"hey I'm sure that you'll get even faster than you are now" Aleksa said with a smile and a nod. Then turned to Kofi and began to shake her head no but then nodded and picked up a pencil from the floor. "Kofi can you please hold your hand out palm up?" she ask. If he did it the pencil would have teleported after a second appeared a few inches above his head before falling.

"Hai means 'yes' in Japanese. I usually say it because I find it easier to say for some reason. Must be my blood." Miroku explained, understanding why Kofi didn't understand what he just said. Most people don't unless they really look into the sentence and find context clues. "I'm not quite sure. I haven't used any secondary power so I doubt there is." He replied to him. Maybe he should observe more in the next few days.

He then turned to Aleksa with a smile. "Right. I just need to train myself." He then sighed before looking at the time. "It's getting late into the night eh? See you guys tomorrow. I'm retiring for the night." He said with a small wave.

Night passed.

Miroku had been awake since 5 a.m. since he got used to it. His body was rigged to wake up at that time since there were so many things to do before his masters woke up at 7 a.m. He had been walking around when the bell rang and they were asked to report to the dining room. He looked around, wondering if some of the others had woken up. Hopefully he'll see Kofi and Aleksa there whom he left the night before because he got sleepy.

And with that, he used his powers to get to the dining room faster. He examined all the food and took only a portion, leaving the rest for the others. He sat down and began eating at a normal pace. He never used his powers when he ate, afraid that he'll actually choke from it.

Doing what Aleksa said, he held his hand out as the pencil she picked up, teleported above his head, falling into his hand "Hm? so you can teleport objects where you see fit. That is very useful." he smirked impressed.

looking over to Miroku, Kofi nodded to understand that hai was yes in Japanese and figured that he's use some Japanese with English "Oh ok, I understand. I may want to learn a little of your language. And, maybe we'll be able to develop it later."

as the day went on, he let his two friends know he was going to get some rest.

Next morning

Kofi slept throughout the night until hearing the bell for breakfast as Kofi shifted into a dog to stretch and yawn. After shaking his entire body, he shifted back into human form, walking out of his room and then shifted into a spider monkey, jumping and swinging towards the dining room so that he could take a seat. Still in monkey mode, he jumped onto the table, catching sight of Miroku, running to sit across from him. He shifted back into human form, with a tired expression "Morning my friend."

"Mornin' Kofi." Miroku said. He was obviously not sleepy at all. He had been up for a while so he was naturally more awake than his friend. "Come on, eat." He then looked around. "Wonder if Aleksa's awake by now. She's younger than us, hopefully she woke up."

Aleksa had probably went to sleep the latest out of the three thanks to her anxiety about being in a new place and so far away from her home. When she hd finally flown asleep it was only when she had pulled her two almost identical black stuffed rabbits with a red ribbon on one's neck and a blue ribbon on the other's neck out of her suitcase and covered her head with the covers.

After getting a few hours of sleep Aleksa awoke at the stroke of 5:30 with a start before calming down enough to realize where she was. "Oh right Mr. Zodiac" she said and yawned before teleporting out of her bed to the counter that her clothes for the day were set out from last night. After getting dressed Aleksa began a quick stretch to start off the day but stopped when the bell as rung and Mr. Zodiac started his announcement about breakfast. Aleksa walked to her door and looked under it just enough to see the hallway and teleported into the hall without opening the door. Every time she felt like she was moving too slow Aleksa would teleport to the end of the hall to pick up speed.

When she reached dining room Aleksa teleported around and looked at the food for a solid minute before picking up some fruit and other odds and ends. When she had a suitable plate Aleksa walked around until she spotted Miroku and Kofi and sat down next to the later. "Good morning..." she said with a light smile clearly feeling better than yesterday.

Kofi, still sleepy, watched Miroku when he greeted Kofi back. Being told to eat, Kofi gave a sigh. "I'll get something in a moment. I'm...trying to continue waking up. You look like you had a good night's rest." when asked if Aleksa was awake or not, Kofi shrugged "I don't know, I didn't see- never mind...she just made it in. To be honest, I thought she was going to teleport next to one of us to surprise us." Kofi said with a weak smile.

Upon coming over to sit by them, Kofi returned Aleksa's greeting "Good morning. Did you sleep ok?" he asked the young one.

Dusk would arrive at breakfast stretching some with a slight yawn, he grabs something to eat and sits down. though doesn't start to eat until a few moments later when his head clears as he wakes fully.

Liz made her way to the dinning room. She was curious what kind of meal would be provided. Not that it mattered to her. She smiled shyly when she saw the others in the room. She was too shy to greet them. She made her way to the large table. She looked at the offerings. There was fruit, cereal, muffins, and bagels. Nothing that would get cold waiting for them. While she was disappointer that there was nothing hot she was happy to have food of some kind. She helped herself to a muffin and took a seat.

