Stacey finished the last of her stew and wiped her face with a clean fabric set next to the bowl of stew. She had been vaguely listening in to Mystique's magic lingo, even though most of it sounded like she was just crazy. Magic was all a myth where she'd been, rumors of mage's plagued her... Original "home", but she had never thought much about it.

"So with levitation, you're saying we could potentially fly?" Stacey asked for confirmation, as again, this all seemed crazy to her at the time.

"Those are good questions. You will have to work on developing the magic inside of you. You will be going through a tunnel which will open your senses. While you are in the tunnel your senses will not work properly. Otherwise you will see things, smell things, feel things that are not there. While you are being tested, your magical core will be opened.

It is after your magical core is opened that you can do magic. You can learn more than the basics but that is up to you as to what you want to learn.

As far as flying, it would be quite a few years to build up the strength to fly. You might want to concentrate on other things since you have a dragon to ride.
Any other questions?" The Lore Master asked.

Shitara did not pay attention to the talk about magic, after all she could already use magic, actually she learnt it with quite some easiness, as if it was something natural for her.
She just continued eating, drinking and ignoring her master, Galbatorix. She used to say his voice was a bit annoying, even making her ears hurt.

Lance had been sitting in the far left corner across from mystique, he had been taking in all the information carefully. He was gonna be the mother, father, and partner of the dragon he will be raising. He wanted to meet the companion who was best suited for him.

Lance overheard Lore master Galbatorix's offer for early magic classes, "I would be interested in taking your magic classes as well" He says after taking a sip of mead. "I think it would be a fine opportunity as well as a head start in our studies." Taking a spoon full of stew, Lance hadn't had a meal like this in years, he had been living on the streets and stowing away for so long. It was a nice change he was adapting too.

"I feel that all of us should be heading to bed since we will be up at 2AM for 3AM leaving. Those who wish to be part of Lore Master Galbatorix's class may see him after the meeting. I shall lead the way and Lore Master Galbatorix will keep everyone together.

Ixonia waited a bit for she was trying to decide on whether or not she should try Lore Master Galbatorix's class. She would wait to talk to Mystique and Lore Master Galbatorix after everyone left.

Shitara finshed eating and then elegantly cleaned her lips with her favourtie handkerchief, a black one with pink and white flowers designs on the edges.

"The meal was wonderful, now if you excuse me, I will go out for fresh air."

She said before slowly standing up and walk out of the room. She thought the night was perfect to play some music, so she sat on a rock and started to play her guzheng under the moonlight.

Gabanre walked towards Galbatorix and asked him: "What are you planning to do?"

Galbatorix replied with: "I am planning to do some basics. I will check if your magical core is open already or not. This should also tell me your power, if you have one. @Pkken Lance for you i will do the same."

Outside the inn

Galbatroix walked towards Gabanre. He closed his eyes and said: "Nurtza filloso nuria." After that he opened his eyes Gabanre's hearth was burned fiery red, implying that his magical core was opened already. Then he closed his eyes again and said: Airun osollif Aztrun." He opened his eyes once again. Then he said this: "Gabanre I have news for you. One your magical core has cracked open already, i am able to give you magical lessons. Second the power I have seen in you was Red, Fiery. implying fire magic. He gave Gabanre a stone, pointing out to make fire with it.

Gabanre got a stone from Galbatorix, as he decided to try making fire. As he tried and tried, he finally got a fire. Then Galbatorix said try to manipulate it with your thoughts. As Gabanre did sparkes came flying out of the fire, but nothing else happend. Galbatorix questioned him what he thought of. He replied saying that he thought of transporting the flame on to this leaf. The answer, that would not be possible yet. The only thing what was showed was the first level of your power, Sparks. After he said that, he dove the fire. Impling that Gabanre should try and make something with fire Gabanre did, as he did Sparks came flying of his hand. Gabanre scared away, asking what that was.
Galbatorix replied with: "That my young student, is your first level, as we continue you will learn new things about your power. This is the end of the first lesson.

