There's a lot of opportunities still. What kind of character do you want?

As Hellis said we don't need to have standard MMO roles filled, you can be whoever you want. Also you can be what someone else is if you want too, like you could be a medic, an engineer, a sniper, whatever.

I found it helpful to have a base character started, like how I said I wanted a medic, then came picking Aeon colors, then it formed from there.

@Prisk - With their training regiments, of course. SOLIDERS are versed in various methods of combat and specially trained to implement their weapon of choices perfectly during various degrees and hardship of simulations.

I think we got a nice little smorgasbord of people in our team. Nice balance of aeons, weapons, skills, and a healthy mix of males and females. I always like having a gender balance for some reason, because I've played games where I was one of very few women characters, or I was one of many and they were never as fun, unless the game called for specific genders.

Either way, I think this will be a fun experience, it reminds me of the RWBY Fate game I played on Roll20 a while back and that was heaps of fun to do.

Hah, I can guarantee that Sophia's flirting won't fall into the traditional kind. Incidentally, I think real people for characters is great; distraction and infatuation are good things in this kind of setting. The characters from a roleplay that I ran a long time ago are still fresh in my mind because of elaborate character sheets and images of real people.

I generally feel real people are used in a very lazy manner. I rather have Art in that case. It is also the fact then when people use real actors and such, I keep imagining those people and it just ruins the characters entirely for me. I don't wanna rp with a actor I know the voice and general mannerism. Models don't give me the same problem as they aren't as prolific. I approach this as a writer, and with it what my charachters likes are, not my own. Kain would seriusly be attracted to everyone in the RP if he was based on me

But this RP has allready quelled that worry a lot, having elaborate descriptions with said pictures to make them their own.

Simply based on personality of other characters, my character will probably be a little more drawn to the women. I'll have to see how this plays out. I think she'll take a more protective role with most of the characters and sleep with unintelligent roughians to get her fix. Most of the characters intelligence is going to be a turn off. I don't plan on making Dach a huge thinker.

I am not sure at all how my character will react to anything, I've sorta built him to be generally unaware of social things. With his upbringing, he'll probably see relationships as secondary to his mission which, of course, would be to dismantle and destroy whatever he is ordered to dismantle and destroy. Thinking for himself probably isn't high on the priority list- and in relationships, it's pretty much what you have to do to be attractive. He has that "stay under the radar" feel as of right now.

I'm partial and preferring to realism in the characters, and using face claims and play by's doesn't deter me. Relatively even though I chose an actress, she possesses many faces and a certain charm that is Evangeline and represents the peculiar optimism and complexities. I was debating over conceptual realism art and paintings, but I'm very critical to the style and I don't want to have deal breakers over purely aesthetic reasons. Plus, I can easily edit pictures and paint over them to suit the description at hand, but as Hellis pointed out: description provided personal touches the already personal creation.

Love seeing these depths of personality and attraction based on them. Evangeline's devil-may-care disposition fluctuates between extremes, so congratulations to anyone who can tolerate and handle her besides Hal.

Also, I'm issuing basic graphs and examples of armour for the cast, but some have taken liberties to include their own armour on some. Would this be preferred to you guys: to select the armour for your characters used in combat? First Class Soliders wear black and bruised-rasin [purple, violet.] colours in their gear, as default issued. But, creative liberties and customization is acceptable.

I totally get where you're coming from. I think the elaborate character sheets and info sort of complement the picture. Pictures can seem very lazy if the rest of the sheet is. I have troubles with only text, though, because I keep visualizing the same, generic looking person regardless of description.

I've pretty much already outlined Epitaph's armor. Basically a black wetsuit with an equipment harness, and an armored mask shaped like a skull.

@Rocket - I'm on the fence, either way is fine by me. Militarily, they'd assign armor, but the type of group this is, and the cannon source from where the inspiration came from, would seem to allow for some freedom of armor/gear. Perhaps just an optional quality to the armor, they can wear it, or not, but they are given it nonetheless. I think a uniform would be most helpful for NPCs of a similar or a lower rank.
