[IC] Godling School

This would be Katherin's first year at the Godling school. She was looking forward to it. Her mother had told her how the school had come into being. She thought it was great that all the godrss and godesses agreed that it was best if the next generation all had the same education. It was weird though to think that all godlings and halflings were welcome. She had never met any other godlings. She was looking forward to new experiences. She just hoped the truce held.

Sophia looked out the window of the chariot, seeing the school come into view. She looked over the her father, who gave her a reassuring smile that she could tell was forced. She hadn't left the north since she was a little godling, all those years ago, and now she was going to be off on her own. The north winds carried the chariot lightly to the ground, and Sophia waved goodbye, feeling her nerves increase. Her father pulled her into a hug before she left. She forced the tears to stay inside of her, and stepped out into the warm air, pulling her coat tight as the warm air cooled around her. She didn't look as the chariot flew away, back to the home she had always known. She only looked forward, at her new home, the ground frosting beneath her feet as she realized that she wouldn't be seeing the northern lights again anytime soon.

Charles would be near the front of the school with three elderly ladies, he would kneel down infront of them taking off his hat and puts it on his knee "I will not fail you.." he says "I will make you proud mothers.." to him each of the fates who's raised him from when he was born was his mothers, so he treated them as such. he would raise when one motioned for him to do so, they gave him a kind smile, the shortest tapped his arm before they simply walked away.. soon to vanish. Charles would put his hat back on and look towards the school "..Time to see what fate may have in store for myself" he says

Oni would fly down on a broom landing out front. She decided she rather fly on a broom this day... she doesn't normally even need props to fly thanks to her ancestry but she likes the feel of the wind rushing through your hair when your not exerting much energy. she would pick up her broom and press it against the book on her hips and the broom would get sucked into it stored away. She would look around... seeing some of the other students and have a look of disgust on her face at the men in such close proximity to her. She would enter the school and head to main office to get information.

James was excited to come to a school for future gods and goddess. His mother had told him that there would be other kids in the exact same postion as him, ready to fill the shoes laid out beofre them. Other students were arriving as well, so James decdied instead of standing there looking like an idiot he should probably get a move on.

Outfit

In front of the school a door made of fire appeared. The 'door' opened and Katherine strolled out, the door slamming shut behind her. She stared up at the school boredly, her music blaring through her headphones. She snapped her fingers and the door behind her disappeared.

"I wonder if it's too late to go back..."

She mumbled, her light British coming out un-concerned. She was just in Egypt and she was missing it already. The heat was lovely. She tested out the air and was pleased to feel the warmth. If the air was cold she would be leaving. At that very moment.

She was grateful for her good luck.

She looked around at the other students arriving but, she wasn't paying much attention. Her head nodded to 'Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana', one of the best things humans produced. Shame it was over so soon.

"Well, I sadly can't stand around here forever." She huffed. She would pick up the rest of her things from Egypt when she had time. Now, exploring! She slowly walked towards the school, dragging her feet trying to move as slow as possible.

"Good morning students. Welcome to the Godling Academy. We would like you all to gather in the auditorium. There we will give you the information to help you start your year with us. Maps should have been provided for you in the information packets you were sent but if you didn't receive one please go to the office. It is located at the front of the biggest building in the middle of campus. The meeting will start in ten minutes. Don't be late." Came out of the PA system.

Charles would look to the PA as it announced where they should go. he would reach into his trench coat but before he pulled out his map he would see some students heading off to wat may be the auditorium sense they have maps.. he decides to follow them instead of simply pulling out his own map, letting chance decide wither he makes it or not.

Oni would reach to her book as a map flies out of it and she catches it then looks at it "hm.. alright.." she says and follows the map to the Auditorium eyeing anyone who comes close, even turning one of the male students who gets to close to her into a toad, because she got disgusted.. doing such sent a message to some of the other students that seen to not get near her.. so when she takes a seat in the auditorium most keep a seat between themselves and her at least.

Sophia pulls out her map from inside her handbag, and studies it carefully for a few moments. She then puts it back, satisfied she knows where she's going, and walks to the auditorium, pulling her cost tight as the warm air inside the school slowly turns to a cooler temperature.

Katherin frowned in the direction of the voice. She had probably gotten a map but it wouldnt have done her any good anyway. She thought her mother would have told them about her but that as probably expecting a lot. Her mother was a busy goddess. It was one of the reasons she was here to make sure that she could fill her mother's shoes someday. Since she couldn't use her map only choice was to follow the others. Luckily with everyone going to the same place that should be simple enough. She carefully the others to the gym. She took a seat on the first bleacher she found.

