"Sing!" Senritsu started singing a lullaby that sent some of the audience into a daydreaming state.

Froslass was unable to get away from the song notes on time. "Toxic!" Liam called. Froslass at an essential point blank range hurled a blob at poison at the Mega Altaria before falling asleep.

Senritsu was badly poisoned, but Shiranui was unmoved. "Senritsu, Refresh!" The Mega Altaria rested up, curing herself of the poison.

Liam lost more points while Formless was snoozing. Froslass did not wake up when Liam ordered for Frost Breath

"Senritsu, Heat Wave!" Senritsu breathed out an attack consisting mostly of hot air with flames interlaced.

Froslass was hit and woke up. "Ominous Wind!" Liam called.

Senritsu was hit and Shiranui lost some points. "Senritsu, Hyper Voice!" The Mega Altaria let out another loud chirp.

"Ice Beam into Wake up Slap!!" Liam called. the notes that personified the loud chirp were frozen solid. They were then smacked back toward where they came from.

"Mirror Move!" Senritsu froze the notes further, turning them into groups of demisemiquavers. The Mega Altaria used her fluffy wings to whack the musical sculptures right back.

"Signal Beam!" Liam called. Froslass' attack pushed the notes back toward the Mega Altaria. It also shot through the music notes on the same principle of how light goes through a prism. Liam intent was to fence Senritsu in.

"Heat Wave!" Senritsu's wide-range attack overpowered the Signal Beam, melted the ice into a steamy mist and blew the notes back towards Froslass whilst making them glow warm colours.

"Ice Shard!" Liam called. The chunks of ice rocketed forward, smashing the music notes into bits.

Shiranui lost more points as the time ticked into the final minute. "Senritsu, Steel Wing!" The Mega Altaria's fluffy wings gained lustre as they became metallic. Senritsu swooped down towards Froslass.

Liam realized that Froslass was on her last figurative leg. "If that move connects, Froslass will be knocked out!" Liam thought. "Wait! THAT'S IT!" Liam smirked and quickly called out "Destiny Bond! Now!" Froslass used the Ghost Move a crimson glow began around the ghost. She was KO'd and Destiny Bond KO'd Altaria. Since Liam's move triggered the draw, he was awarded the ribbon. Liam was awarded his fourth ribbon.

"I should have known you'd go for that," stated Shiranui, knowing in hindsight that Ghost-type Pokémon were tricky.

Liam received the ribbon and Vivian announced the next contest would be in Lillycove. Liam inserted his ribbon into the case. He went to the Pokémon Center and handed Froslass over for healing while he decided on who he should use for the Pokéringer contest.

Shiranui already had his competing Pokémon in mind while he handed Senritsu in for healing.

Liam made his decision and reorganized his team to be ready for the competition as well as the upcoming gym battle. A Chansey than brought Liam and Shiranui their Pokémon back from healing. Liam thanked the Chansey.
"You ready?" He asked.

"Ready and raring," answered Shiranui.
