If he's a villain who'd attack others on sight, I'd suggest you have him get dragged to Arcadia at some point so he can world jump and such. (Albeit not at New York for everyone killing each other reasons)

There are alien lifeforms in Arcadia which came through Terminals, and some of them can be very powerful, so being on his own will be tough. But at the same time, I think he's powerful enough to manage.

Power levels shouldn't be a huge issue considering the limitations in place when you go through Terminals, as well as some things on Arcadia that'll show up. We do need a few villains who can start plots with us I guess. I'll change my character around so they can possibly fill that role if the need arises.

You can have them dragged into NYC like the others, though the exact location is up to you. There seem to be two groups forming, but you could try to form another group if you like. Someone applied Joseph Joestar I believe, though he hasn't entered the RP yet.
