Clay assures the patron as he starts heading back towards the bar.
As he passes @Overlord24 the upstrung, tightly wound kid he quickly shares some words in passing.
"Kid your stressing me out, just relax, I can get you something for those nerves if you need."

Just then the lights did their thing, blue flames now filling the place of cold dead wicks. Well it was one less thing for Clay to have to do but it still left him curious as to who had done it.

Beer mugs were becoming empty and people were still waiting on food, with a painful sigh and long strides he enters the kitchen leaving the door swinging behind him.

Tic took a moment to take in the basement as he stepped of the final stair and onto the marble floor, it looked it hadn't seen use in a while but the nightclub vibe was a much more welcoming to Tic being more akin to the bars he frequented.

"Hello, fined me if you chose?, Well here I am!" he called out taking steps towards the center of the room making sure to spin to face where he came from on the way.

"I see you found the nightclub" Aubrey said as he looked around the dusty nightclub, every spec of the room was covered in dust "i was originally hired to be the bouncer at this section of the tavern, hmm?" Aubrey raised an eyebrow and walked over to a small booth in it laid Cashino who was sleeping and was covered in a blanket of dust "OI WAKE UP YE GIT" Aubrey shouted and Cashino sprang out from his sleep "That, was quite unnecessary. i am a light sleeper" Cashino stated as he walked up to the tavern section

A huge Pig man towered over Tic, the scar and build was enough to tell him that this man had been in his fair share of brawls. Best stay on this ones good side.

"G-day; I'm Tic" he scrambled to the top of a table so the big man wouldn't have to lean down far to reach his now outstretched hand "I'm looking into the incident upstairs, you wouldn't happen to know what happened to the escort that used to work here or have any details on her would ya?"

@Pineappletumble Aubrey shook his head then scratched his chin "Not really, she just kind of disappeared. And right before we were supposed to open this section, but she might have just gone back to her own universe without telling anyone"

A young man with fiery red hair pushes open the door to the Tavern. This place had not been his destination, but he was here now, so stopping for a drink and maybe something to eat wouldn't hurt. He wondered why his portal had lead him here...maybe he was brought to this weird place for a reason?

The tavern was lively, the patrons were talking, drinking and in general having a pretty good time. Lea decided to sit down at the bar, and got lost in his thoughts again as he waited for the bartender.

Clay asks with a hint of agitation as he kicked open the kitchen door, carrying a plate of food in one hand and a full glass in the other. He gives the new guest a nod as he carries on past to put the order down on a table near the portal walker@POOHEAD189.
"Enjoy"
The tone and effort in his voice hid, not so well, the effort and force it took to produce those empty words.
Hurrying back to the bar Clay is quick to take down a glass and fill it with whisky, it is not until he has downed the whole thing does he acknowledge the man with fiery hair.

A few moments later the bartender@Dark Light stepped out of the kitchen, bringing Lea back to reality. He seemed to be in a rush, and his aura screamed "you better don't fuck with me". Lea made a mental note no not waste too much of the man's time. He was good at that sort of thing, seizing up people after a short look.

"Hey, thanks uhm...I'll have a water...and if you have any soups, whatever is good. Take your time"

Lea observed the tables around him, and wondered if anyone he knew had ever visited this place.

As Clay stands behind the bar ready to serve the wise man in front of him, his eyes catch a young woman sitting alone off to the side.
Yup... yup... sure. he says vacantly in empty reply as the mans words fell on deaf ears.
Clay fills up his glass with liquor once again and slides it across the table to the talking red head.
"On the house" he says briskly as he slides over the bar, whisky bottle still in hand, and after a short walk takes a seat opposite the dark haired woman he was eyeing off.
He gives no introduction or words, simply gets comfortable and grants her a daring grin as he swigs the whiskey from its bottle.

