Miroku glanced at Zodiac once more."You'll teach us everything in here?" He asked as he looked around. Damn, that was a lot of weapons. He never excelled in the bow and arrow as opposed to Blaine who just showed his prowess with it. But he could fare better with a gun or something like that.

"I will teach you most of the things you need here. This facility has been designed to handle most of the things you will need to learn. But there will be some things we will have to learn out in the real world." Zodiac expkained. He had been carefully to make sure the facility had everything they could possibly need.

Miroku nodded as Zodiac explained. So they'll try to teach them huh? Well, that was everything one needs. After all, everyone starts at the basics of things and then start choosing a specialization from there on.

Aleksa just stood at the door of the armory and listened to Mr. Zodiac talk about how they would train and learn how to use everything in the room. Out of the the weapons in the room She didn't even bother with the guns to start off with as she went straight to the melee section. There were both bladed and blunt weapons, Aleksa went to the former and looked around until she narrowed down her choices to two or three.

After a long minute she picked up a scythe that was as big as herself and then went back to the ranged weapons where she picked up on full-auto pistol and one Semi-auto pistol which were holstered across her back instead of on her side along with the scythe. "I think this is a good beginners set right?" she said to herself as she pulled out the scythe and moved to an empty space where she began to spin it like a baton, careful not to catch herself with the blade.

Dusk looks at the weapons and rubs his head uncertain until he spots a strange assortment of gadgets along with a suit he walks over to them and looks it over with raised eyebrows. he looked at the suit and a blade extended from the right wrist and he smiled slightly "this looks more my style.." he says softly with a slight grin.

Liz had no desire to touch any of the weapons. The all scared the hell out of ger. But he knew that she couldn't just stand there. So she looked for the least scary thing to start with. Her eyes scan row after row of weapons. She spotted a pair of fans. They seemed out of place here. And harmless enough. She she went over and picked them up. They were light. She smiled maybe she could handle these.

"Liz and Miroku how about the two of you have a go?" Zodiac suggested.

[Polaris North]

Miroku looked at Zodiac and then at Liz and then back at Zodiac again. "Uh... sure? With weapons?" He was unsure of injuring a fellow groupmate. Well he wasn't confident that he'll win but still, they'd be hurting each other and stuff so that's pretty discouraging. Besides, a sparring session that would go wrong could result in one of them getting badly injured or worse, dying.

"Yes with weapons. I want to see how well you can use the weapons you have chosen. Don't worry these are all nonlethal practice weapons. You might get buries but there should be no permanent damage." Zodiac said.

Miroku nodded. "Alright." He said before walking towards the empty part of the room and then took out his two selected weapons. It rested quite well in his hands it seems. "Let's make this a good fight Liz." He said with a smile on his face before positioning himself in his fighting position.

Dusk looked over to the two who was told to start and he raised an eyebrow wondering if it was such a good idea in the long run... he decided at lest get geared up before he was called for action. he put on the suit and started to test a few of the gadgets and attached them to the suit. he extended the blade out of the right arm, and then it retracts and he then extends a barrel from the other then it retracts.

Liz swallowed. She was suppose to fight? She looked at the fans she had chosen and the swords that Miroku chosen. She had never fought in her life. She didn't know how to do it with or without weapons. Something told her she was about to get her butt kicked. She nodded. "I will try. How do we start?"

Miroku waited for Zodiac's cue to start. He really wasn't too sure about this fight. True, he knew how to swing a sword but to actually fight with it? That was something he hasn't tried before. Well, hopefully this would be quick and clean.

Zodiac rolled his eyes."In a fight you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. If you do you will be kill. You need to attack your opponent fast and hard."

Liz bite her lips. She didn't know how to used the fans to attack. But she supposed there was no better way to learn then to try. She took a deep breath and spread the fans out. Then she ran towards Miroku as fast as she could. She didn't know what she would do once she reached him.

"Hey I thought this was a spar Sir. From what I heard, spars had someone who would start it." Miroku shot back, not caring if he actually sounded like he was a disrespectful kid but that was what he stood by.

He turned his attention back at Liz and then got his swords ready to parry her attack, if she ever made one. If she didn't, he would aim a quick strike towards her chest area to send her stumbling back.

Liz closed her eyes as she got close to Miroku. She didn't want to see him hurt. She might not know him well but she wanted to. She wasn't used to hurting people. She didn't know if the fans could be used for attacks or just defense. She had never actually seen anyone use them. She stumbled all the sudden. She opened her eyes too late to catch herself. She shifted her fans enough not to cut herself but she wasn't fast enough to catch herself.

Miroku stepped back but it was obvious that he was worried for the girl he was fighting. "You alright?" He knew he shouldn't be asking something like that to the enemy but this was just a friendly spar, no harm in doing so. He then spun the left sword so it was the blade was now facing backward. He then waited once more to parry and attack. He didn't seem to think of using his powers in the fight.

"That is a terrible fight. I can't say I am impressed. Neither of you really took a swipe at each other. Neither of you were even close to hitting each other. Even for a friendly sparring match that's pathetic. You two can move to the side of the room. Someone else can take the floor. Who would like to go next?"

Liz looked up at Miroku shyly was he asked her if she was alright. She nodded. She slowly climbed to her feet. She didn't look around to see what the others thought of her sad performance. She knew there wasn't much she could say to them to defend himself.

Miroku just grinned at the elder man. He actually thought that they would keep on sparring until the other went down, thus his posture to parry and strike. But it didn't seem like it. He then sheathed his swords and then shrugged before whistling and then leaving the center ground and then sat down. He didn't take offense to what the guy said, why would he? But seriously, he expected a more... lengthy fight than that.

After coming to watch the match, Kofi waited for a moment as it was time for whoever else wanted to get on the stage next. shrugging, Kofi walked up. He was still a little discontent with the weapons situation having to use the same type that caused misery for his people. He smirked Guess I will go next then...