"I'm just used to waking up early. I wake up around 5 a.m. to do some morning exercise since I had nothing to do." Miroku said with a little laugh. Good sleep or not, he would wake up at that time and would be cheerful for most of the day. He exercised because he didn't need to do anything like cleaning up for his masters or preparing breakfast. No, he just had to wake up here and then eat then train. Hopefully the training wasn't brutal on the second day... but then again, he has endured everything up to now and working for his masters wasn't really the best thing since they tired him out while he had to go to school. It was a nightmare there but he was fine with it. "Wakey wakey Kofi-kun, we only have thirty minutes to eat." He said, adding an honorific this time. "Oh, there she is. I don't think she's the type to do that." He said, pertaining to the surprise part. She didn't look like a girl who would do that.

"Morning!" He said with an energetic smile. "You completely awake? Kofi here isn't." He said before gesturing to the tattooed man. Since he was eating even before they came here, he finished upon Aleksa getting there. He was a fast eater even without using his powers.

His eyes averted from his friends and then looked over to another who came in. He had never talked to her before, given that it had only been a day. Once their eyes met, he waved at her with a smile. He wouldn't mind if she came over but if she didn't, then that was fine as well.

"Hurry children. We needed to get started." Zodiac called. He wanted to get them started. He knew they had a lot of work to do and not much time. They were likely to get attacked soon. It wouldn't be good for these kids to get the butts kicked because they hadn't been trained. Looking around he got the feeling that that some might have training in fighting but most didn't.

"Come on guys, looks like we have training right after." Miroku said as he heard Sir Zodiac tell everyone to hurry eating. He was done himself so he was just watching his two friends eat. He was worried about a little something called appendicitis but perhaps they would start with something less straining than fighting already. Hopefully but if not, he just hoped no one would get sick.

Hearing Miroku talk about how he was used to getting up early and exercising. Still half awake, Kofi nodded "You're better than me". He responded. The 'Kofi-kun' honorific caught Kofi's attention, raising an eyebrow. He didn't understand the extra word Miroku used behind his name but he guessed it had something to do with his culture. Happy to see Aleksa join, and being reminded of the time they had to eat, Kofi forced himself up to get himself fruit and a pastry. Returning to sit and eating, it wasn't long before Zodiac called for them.

Hurrying and finishing his food, Kofi stood, ready to go so that they could get started.

Liz eat as quickly as she could. Luckily she was too nervous to eat very much. Then she went to stand by Zodiac. "Please. Follow me." The older man said. He headed out of the room. Liz followed behind him. She knew they were doing power development which meant that she would be able to see what the others could do. She wasn't looking forward to trying to display her ability.

Venom and Lila sat down and eat their breakfast silently looking around the rom. They knew that these were the people they had to work with p, but they had no idea how to speak with others since they never really did so.

"Ah, there they go." Miroku said as he watched Sir Zodiac and the other girl leave. "We have to go. Aleksa, you can teleport there can't 'ya? Well finish up quickly. I'll go on ahead." He informed the young girl before walking towards the door. "If you wanna come Kofi, then that's fine." He said. He was happy that he has friends and would like to go with them all, he can't afford to see Sir Zodiac angry... or well, any boss for that fact. He has far too many scary experiences with that. He quickly followed Liz and Sir Zodiac.

Zodiac lead to large room about the size of a gym. It was completely empty. "This is where we will work on your abilities. Who would like to demonstrate what they are currently capable of?

Seeing Zodiac and the mystery girl leaving and Miroku letting Aleksa and Kofi know he was heading off as well, Kofi nodded to what Miroku mentioned "Yeah I'll follow along in a moment." he said thinking about what animal he was going to turn into to follow the group.

Kofi was going to grab one more banana before heading out until he caught sight of two new girls, as he spoke to them "Hello...two new ones? we are about to start our ability test....probably best if you grab food to go and head to the room for testing." he said while walking out of the dining area.

Dusk would of followed as quick as he could. he looked to liz and the others then to the wide gym... he wondered how is he going to demonstrate what he can do.. he wasn't that good at phyiscal activities.. to much time in front of his computer, and he didn't have the slightest clue as to how to even start activating his manipulation ability.

"I can do it." Miroku volunteered. His ability was very easy to comprehend so he might as well go first right? He then continued forward to the center of the room. "I have super speed." That was enough explanation and time to just demonstrate it if someone didn't get it which is highly unlikely. He took a deep breath and then began to run. He was just a blur as he continued around the room before running straight for the door, focusing on it and actually going through.

He quickly re-entered, not even feeling out of breath. He was either very fit or his power helped him with it. "I can vibrate my molecules so I can actually go through walls and other solid objects like it was air. As long as I focus of course." He explained what just happened. "That's all there is to it." After all, it was completely up to him on how to use his powers. Those were just basics. Like for example, creating a vortex to remove all oxygen to put out a fire or knock an enemy unconscious. Things like that.

" Um ok" Lila said blinking as Venom watched the guy with narrowed eyes. Venom looked at her confused sister and shrugged. Venom stood with Lila going over to the food grabbing some apples and other fruits they enjoyed in their forest home before going towards the testing room like the man told them to do.
