Dusk would look over and sigh seeing he might as well go.. and he had to get the guy he considered a little bit weird. He looked at the gadgets and tested the obivious ones but decided to keep one or two hidden. before he walked over to the fighting spot "Guess I shall as well.." he says with a sigh.

The moment Kofi saw the one coming up to challenge him, Kofi nodded to the boy he really knew nothing about. It's an honor to face a gifted one like myself. May I ask your name? he asked watching him with a straight face.

Dusk looked over to Kofi and scratched back of his head "uh.. I'm dusk" he says and then gets into a fighting stance.

Tilting his head to the side, he thought about the name which sounded odd but he shrugged it off. My name is Kofi...nice to meet you. he said getting in wrestling-like position.

Dusk would think of what he should do first before reaching down and pulling off a small ball on side of the suit he picked and throws it at Kofi which the ball would pop open in mid air into a net.

Liz moved to the side of the room. She didn't want to fight. She had no fighting skill. She hadn't even been able to attack without falling on her face. Why had she been chosen for this when she was so bad at it? There had to be a reason. What could she do that someone else couldn't do? She didn't know.

Kofi started off running in his human form to begin the match, originally thing of pinning Dusk to end the match quickly so that neither would get hurt. The only problem was that fact that Kofi had no clue as to what abilities Dusk had. Then came the first movement. Dusk pulled out some ball that he threw, popping and expanding into a net that was starting to drop down on Kofi. As it fell, Kofi seemed trapped until turning into a coral snake to get from the bindings and turning back into human And what is the power you possess? He asked before continuing with the fight.

Dusk raised an eyebrow "guess you wasn't listening earlier then" he states "Though wish you'd make this easy for me" he speaks trying to put some power to it to see if he can influence Kofi, as he extends the blade from his wrist and swings at Kofi.

"You're fighting with weapons. So it doesn't matter what your powers are. Lets see what you can do with the weapons please." Zodiac scolded.

Kofi simply gave a shrug. Hearing Zodiac speaking about using weapons more than powers, Kofi sighed, looking towards the bo staff. From what Dusk said, Kofi stood there looking at him as if he was not going to move to make it easy for the opponent but only inches away from having Dusk's blade cut him, Kofi rolled from the attack and transformed into a spider monkey heading towards the bo staff to grab it and hold his ground transforming back to his human self. upon grabbing his weapon, Kofi shook his head. How could I have let him get that close to striking me?

Dusk would glance to Zodiac "says the one who was treating the last match like a real fight instead of a spar" he says "In a real fight anything goes" he would look at Kofi and rushes at him "Either way many things are weapons.. " he says, this was the first time his seen it's effects work so he was going to use it as much as he could "just stand still" he says as he extends a second blade from his other wrist and stabs both of them towards Kofi.

"That is true. But I need to know what you can do with just the weapons. Eventually we will get all out battles. But first I have to know what I am working with. You need to have a large variety of skills if you are going to survive the battles to come. Some creatures will be unaffected by some powers." Zodiac explained.

"Fighting is something we will have to work on." Zodiac said with a sigh. He was about to dismiss the teens to explore when the alarms started to go off. He looked at his watch with a frown. It looked like they were going to start early. "Alright boys and girls it looks like you get to go on your first mission on your first day here. Let's get going."

[Polaris North]

Miroku stood up when he heard the alarms go off. When Mr. Zodiac said something about their first mission, the red haired boy didn't know whether he was excited or scared. Probably both really. Nevertheless, he stood up. Alright so evidently, fighting wasn't everyone's strong suit but they should scrape by if they worked together on this. Or if they're lucky, the monsters they'd be fighting are really weak. Something like first level weak when you compare it to a video game.

He then awaited for further orders from Mr. Zodiac. His body seemed primed and ready to fight by now.

Dusk would look up as the alarms went off rubbing back of his neck. he'd look to Zodiac as he spoke, "a mission when we only started to train... great" he says shaking his head "bit ridiculous timing" he says. "then again not like anyone has a good sense of timing.." he says in slight annoyance.

With a sigh, Kofi awaited for what this mission would be about.

"Grab your weapons. You're going to need them. It looks like we are go to battle before the you start to working as a team. I hope no one gets seriously hurt. The good news is that they came to us so we don't have to go hunt them down." Zodiac announces as he headed towards the front of the building.

[Polaris North]

Miroku already had his twin wakizashis with him already. But he did grab two pistol and holsters and placed it on the sides of his waist. The wakizashis behind him. He wanted to see how this would work. He quickly followed Zodiac though.

Liz frowned. She had her fans but she was beginning to think they weren't much of a weapon. But maybe it was just her. Maybe once she learned to use them that would change but she didn't have time to learn. She hurried towards the exit with Zodiac. She didn't think they were ready for a battle. But they didn't have a lot of choice in the matter. They had to fight now.
