Of course he is. However teenagers who say they love you that fast don't usually know the difference between love and a serious crush. Most of them confuse them both as the same thing.

So what is this rp about? I've only seen 5 people write including myself and its all basically very....teenagerish. Is there a plot? Are they part of some secret government hit squad or something? Because frankly that would be more interesting.