What just happened? Instead of what he ordered, Lea had a glass with some light brown liquid in front of him in place of the water and soup he was expecting. Did the bartender not understand him? Or was water in this weird realm always of this color? Lea shrugged, picked up the glass and took a big sip.

As soon as the liquid touched his lips, Lea could feel the skin burning, a feeling that continued in his mouth and down his throat as the whisky made his way through his body. He started tearing up and coughing loudly, what kind of poison was this??? It took him a few seconds to regain his composture, or at least stop coughing. The people here definitely had some exotic customs and taste.

However, the liquid started making him feel warm from inside. Not the way his flames kept in warm, this was different. A tingly sensation that filled every fiber of his body with warmth. He had no clue what this drink was, but holy crap, it had some amazing effect on his body.

Closing his eyes, he braced himself and took another small sip. It still burned, but this time he was prepared. For some reason, his mood suddenly became a lot happier.

"Sorry, I'm just thinking about my friends, they forced me to take a vacation, and my friend Azazel said this place was as good as any." Avary said to the bartender, "So, what room do you recommend for a person staying for a few weeks?"

"It don't matter what numbers on the door, just how much the ol' girl likes you." As he speaks his cryptic words he pulls a key from his pocket and drops it on the table before moving on.
The key had a large 11 engraved into it.

"Found this in her room" Tic offers the note to the large man, not that he liked giving up a physical leads the bouncer seemed honest enough "Mean anything to you?"

@Dark Light"Appreciate it." Ben said, giving a smile and a nod as he received his food. It looked good and smelled even better. He began to chow down on it before he saw a curious young man with explosive red hair walk in and begin to get hammered accidentally. Ben sipped his soft drink and looked at the guy curiously. @Zorogami

Lea could get used to this "water". It made him feel happy, and his mission faded into the background, just like his troubles. A big smile adorned his somewhat blushed face as he looked around the room, taking the last sip of his glass. "Oh no...*hic*...it's empty" he said to himself, his tone a bit on the sad side. But wait, there was an easy solution for that!

"BAAAAARTEEEENDEEER" Lea shouted, turning more than a few heads in his direction. "I NEED MORE WAAAATEEEER PLEAAAASE!"
He started playing around with his glass, waiting for some kind of reaction. His motions felt slower than usual, his reactions were not as quick as he remembered them to be. He kept playing with it, until a few moments later, it rolled to the floor, breaking into a thousand pieces.

"Ooooops....BAAARTEEENDEEER...a new GLASS as well...PLEEEAAAASEEEE"

What the people around him did not know was that Lea had never ingested alcohol before...

The young lady gave the male a glance, arms crossed beneath her chest, propping up already swollen mounds. Blue eyes flickered the same as the blue flames of the candles they gave off little warm but plenty of light. Ghost Fire. "What." She demands, knowing full well she was being rude. @Dark Light

As Ayeka is sitting by Ben, she notices a few new people in the tavern. She finish eating her meal. She is sipping on her durink as she heard glass break. She moves one of her hands as the broken glass next to the red hair man reform back into one piece. She hope nobody saw her moves her hand in a unquie way.

"Thanks?" Avary said grabbing the keys. He left the bar with his drink downed, and went up the stairs past the common room area to the rooms, he went down the hall, and chose #13, put the key in and went in.

"Huh...this is weird...*Hic*" Lea mumbled. He was sure the glass had broken, but for some reason it was still right there on the table. Or had the bartender brought him a new one? He wasn't sure, all he knew was that it was definitely still empty. Apparently the big guy had forgotten about his water, but that could be resolved rather quickly.

"BIIIIIG GUUUUUY...I have a glass again...just need *hic* SOOOOMEEEE WAAAATEEEER"

Aubrey said out loud, reading what stood on the note. it reminded him of something, he racked his brain for some answers "Knife there's a large knife in the kitchen that we call The Itchen, due to the old chef being unable to pronounce K sounds. It's used mostly to skin or fillet meat, don't really see why that would be important though?"
