Mid-tier, in my opinion, would imply that the cast isn't too powerful, nor are they particularly weak.
<Snipped quote by Mr Allen J>
I understand this, but we're working with very subjective values here. Nick Fury is weaker than Luke Cage is weaker than Spider-man is weaker than Thor is weaker than the Hulk. Tiers are all over the place. At the very least, I guess I'll just wait to post a CS and see if it is accepted or not.
What about a Hulk-esque metahuman with two distinct additional personalities representing their Id and Superego?
@Mr Allen JSounds good. I can see where the idea pushes past the superpower concept, so I'll go ahead and toss out the divided mind and focus on my other two. Like I said before, I'll toss you a rough look at my characters once I have a character sheet to work with -- I've got a few ideas I've been sitting on as of late, so I am definitely excited to get started.

I imagine mind control is off the table, so would mist or diamond manipulation be alright? I don't have any solid ideas for what my character will be like yet, but once his power is chosen, the rest will probably follow.
Oh! I'd almost forgotten - because this is a summer camp, I can probably infer the relative age range, but are there any hard caps on either end you don't want us exceeding?
