I'm just think "anime obsessed geek that gets mostly physical buffs". Basically, he'd be Larping an Anime style heroic character without realizing how stupid that was. Of course, I said mostly physical buffs because, as an anime character, he has to have energy powers.

Or he could build tech to give him these powers. Nanites could alter his body to give him strength, speed, and agility, plus he would have armor and gloves that work as plasma guns. He would be a technopath with a bit of technokinesis or telekinesis (a few kilos maximum mass on what he moves).

In regards to your character, the only thing I'll say is it may be a little difficult for me to put him into the plot. Since all of the others are either in the Free World Group or a Freelance I can get them involved by putting the Free World Group in the situation or hiring the free lancers. There is one part of the plot I could definitely put him in but that's only going to come a lot later so I can't really tell you about it now

DBZ powers? Maybe he has the ability to control his own bio-electricity to the degree that, not only can he amplify his strength and speed, but he can make plasma for shields and energy attacks, maybe even flight.

Name: Kyle Hollister

Supername: Cataclysm

Age: 31

Occupation: Defender of Justice. Ok, he's a Private investigator/bodyguard, but he likes to think of himself as a super hero.

Appearance:
He does, however, wear tennis shoes.

Bio: He grew up watching anime, and became obsessed with it, especially Dragonball Z. When he got old enough, he went to comic con ever year, watched every official spinoff they made, and even played every video game of it that he could get.
When the meteor came, it was like an answer to his prayers. Now, not only could he LARP throwing Ki blasts, but he could actually do it. He also noticed that he was stronger and faster, and that if he knew something could hurt him that he would be at least partially protected from it. He decide to become a hero, instead of just pretending to be one.

Powers: Bio-energy/bio-electric control: Comes in several forms:
Healing: by focusing his energy on one point he can heal a serious wound on himself or another in thirty minutes to two hours depending on how well their body can handle it. This requires intense concentration, so he becomes vulnerable when doing it.
Super strength/speed: His muscles become stronger and his reaction time is greatly decreased, giving him greater strength and speed. He has practiced enough that he can lift cars and throw them, or run 60 MPH without hurting himself. He can push himself past that with his Aura ability, but it will damage his muscles and tendons so he only does so in serious situations.
Aura: Uses bioelectricity to create an aura of plasma around himself. While it isn't hot enough to injure anyone that touches it, it lets him more quickly use his plasma attacks and to amplify his other abilities by using it up.
Plasma: Can use bioelectricity to create plasma for attacks and shields. The shielding is instinctual as long as he knows where the attack is coming from, and the attacks are hotter than fire.
Flight: Even at maximum power he can only move as fast as he can run, and only keep it up for a few seconds. Mainly used to perform super-jumps.

Weaknesses: His aura visibly glows, making it impossible to use if he requires stealth. His defenses only work if he knows where the attack is coming from, so distracting him can be a very useful tactic. Also, he's a fanboy, with all of the weaknesses that entails, such as the need to defend his franchise if it's attacked.

There ya go, all done. I kind of left her past as a blank I hope to expand as the story progresses, willing to work with anyone on that. Also she sells her skills to anyone who is willing to pay for it, so any corporation can higher her and this, of course, means she has people who don't like her. Again, willing to work with people on this as well, just let me know.

@FantasyChic I agree with Bee. This really is a bit much. Especially with the Mental Manipulation part. In most RPs I've seen, being able to directly manipulate another player's character is a big no-no.
