"Where could I find a ralts" Lance asked

"Supposedly on this very route." Liam stated.

Lance face lit up, He knew with enough training ralts can turn into a powerful ally later on. "I am gonna keep my eye out for it" Lance said with a big grin. He started looking around

"Just be warned, they can be rare." Liam advised.

"That is true" Lance thought about it. If he was to defeat his idols he was gonna need a team of awesome pokemon.

Liam took some time to train Mudkup and Poochyena.

Lance threw out Treecko and Taillow and took the time to test out possible strategy's that utilized their speed as well as spar with some of the wild pokemon.

Liam found a Pidgey perched on a low branch. Liam had Poochyena battle it, resulting in a quick and easy capture.

Lance went searching for a ralts along with treecko and taillow.

Liam found an injured Ralts. He cautiously approached it. "Hey there Ralts." he said. "You can read my mind and see that I mean you no harm. If you will allow me to see your wounds, I may be able to help you."

Lance had no luck, he began loosing interest in capturing a ralts. "Lets go back to Liam" Lance suggested to his pokemon. He began walking back and saw Liam approaching a pokemon slowly, Lance stopped in his tracks and watched from afar avoiding startling the pokemon.

Liam began looking at the Ralts. It looked like a Pokémon, he hypothesized a Mightyena wad drove its fangs deep into the small Pokémon. Liam used a paste made from Orren Berries and applied it to the wounds and bandaged it back up. "I'm going to take you to a Pokémon Center, you will get much better healing there then I can give you."

Lance watched as Liam applied first aid to the Ralts. It seemed as if he was gonna take the Ralts to the pokemon center.

Liam took the injured Pokémon to the center.

Lance followed shortly and sat in the lobby waiting for Liam.

Liam came out and sat down in the waiting room.

"How is Ralts?" Lance asked with his hands folded.

[bowtiesrcool86]

"Well, it was badly hurt by I'm guessing a Mightyena." My emergency first aid turned its 1% survival chance to a 30%, but now it's up to the professional healers."

Shiranui saw what Liam was doing and hoped Ralts would survive.

After a while, the ER light shut off and Joy exited back into the lobby. 'You did good on bandaging the Ralts up Liam." Joy said. "It will make a full recovery, it just needs to stay here for the night so I can make sure." Liam thanked her. She commented that it was kind of late, and it would be night before they could pass through the forest. She insisted that they stay the night in her center.
