I read that in the bio, I just thought that you would tie that in to his time in the military haha
Which is where Rafael originally got the title of Titan as a Private and was known as such thereafter.

Then my opinion is that if you need to keep adding or changing a character, you haven't thought it through enough to have posted him. A character should be a set history, with a usually unchanging powerset unless the character grows through IC.

But that's just how I go about it.
