Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support and understanding. These days have been real tough, saw childhood friends and family that I haven't seen for years. It is nice to see that she was truly loved. The wonderful thing is she passed in her sleep after five months of battling stage 4 GBM (brain cancer). I am sad but happy that she no longer suffering. God, we knew she only had a very short time but I hope just maybe....

Thank you guys. I will be returning real soon, just need the time to process her death.

The hope of someone beating those medical issues is always something we will cling to. My childhood's best friend's mother (we were very close) lost her battle to brain tumor. We have to remember they are no longer suffering. God needed his angel back. :)

Take solace in the fact she didn't suffer as long as most. My grandad died of throat cancer after about 4 months, and my dad always said he was lucky it wasn't something that lasted years, killing him slowly.
