Yeah I hate to be that person but I feel we've strayed from the original intent of this game, and given the fact that we changed GMs that's understandable, but I can't be a part of this anymore. The only person affected would be Apollo since you all went off and did your own thing.

I can't say I understand what the original intent of the RP was or where anyone thought it would be going, or why those potentially changing would require people to leave on such vague explanations, but I don't really feel like packing up while I have a post half-written and there's still a nice number of players left.

I don't quite get why people are leaving like they are either but to each traveler their own. Anyways, I don't plan on leaving considering I just got here and honestly I wasn't aware of any sort of direction just like most people seem to understand. As for sub plots and whatnot, I say we just let things form naturally and let character go where they want; see what people have planned. There's a summoning at the warehouse or something? Cool. Flesh it out; how do characters learn of this, how would other characters learn of it, etc.

And to you new people, there WAS a direction of the game, but of course, you wouldn't know of it as you got in just as our first GM was on her way out and the plotlines were being switched around. Can't speak for anyone else, but I never questioned why anyone left, both of you already made that clear. It's what it was like before and why people liked it that I'm interested in hearing about. Believe it or not, getting people's reasoning on why they don't like or don't want to do something can be really helpful if you're GMing or planning on GMing a game. Actually, feedback is helpful in general, but it's not really worth all that much if people aren't clear about it. But yeah, do what you want and have fun doing it.

Given the open ended nature of this SL, why not try to change the direction it seems to be going instead of just leaving? I'm looking for your reasoning, not arguing that you should have stayed, just to be clear. And also, for my own clarity, what direction does it seem to be heading?
