@Overlord24I think whether it's overpowered or not depends on how much he can control reality and how long the effects last. If he can do whatever he wants then he's too powerful for this RP

Changing reality is not a power. Illusions are a super power because they are temporary. That would be something you could do.Changing reality is even more than a god's power is capable of.
