Appearance: Jack, as a human, stands taller than most at about six feet. His muscles are impressive, but age has clearly begun to take it's toll. What was once short jet black hair now had strands of silvery gray. His beard lost some of it's luster but thankfully none of it's length. His stormy gray eyes and horizontal scar on his left cheek gave his face a distinguishable look. His usual outfit wasn't very flashy but fairly practical. Work boots, jeans and a light black jacket is his standard fare.
In wolf form he grows about a foot and gains massive amounts of muscle and leathery hide. A cross between man and wolf is a powerful thing to behold. His fur, like his hair, is beginning to show streaks of gray in the black. His long fangs and claws are as shiny as they are sharp.
Powers: Jack is able to turn into a werewolf at will. While in that form he is much stronger, faster and harder to kill. His sense of smell and reflexes increase as well. Sharp claws and fangs are his primary method of fighting, as well as a mighty howl that can disorient tough enemies and send smarter ones running. A full moon is when Jack is at his most powerful. He becomes a pure predator. If bit by a werewolf and not treated immediately, you will be turned.
Skills: A man of the people, Jack is a natural leader. A good shot and skilled fighter in a brawl, he can hold his own even as a human. He is also surprisingly good at negotiations and organizing logistics. Besides that, he's fairly good with his hands and carpentry, though rarely has the time to prove it.
Equipment: Jack does not have much. He carries a loaded revolver, matches and a few black market cigarettes on him at all times.
Weaknesses: Werewolves draw a considerable amount of their power from the moon. When there is not much of one in sight, Jack is limited in power. He is also extremely vulnerable to silver and weary of any holy ground. The longer he is in wolf form the more feral he becomes, growing in power but losing ability to think like a human. That is especially dangerous for his allies.
Psychological Profile: Jack is notoriously angry. All the time. There are a lot of problems in his life and he takes them all very seriously. From the lowliest complaint to major problems, Jack takes the time to hear them all. His repertoire with nonhumans is very good and he finds most of them to be upstanding, if misunderstood creatures. His goal of getting greater cohesion and equality between races has become his obsession. He resents being called a nonhuman and demands people call him by Jack and nothing else. Anyone who uses his codename is asking for trouble.
Biography: Jack Rodham was born in the endless heat of Arizona. Growing up as a child in a trailer park, his life was anything but lavish. Here he first learned to sympathize with the plights of the every man and recognized the struggle of poverty. Dropping out of high school to work full time was a hard decision, but one that was necessary for his family. James Rodham, Jack's father, had run off when Jack was eight, leaving behind a single mother and three kids. Maturity forced it's way into his life and stayed there.
After almost two years of struggling meal to meal, Jack met a man. This man offered him a very well paying, if illegal, job of smuggling small time drugs across the border from Mexico. The price of getting caught was immense, but Jack took the job anyways, and started his career in the drug trade. He moved products for years, growing in size and eventually moving up to receiving and selling his own shipments all over southwest Arizona. His family was safe and comfortable.
After a string of robberies that he could not report to the police, extra security was hired. Jack was visiting a warehouse to oversee an incoming shipment one night when disaster struck. The roar of gunfire was the first sound to alert them, and the screams of pain prepared them for what came next. Three massive werewolves rushed into the building, moving faster than they had any right to. The carnage was impressive. The security squads could not rally the courage to face their attackers, let alone fight back. Jack waited in the balcony he was and waited for the inevitable. With gun in hand he was determined to go down fighting.
One wolf burst into the room and took two bullets to the torso before reaching out with a claw and slashing the man's face. Jack fell to the ground in agony, the wound burning like poison into his skin. Before the final blow could be struck, sirens were audible in the distance and closing fast. The wolf paused and decided that the heist was more important than the kill. It joined it's comrades and ran off with the equivalent of thousands of dollars. Jack was brought to the hospital by police and was managed to be saved. He was facing hard time on serious charges.
During the war, the security quality of his jail dropped significantly. One night when the moon was right Jack made his escape using his powers for the first time. After that he roamed for a while on his own before stumbling upon the Citadel. He was accepted in but found the only place he could go without getting stares and whispers was Dark Town. Because of his human appearance and good relations with nonhumans, he was assigned Director of Dark Town Relations. A title he did not endear. His duties were to fight for the rights of his peers.

Hi, I hope its not too late to join. That's my character, let me know if I messed up on anything. I got the vibe that Dark Town was kind of separate from the rest of the Citadel so I thought my guy would make a nice bridge. I figure he would be their representative to the rest of the PCs/Council.
Oh and please don't let my post count scare you, I had to move recently so I haven't had much time to write.
