Well once I learned the whole story (Not just my weird parts) She definitely has reasons. One, I am a legal adult and my girlfriend is not... Which is a huge complication. Two, we met online. Parents just love to hear that. Mine sure were! (No they were not in case the sarcasm didn't catch). And I learned a bit about about a previous asshat who if I met in person it would be really hard for me to not break something heavy over his head. So I get why she is paranoid, but it still sucks.

@Remipa Awesome Just give her mom respect and prove to her you have only the best intentions towards her daughter and eventually she'll let up. As a mom myself (My little cupcake is gonna be two in July! <3 ) I completely understand the need to protect your kid, even if her's is a teenager and almost a grown lady now. She'll cut the apron strings eventually, but I imagine it's hard to do.

But you seem like a genuinely nice guy and once she realizes it I'm sure she'll be much more accepting of it. Just give her time, us old folks have a hard time with change. XD

And in the last hour or two, my life just went up shit creek. May still be able to post when I said, may be an additional day or two. Also, what is a way to tell a really nice but possessive person you have a girlfriend? Who claims that you're their only friend (Despite getting "Advice" from like 4 different people about how to handle our "relationship")?

Well, if you've tried being nice and it doesn't work then I'm sorry to suggest maybe being blatant about it. I'm one to always advice against pushing friends away when getting into relationships, but when people become toxic and a threat to your relationship then it's probably best to cut them off (if they don't seem to understand when you explain nicely) even if it's just for a while.

Because I can't afford the sugar, I can't drink, and I need something to get my mental state in a position to actually do something other then awkwardly play truth or dare all night. Fun, but really awkward.

Problem is she is a good girl, but she's very controlling. My girlfriend knows about the situation and she understands why I haven't done more about it yet. And I thank her for understanding that I am trying to find the best way to do it. Just... Life. SO coffee helps, because I have a huge stockpile from trying to sell the stuff from my locker at school. Hot chocolate too.

In basics, she's a good girl, but she's a bit manipulative and controlling. And even when she's going through one of her guilt trip things (Which again, I am not sure if they are intentional) I don't even know what she is expecting me to say? I mean, that's a huge part of why my last relationship didn't work out! I can't take hints! I mean eventually I may feel guilty but.... ya... Coffee is needed due to having spent everything I have and having no income and I can not drink Alcohol for a few reasons. Surprisingly not money on that one. That I could make form home if I really wanted.
