Nova is just about 5'6" and 138 lbs with a slim build and a lightly toned body that is usually hidden underneath a jacket. Her hair is almost always in her short cut hairstyle that keeps it from blocking her view of the world around her. The choker around her neck is actually made from a beowolf pelt that she had killed early in her career.

Weapon:
Broken Mask and Jester- This duo of weapons which was created by Nova includes a sword ((Jester)) and its case/scabbard ((Broken mask)) that doubles as a second weapon and dust infuser. The case, when opened, ejects the sword out and into the air where Nova can catch it after a vial or raw crystal of dust is infused into the blade which increases the power or is used on the case itself. The way Nova uses her weapon depends on if she needs to attack with Jester, defend with Mask, or do both. If Nova needs to change the dust used on her blade she needs to put Jester back inside Broken mask which means she loses a form of fast attack until it is ready.

Semblance:
Marionette- Nova's semblance gives her the ability to create and manipulate a nearly invisible thread of aura between her and up to 5 objects that she has touched but there can be a multitude of treads. This thread can extend for over 10-15 meters and induces the illusion of telekinesis since the thread is barely visible. The thread of course doesn't last forever and if Nova wills it the strings ignite and explode into balls of light to blind and disorient her enemies.

Corruption:
Nova's corruption has physically morphed her into an overall silent person since it literally melted her vocal chords and destroyed her voice box, stopped her from uttering anything other than a growl or a guttural noise, so she prefers to write on a notebook that she carries around everywhere. The corruption also increased Nova's semblance whenever she is in contact with dust for too long, her threads absorb attributes from the dust and become stronger and more visible. The explosive properties are also augmented by the dust and will vary in different circumstances. Every time she is exposed to a substantial amount dust for a prolonged period of time ((10 mins)) there is always a residual effect as shown by the color of her eyes which corresponds to the color of the dust that she was exposed to.

Weapon: The Black Fire:
Chen wields two Jet Black revolvers he likes to call The Black Fire. They act as knives in close combat, but they truely shine in mid to long range combat. In a long distance fight, they can combine to from a pseudo Sniper Rifle which fires armor piercing rounds. When in their Revolver form they fire incendiary rounds and explosive rounds if Chen feels like it.

Semblance: Speed of Darkness:
Chen overloads his muscles for short distances, giving him the appearance of teleportation. All that is left in his wake is a cloud of ash and a distinct smell of gasoline.

Corruption: Darkness Is Everywhere:
Chen has had the essence of an Albino Beowulf spliced into him, allowing actual teleportation when used. Chen's hair has grown longer and wilder, his skin became pale and complex red lines formed on his face, he becomes a complete monster in battle. Chen cannot control his primal instincts in battle, causing him to become a blood crazed maniac willing to attack anyone, including allies. As such, a shock collar is kept on him at all times to minimize risk of harm to any civilians or teammates.

Wow! I'm really impressed with all of the finished characters we've gotten so far! It's like @Zugzwang said, I don't think I've ever seen this many people done and ready to play in my time RPing. It's an inspiring sight.

As for those of you wondering when we'll be starting, I would say hopefully by the end of the weekend. If I had to guess, we'll let today be the last day for recruitment, and Vrad and I will talk about/write up the IC OP over the next two days, hopefully to be posted up on Sunday. Everyone's excited and we don't want to waste this energy!

It's just I'm intimated by the numbers! I've never been a part such a huge roleplay! Which is... wow. It's really cool but I hope that when it starts, I am able to catch up. I haven't created my character since I'm going to be busy today and I wanted to put in as much effort as possible before it starts.

@Chihiro To be honest, I wasn't expecting these numbers either! Especially not the first day. It's a pleasant surprise, but a surprise nonetheless.

The Character template is rather small (compared to some I've seen) and you'd probably have until Sunday at the earliest to submit something. Are you sure this wouldn't be enough time to forge a character you'd be happy with? If not, is there anything I can do to make the creation easier?

EDIT: Sorry, misread slightly, it seems you're concerned more with the RP itself rather than the character. Not to worry! When the RP gets going I can assure you that we're going to run it so that everyone will be on the same page. It's certainly a large cast, but we're going to do everything we can to make sure each and every character gets the spotlight and no one is left in the dust.

As far as color goes, you could go with a color themed around Onyx. It's got hints of purple, but is in the variety of black.

Her combat uniform looks very much like Saori Kido's famous white, immaculate dress and right arm brace from the Saint Seiya series.

Weapon:

Her weapon is Nightmare and is a sword first that can be phased into a double-ended sword staff and into two machine pistols linked by the staff's base as a flexible ribbon. The blades itself look like amethyst crystals.

Semblance:

Spectre is the name of her Semblance which is the power to create realistic illusion to the people in the field of vision/sight. If she uses this too much, the illusion will not only reflect back on her but it'll be difficult for her to see things for awhile and has to rely on her other senses.

Corruption:

Sombra is the name of her Corruption Semblance which is basically Shadow Mimicry. Since she is great with illusions, she can turn anyone's shadow against them for a one to two minutes for a stun. Her Sombra is much powerful when she has been depressed or storing feelings of sadness or moments of crisis even using her own shadow to put a forcefield around her and/or shove enemies off for a solid five minutes until she is drained and retreating behind an ally or being a blur on the battlefield until she regains enough, if not all, of her stamina.

Two Wolf Bite Yoyo’s (Large yoyo’s that have chainsaw teeth around the edges while the string is made out of thin titanium)

Semblance:
No pain no Gain: Tank's Semblance turns off the pain receptors in his mind and nerves in his body so he can fight longer and hard without feeling pain. His Semblance allows his Aura to coat him like armor so he can take more hits and dish more out. Once the aura armor is broken, his Semblance is terminated until he is able to regain enough stamina to reuse it.

Corruption:
Sanity Check: Tank’s Semblance might help him fight and feel less pain, but it also triggers something in his mental state that causes Tank to go mad and attack anything and everything around him should he over use it. His Semblance taps into his animal instincts and along with his madness he becomes a feral beast and losses all his humanity.
