[IC] Summer Camp for Supernatural Teens

Valencia walked not that far behind Zwei while she followed the other students. As they entered the woods Valencia saw a black and white ears pointing out above some little bushed she recognized them immediately because her dad did magic tricks with them all the time and she had one as pet. Valencia writs on her paper bunnies. She looked at Zwei and saw that he was writing a lot of plant names down already. Valencia observed the movements that he made and at what he looked. She knew a few plants that she saw but mostly she had written down the names of animals that had left some clues behind.

Seeing the rest of the group move, Chiari wove into the group as best as they could without bumping into anyone. Invisible forces crashing into one's backside likely wouldn't make for a peaceful trip into the woods, after all. As they walked, the concealed teen looked around and just kept an eye out to watch the local wildlife, having memorized most of the list but not having bothered to take one themself.

One of the girls nearby seemed to be getting quite a few animals on their list, from the looks of it. Not bad. Maybe another one couldn't hurt, though. Just a whisper of a hint over one shoulder...

"Look up. There's a butterfly there. The yellow-marked one."

Aki started walking as the rest of the group moved. He ended up near the back he saw that Link was also back here working on his list. Aki didn't see any new plants or animals from his first trip into the woods. He had a fair list he thought. He had bunnies, blue birds, cardinals, and a few butterflies for the animals. He also had different trees, shrubs, flowers, and 2 wild herbs that he spotted. He kept a watchful eye out for more plants and animals he might know.

Kyle watched Ivy more the the forest around them. He was worried that she would wander off. His duster had the attention spand of a flea. He did see a few things he knew. There were several rabbits and he saw a couple of squirrels. Ivy was chasing a butterfly. He thought it was a monarch but he wasn't sure. It was hard for him to divide his attention. But he wasn't willing to trust the counselors to keep track of everyone.

Right in front of them, a large tree, big enough to fit a person inside, sprouted from the ground out of nowhere, though after it was there for about 5 seconds, the front of the trunk opened like a door, and out stepped a guy who was around the same age as the others in the camp, though his most notable feature was his forest green eyes that seemed to glow slightly. The tree then retracted into the ground, disappearing like it was never there in the first place, while the guy had a timid, shy smile on his face, as if he wasn't used to being around people. "...um...are you guys from the camp...?"

Matthew was quite surprised by the tree suddenly sprung up in front of him. He was then even more surprised when a boy had stepped out of it.

Valencia heard a voice saying that there was a butterfly that she hasn't spotted yet. The voice sounded familiar to her but when she wants to turn around she saw Mathew jumping up a little bit scared. All that Valencia was a boy around her age with mysterious glowing green eyes. She walked towards him while all the others stood still. " Hi, yes, you are at the right path." she said friendly and smiling. Valencia noticed that he was a bit shy through how he stood and looked. Valencia looked at his eyes some more. "I'm Valencia, nice to meet you." and she holds her hand out to wards him.

Tim looked back and saw a squirrel. It was a very interesting squirrel, and it captured his attention. The squirrel bounded away, and Tim was struck with the sudden desire to chase it. He thought about how he might get lost, or be attacked by a bear if he doesn't travel with the group. Meh, it wasn't a very thick forest anyways. So he trekked off after the squirrel.

He shook her hand lightly, that shy smile still in place, obviously trying to be friendly, though apparently not used to it. "I'm James. It's...nice to meet you Valencia...."

The concealed youth stepped back a bit as the girl in front of them started to turn, but was quickly distracted by the sudden, abnormal growth of a new tree before their group. To say that Chiari was startled was an understatement, though they weren't entirely sure how to react to the strange situation aside from falling backward and slapping a hand over their own mouth to stifle the yelp that almost escaped. When someone actually came out of the fully grown tree, they just picked themself up and scowled as they brushed the dirt off their backside, making sure their camouflage hadn't slipped as a result of the flashy entrance.

"Scared it off. It was a nice one, too; one of my favorites." The teen grumbled very quietly as they watched the newcomer introduce himself from just behind the girl. The power was pretty fascinating, admittedly, just rather...strange for someone so timid-looking to choose such an introduction with it. "I don't know how I feel about this one," they whispered. "I'm staying back for now."

@arowne97 Matthew grinned, seeming to have forgotten the whole tree springing up thing already. "Heya! I'm Matthew, Matt or Matty for short."

"I guess that you are able to summon plants and can help them grow and things like that. Right? That is so cool." Valencia said with a huge smile. She loved nature. Nature is the most mysterious thing in the world. Valencia waited for James to answer her when she heard some whispers coming from behind her. @YamiCuoreLaroux Valencia turned around and saw that some dirt was floating in the air and slowly falling on the ground. I'm not using my power now so why is there dirt floating ? she thought. " Chiari are you there?"

"And what if I am?" The teen turned toward the girl and whispered right back. "Not for long, though. I don't like where this is going." Stepping away once more, they turned off to go see what else they could see before the activity ended. Perhaps there were others who could provide some temporary entertainment, if not other things to see around here.

James merely smiled and gave a quick nod to Valencia after she asked her question. "Yeah. I can even turn parts of my body into wood and manipulate it, making me immune to certain things such as poisons or small wounds."

Valencia didn't quite get why Chiari didn't liked it that she said her name. But Valencia didn't ask her but let her go, she didn't want to make someone angry.

"That's so cool" Valencia replayed on the answer that James gave her. "We where spotting animals and plants, if you wondered what we were doing." Valencia observed him some more. An other mysterious boy but not so mysterious as Zwei. This camp is really going to be fun, everyone is a little mysterious some more than others she thought. The fact that her parents are magicians made her love mysterious things since they never told her how they did their tricks and always answered magic is real my darling. but the most mysterious thing to her was the fact that she has a power [b]Real[b] magic and not the illusion of it. Valencia smiled again to James. "want to know what my power is?" she asked nicely. Valencia thought that since he had told what he can do that it would be nice to tell him what she can do, and so to prove him that he isn't the only one with powers.

The counselors turned around and headed back to camp. "We hope that you atleast enjoyed the walk if nothing else. We will take your papers when we reach the fire pit. Our last activity of the day is a competition. We have a few ideas but we would like to hear your ideas. What do you think would be a good competition for our first day of camp?"

James was about to answer Valencia's question, when he heard the counselors speak, and he turned to look at them. He didn't bother to speak up though, because he really didn't know what would be a competition that people would find.

Aki wrote a few more plants and animals when all of a sudden a tree popped out of the ground. To say he was surprised was a bit of an understatement. However he understood it at the same time this was a camp for the gifted. He figured someone was just trying a new skill until a person walked out of it. Aki then realized it was another late arrival. He was intrigued by this new arrivals powers. Though Aki was even more intrigued with the competition that the counselors just mentioned. He had no idea of what kind of competitions the others might like. He would just have to be ready for just about anything.

Tim was interested in competition. "Hey!" he shouted to the counselor. "How about one where you try to offend as many people as possible in one sentence? I'm really good at that!"

One of the trees they walked past suddenly slapped tim in the fave with a thin branch, leaving a bright red line across his face.
