@FantasyChicUf my character was the type to make jokes, I would have him capitalize in that, but sadly that isn't the case.

My character, who has yet to be given final approval, is going to be going at with just his fists. . . well, his fists and a suit that enhances his Strength, Agility, and Speed.

I was so, so close to having my weapon be a gunblade. I might pillage one later on in the RP. The problem is the guns are almost always some bullshit close range and I wanted a long range so my character can watch your backs.

I'm partial to chakrams myself, but I've already had a character with one.
Along with your weapons of choice, SOLDIER is issued some basic equipment; which I will detail later in a codex I'm designing for some technobabble.

I've used swords for my characters in the past, so I thought I'd try something else. But, those 'katars', a thorned whip, a rocket launcher with exploding poison, and staff/spear are all good suggestions. Hmm... I have to think about it.

If it helps, think of the balance we have with range and melee weapons too, we seem to lean towards melee more atm. So a range weapon would be cool.

But it's your decision ultimately, and the sky is the limit pretty much.
