Lol, keep in mind we're trying to be fair. You can make that Alliance, as long as you keep to what we tell you. Zerg are fine as is, but keep the Tyranids limited. I feel like it will be interesting... not to mention horrifying.

Well, I'm starting off small for now. I'll make the "Starhammer Effect" universe small at first, opening the Koprulu sector unto the ravaged Council. No Warhammer yet. Also, anyone up for Space Yakuza? 'Cause my first character is basically the Grand Supreme Leader of the Space Yakuza.
