It's a great little game. <3 Very adorable. It's turn based and you play as kids on Halloween who can turn into whatever their costumes are. Super cute and super funny. In fact, when I first played it I kept thinking, 'This would make a great RP'

Yeah, it's by Double Fine, and they've been favorites of mine ever since they did Psychonauts, which is yet another creative game with kid protagonists.

I'm giving them free advertising at this point. Everyone give Double Fine and Tim Schafer all your money, they deserve it.

I'm working on the IC post, but I wanna ask y'all a couple of questions first:

1. Should our characters be meeting for the first time, or do we all know each other?
2. I'm going to give each of you the chance to design your own mini-boss! It's not really a question, but if you're interested, send a PM to RomanAria and/or me.
3. I'm also thinking of something special regarding 'Nega' version of our Imagined characters, but I don't want to say anything until I have your input on the mini-bosses.

1. I'm torn on this. On one hand, everyone knowing each other would be cool to RP and we'll be able to skip any first impression reactions we would have to do. On the other hand, I like the idea of it being the first day at preschool, and I don't know how likely it is that they would all know each other from before.

I see your point. I was in another RP a while back where everyone was in the same high school class (it was a class trip gone horribly wrong), so in the OOC, we posted our characters' thoughts on each other. But...since we don't really know all that much about each other, that might not work. Let's see what everyone else thinks.

1. I think our characters should know one another at varying degrees. I can imagine that because they are going to the same preschool/daycare that they live around one another. Perhaps their parents have set up play dates etc. Maybe even some kids know one another better than others. I like your idea of having the thoughts of one another characters- perhaps that is something we can add.

I'm leaning towards 'varying degrees of knowing each other' now because figuring out what the relationships are and what everyone thinks of each other before hand is pretty fun. That and relationship building in an RP takes foooorrrreeevvvveeeer

We can also take a look at the characters themselves-
Some have older siblings that might hang out previous, some have single parents or uncles that might be seeing other parents *COUGH* *COUGH* *COUGH* I also think depending on what their hero archetype might be that it would make send they'd have hang out before hand.

Hmm, good question. Who's in exactly? I know some folks have their character in the character tab and some don't...

Also 'varying degrees of knowing each other' sounds like a good name for an indie concept album.
