He can manipulate sand, perhaps solidify it, use it as a weapon or just about anything concerning sand, not rocks mind you. As long as he has access to it.

Overall, I would still like you to expand your character sheet! You still have things small and straight to the point. I want straight to the point, but I want more details! If you need help, either look at the accepted character sheets or ask me for help.
