I don't see any reason why you couldn't, BUT would the airship fit within the East Market? Maybe hovering above or parked outside, but not within the market... So for that reason, I'd say you can have an airship, but you'll only just be able to talk about the things you've done there and not actually go there while RP-ing...

Does that make sense?

Oo, or are you thinking of having an airship shop with the entrance being a ladder? That'd be cool...

But yeah, you can go back to your airship and come back. You could even do something like this:

xXSINXx walked back through the gates to find something to eat. They had just been working in their airship for hours on the newest steam-powered electric mousetrap and they were starving. [More exposition about what they had been doing on their airship...] When they reached the restaurant, they ordered literally everything on the menu.
