compared to some of his other friends who deal with the traders.
- Engineer (Expert): The need to repair and make your own equipment is always an important function when running your own lab. Andrey is known to create is own machines to be used in his experiments as well as other equipment that can be sold for profit.
- Lockpicking (Novice): With an ever expanding thirst for knowledge, he has decided to take up locking picking as a new hobby and a new useful talent.

- The Last Resort: A custom made flintlock pistol that rests in a shoulder holster on his left side. The pistol is coated in gold plating on the stock and has elaborate alchemic symbols engraved into the gold and wood stock.
- Don't Look at me: The 'Don't look at me' device is a series of glass vials that are filled with magnesium and saltpeter in a volatile mixture that when active creates a bright flash of light. This blinding light assists Andrey in a quick retreat as his victims can be stunned from the device. A downside to this device is that it is not perfected yet and has a tendency to go off when unintended and can even explode from the small additive of black powder as an activator.

Childhood: Andrey was orphaned at the young age of two for unknown reasons with the most reasonable idea being that his parents just gave him up. He was given to a University orphanage whose purpose was to take in those who had been abandoned and raise them to become the next generation of scientists. This is where Andrey was introduced to the world of Alchemy and logical thinking. He was later adopted by a Cambri University professor at the age of seven who put the young orphan through school.
Adulthood: Andrey graduated from Cambri University at the age of seventeen. It was because of his adopted father's connections that right out of University, he was able to get start up his own lab and was soon living on his own in Haven of the Sea. This has been where Andrey has been able to spend the past ten years away from the sky wars that are on going near the borders of the Commonwealth.
Special Moments: Andrey remembers his graduation from Cambri University very well as his was a proud moment for him and his adopted father. Another moment he remembers very well is the day that he was adopted and taken away from the orphanage.
Current Events: Andrey had been running new transmutation experiments for attempting to turn lead into gold using mercury and black powder. It would be very bad for these experiments to remain unmonitored for long.
Climate: The Commonwealth is a vast chain of islands that have a climate ranging from tropical to temperate zones. There are strong underwater currents between the islands that makes travel by naval vessel very dangerous and it is not uncommon for ships to go missing on route between ports. Cities have been known to span off of islands and into the ocean to harness the power of hydrothermal vents and the currents.
Ruling(s): The Commonwealth. One of the many nations that dot the World and is ruled by a Technocracy system where the Universities have control.
History: The Commonwealth started out as a mix of various traveling tribes that would move from island to island as they gathered resources to survive. As technology advanced, the tribes chose to settle down and cultivate the islands that they traveled between not to many years ago. The tribes decided that they would be better off banding together against the rougher sky tribes of the north that would sometimes raid the islands.
Later on as culture advanced and the thirst for knowledge continued, universities were created to educate the populace and create and educated population. This gave rise to the Universities feeling that they controlled the population already and as their knowledge increased they forced the council of elders from their power and created the Commonwealth that is know to this day. The highly intelligent are rewarded with positions of power or large grants to continue their research in private with the promise of regular updates and benefits to the nation.
Notes: There is no magic in Andrey's world as it is a world made up entirely of science. Some of the other worlds in the multiverse may call his world Steampunkish in nature as coal and steam power have taken prominent leaps and bounds in technology and there is even research into electoral power. The people have developed large metal ships that are able to travel the sea without sails only on the power of coal and even flying ships that are carried along by large blimps and steam. There are cities that are built stretching into the sky as layered cities that build up upon each other and even other cities that are build underneath the water that are powered by thermal vents to produce electricity.