IT IS NOW 2 AM. A SLEEPY MAID IS WALKING TO EACH ROOM AND WAKING YOU UP AND SAYS TO GET YOURSELF DOWNSTAIRS TO BREAKFAST WITH YOUR BELONGINGS BY THE ORDER OF THE LORE MASTER.

And so the journey begins.....

Gabanre was already awake, he was thinking about the magic he had learned. He took all of his stuff and went down super fast.

The Lore Master is now dressed and has packed away her finery. She is in her normal clothes and heads downstairs to make sure that everyone has breakfast. She also will check for the picnic baskets and drinks in case they arrive well before sunrise which should be in 5 hours. The trip should only take 4 of those hours by horse if nothing goes wrong.

Ixonia hated to sleep but she did what she was told. Not a very deep sleep mind you so to wake up quickly and to get her things around quickly. She was soon downstairs to a simple meal of sweet rolls. She also knew that when Mystique was ready to go at a certain time that others had better be ready as well.

Pica was awake an hour earlier than when the made called. She'd been doing a last minute arrangement of her things, and a playing a few notes on her instrument to help calm down her nerves. So she was ready when the made called them on. Most of her things where in cart already, so what she had on her where personal artifacts and essentials. Her coin purse, her windpipe, some dried beef for the trip, and spare clothing and blankets. Pica made her way down, where she saw one of the other girls in the group - she couldn't remember her name - munching on a sweet roll.

"Looks like breakfast is light, huh?" she said to the girl. Taking a seat just across her, she began helping herself to some. That was when the man she sat next to yesterday came down in a rush.

Samuel got out of his bed quickly. He was a light sleeper, so he was ready very soon after waking up. After getting dressed and grabbing all his belongings, he got out of his room and went downstairs. He was one to like food, especially breakfast. Without saying a word, he sat down at the table and took some sweet rolls. Yesterday he bought everything he needed, along with two extra buckets just to be shure and a sharpening stone. He was curious to what he and the others were going to face inside the cave though.

"Good morning. my name is Ixonia by the way. Are you eager to start to the Academy?" Ixonia asked nervously as she tore bits of roll off to eat.

The Lore Master looked about for Lore Master Galbatorix but he had disappeared...

Stacey sloppily woke up and stumbled her way through the inn and down the stairs. She threw her hair up messily and pulled a sweet roll from a basket, she ate it quickly and wiped the crumbs from her mouth. She took a seat, isolated from everyone and threw her holster on the table. She laid her head back and groaned, waking up in the early morning was never one of her favorite things. She grabbed a rag from the middle of a table, and started to try and rub the dirt from her face, getting to the inn the day prior was a bit dirtier than she had imagined.

Shitara did not sleep at all, she stayed outside playing her guzheng until everyone was called for breakfast. She stood up and walked inside, crossing Galbatorix and Gabanre in the way. She did not say anything, just crossed glances with her old master.
Once inside she just poured some coffee in a mug and ate a piece of sweet roll.

"Good morning, everyone"

"Yeah, I am!" said Pica, clenching and unclenching her right hand repeatedly - a tick her body did whenever she was excited - and stuffed a roll in her mouth. "And it's nice to meet you, Ixonia. I'm Pica, just your local village girl. If you ever need any help, let me know." She said with a smile, while extending her right hand for a shake.

Gabanre asked for some chicken, since he was alergic to sweet rolls. the innkeepster replied that it was leftover cold chicken. He replied with: "That is no problem as i am able to heat it up myself. He also asked if he was able to take some chicken with him. He wanted to heat it up with his fire power. He never said that. Once done he went outside where he met Galbatorix. He greeted him with the usual. Then something strange happend. He felt something flowing through his veins, He didn't know what. He asked Galbatorix about it. He also asked if his powers would be able to warmup this chicken,
Galbatorix was waiting outside when Gabanre greeted him. He asked about something flowing through his veins. He replied that it was possibly magical energy, which was awakend 4 hours ago. To the second question, yes they can.
And so Gabanre did. While doing this he felt another thing. As he watched to his hand he saw fire instead of sparks.
Galbatorix noticed that it already was fire instead of sparks, so he decided to say something quite unusual: "You Gabanre are something special, you have a gift of magic, making you learn magic twice as fast.