Katherine was pulled out of her musical haze when an announcement rang throughout the school-grounds. She moved her headphones from her ears and let them rest around her neck as she listened. The more she heard the more interested she became. Hmm... a gathering? A great time to see my future classmates.

A bit of excitement pricked at her and an unintentional smirk crossed her features. She reached into her boot and pulled out the folded up map. Don't question it. She quickly un-folded it and her eyes took in the map for the first time. After a few moments she nodded to herself before folding up the map.

She eyed the school before placing her headphones back to their rightful place on her ears. She then began walking to the auditorium. She'd make it, she had plenty of time. No need to rush or anything.

James jumped with excitement when the intercom voice spoke. He then pulled out his map and studied hard. He could have just followed the crowd but the entire school map was to fascinating. He then mindlessly followed the map with the crowd.

"Welcome young ones. Please be seated. The facility was created to make sure tat ever Golding had te same education. Many of your parents are very busy and can not train the way you need to be trained. Because of this the elders decided all holdings shall be trained together. While you are on school grounds you will not attack each other accept in training. That means no turning people into toads ONI. You will change that boy back as soon as ths meeting is done."An older man appeared on the stage.@olcharlieboi

Charles watched as the old man appeared then raised an eyebrow when he already mentioned someone by name or turning someone into a toad, he would chuckle some in surprise thinking this may turn out to be interesting after all.

Oni looks to the old man and simply rolls her eyes looking away from the old man bit annoyed a man is trying to tell her to do something. she pulls out a wand from her book and simply does a gesture before putting it back.. lifting the curse for the moment turning the boy from before back into his regular self

Katherin bite her lip nervously. There were already people breaking the rules? Didn't they understand how fragile the peace was? Maybe they knew and didn't care. Not everyone thought this was a good idea. Some Gods didn't care if the universe was destroyed which she didn't understand since they woukd be destroyed in the process. Maybe that was something te elders woukd explain. She had many questions she hoped they answered.

Sophia regarded the girl who had gotten in trouble. She was dressed like some kind of freak. She adjusted her gloves nervously as the air in the room turned cold. She had no control over it, more like it had control over her. She looked around at the other students. Stupid school.

"If there are no more questions, we will start power development. Your teacher will be Zesus." the old man disappeared.

Then Zeus arrived in a flash of lightning. "Good morning! Let's get starting. Who would like to show me what you are cable of and how much control you have? We will do three or four a day."

Sophia looked around nervously as Zeus appeared. She didn't feel comfortable around him, he was the King of the sky itself, and her father was far beneath him on the chain of command. Her older brother Calais used to tell her stories about the other gods. But he was gone now. Sophia wouldn't stand unless someone else went first. The air around her became freezing as she realized she was probably the most noble creature in the room, other than Zeus. Although she had abandoned her mother's title, some people still defined her by Selene. She was from the north though, and in her heart she was a Boread.

Charles would rise after a few moments and walks up towards Zeus, he would do a slight bow "My Lord, I am Charles also known as Deston which means Destiny" he tells him "I have power over Fate, Destiny, Chance what ever you wish to call it" he spreads his arms out and cards form traveling fast from his left to his right a lot of them, he snatches one and the others vanish "What ever is written on the card I call forth, will happen" he states spinning the card by it's edge on his finger "the cards themselves are sometimes as good as weapons as well but i tend to just let what it says happen.. It can be from calling a simple item to causing hell around... in this situation hope for something simple" he says and shows the card looking it at and reading it "Deck of Bladed Cards" he says as the card poofs and a deck of cards is now sitting in his palm. "and This is what I'm capable of.. as can tell I have no control over what may happen"

"You might not have control of what card you get but it seems like you have complete control beyond that. Do the cards always appear whenever you want them to? Do they always work the way they are suppose to?"Zeus asked unimpressed by the boys power the fates were dangerous creatures. He wasn't sur how dangerous their child was yet.

"Yes the cards only appear when I have wanted them to, and to my knowledge they do always work, but that would be to my knowledge.. for I haven't tempted fated by continuously using it" he states "Those may be a problem that I have just not yet ran into Sir Zeus" he says with his sly smile. "They have the power to change destiny of those around it so I have had no real reason to use it except in dire situations" he states.
