Mai is a Magical Girl! More specifically, she aligns with both the Magic Idol Singer and Magical Girl Warrior sub-tropes. As her two pictures indicate, her magical form is not vastly different from her normal form, except for the noticeable change in clothing (to something far more suitable for someone at the center of the stage), hair style and color, and eye color. This is possible through magic, and gives her Magic Idol self more influence (as if that was necessary). So: we've established that Mai is a Magical Girl whose alternate form is an irresistable idol singer (compared to her slightly-more-resistable DJ everday form). But what, exactly, makes her magic tick?
Unlike many magical idol singers, Mai's primary source of energy, power, and magic is a very specific high-energy genre of music, whose unrelenting beats and overwhelming energy coarse through every fiber of Mai's being.

THE POWER OF EUROBEAT.
This overflowing fountain of raw energy stems from the many similarities between Mai's upbringing and Initial D. The Power of Eurobeat grants Mai a unique set of magical abilities entirely related to the musical genre. First, Mai is equipped with traditional Magical Idol Singer abilities, allowing her to bask in the adoration of anyone she chooses, so long as they hear her magical singing. In addition, any ears that hear her Eurobeat's infectuous beats will cause their owners to attain an unexplainable euphoria and desire to get down and dance!
However, those without souls or with souls tainted enough by evil are immune to Eurobeat's positive vibes. Thankfully, though, once Mai began to use her magical powers to fight evil in addition to further her musical exploits, she discovered an entirely unique combat style that draws entirely from the energy her Eurobeat creates. (When Mai's magical form is activated, her non-stop Eurobeat mega mix will continue to play is if she never left the DJ booth, even if she wasn't there to begin with. This can be very inappropriate for high-stress, serious combat situations, but is necessary for her to be able to utilize this combat style, as it feeds off the music.) She is able to perform a variety of different attacks and defenses based on her dance moves and singing, most of which involves Rainbow Fire Manipulation, which is the primary offensive output of Eurobeat.
Weapons:
Mai's only weapon is her microphone, which is an item combining magic and Disco Tech that materializes (with a suitable flourish) when Mai activates her magical form. If she throws the microphone, its destructive functions activate and it becomes a stick grenade much like the Model 24 Stielhandgranate that the Germans used in World Wars I and II. Only when it explodes (with much more color than a normal grenade) will another microphone materialize for Mai to use, limiting its effective rate of fire. By flipping a switch on the side of the microphone (that on a normal microphone would be the power switch), Mai can modify what the grenade's effects will be. It can be a standard fragmentation grenade, a percussion grenade (explodes on impact with anything), or a flash grenade.
Mai must carefully choose when to use her microphone offensively, as doing so will prevent her from singing for the duration of its use as a grenade. While dancing is her primary form of combat, singing can grant her additional abilities over time, so she needs to determine when singing or throwing a frag is more tactically important.
Fighting Style:
Mai calls it Dance Combat Revolution, and it is a hand-to-hand martial art completely unique to her. Mai chains together combos of dance moves that, if not actually attacks, add to her overall energy level. While almost all of her maneuvers can be melee attacks like any traditional martial art, there are also moves that activate magical attacks, usually ranged. DCR (and thus Mai's combat tactics in general) employs a long game strategy - it is based on an increasing energy level system that has Mai gaining energy as a fight goes on through move combos, verse and chorus singing completions, and signature dance moves that all heighten the Eurobeat energy inside her. Contrary to most fighters, Mai is weakest at the beginning of the battle, and plays the long game with the goal of eventually attaining Max Power - a theoretical maximum energy level she has yet to experience.
Signature Moves:
Supersonic Fire: In a state of high energy, Mai times a jump with the music so that she slams back to the ground exactly as a huge drop occurs after doing a 360 spin in the air. This ignites a column of ultra-quick magical fire that launches across the ground in the direction her body is facing when she lands. Since it ejects for a couple of seconds, Mai can then spin her body again and cause the flames to shoot out in an arc.
Shock Out: Mai jumps high while throwing her microphone at the ground directly beneath her. The explosion sends her further into the air (via magical rocket jump physics), and the impact from her forcefully pile-driving damaged ground sends a seismic shockwave in all directions, easily dispersing large groups of enemies while simultaneously damaging them.
Impact Blue: Mai creates a gigantic missile fueled by blue Eurobeat flames. She stands still and holds it over her head, ignites the rocket, and lets it fly. The missile will pursue the target Mai's mind selects, and should it connect will result in an extremely massive explosion. This is Mai's longest-range attack (being as the missile is only limited to how far away Mai can think), but as you must stand still to use it, Mai must be at a high energy level to avoid a significant combo loss.
Over Drive (High Power Remix): After building up large amounts of energy, Mai yells "OVER DRIVE!" and jumps into the air while pirouetteing, and expels large quantities of superheated rainbow fire in every direction with the ferocity the most potent explosions. This is a last-ditch ultra-powerful attack that uses all of Mai's stockpiled energy and breaks all combos. Mai remains permanently suspended in the midair pirouette going faster and faster until her last remaining energy is expunged in one final push, at which point Mai falls to the ground, the music stops and everything goes dark.

Mai grew up in the mountains overlooking Megatropolis City. She had a fairly normal upbringing - her parents made average income, she had an older sister, and there was no magic involved anywhere. She always had lots of energy, and would frequently ask her parents if there was anything at all she could help with, even when there had been nothing for weeks. She needed an outlet for her bountiful energy more than helping out with odd jobs every once in a while, because the sleepy mountain village she grew up in didn't have much in the way of excitement. She began to earn money in the village any way she could, for the sole reason that it was something to do. When she was old enough, her parents had her get her driver's license and encouraged her to spend her mountain of savings on a set of wheels. She did so, and was soon running deliveries to and from neighboring villages at all (and usually odd) hours. Even though there was a gigantic city representative of what the 192nd century is supposed to be like in plain sight at the foot of the mountains, Mai was content living in the bastions of antiquity that were the mountain village communities. She became an excellent driver, and would partake in the village youths' pastime: night racing.
It was at about this time that Mai discovered that she wasn't quite as normal as the rest of her family. When driving in the mountains, it was customary for her to listen to Eurobeat, as it was the only genre of music she could find whose energy matched hers. It was perfect driving music too, and as she listened to it more and more she found she was always able to sing along with it perfectly, far better than she could sing normally. She figured it was just coincidence or her voice maturing or something, but one day she was driving and singing along with Eurobeat and glanced in her rear view mirror long enough to notice something...odd. She pulled over and turned the music off, but when she looked again she was normal. This continued for days until she became so bewildered that one day she got in her car and didn't do anything until she stared into the mirror and turned the music back on. And then it happened.
Four months later she had moved out of her parents' house in the mountains and was living in C-District, launching her magical singing career one club at a time. She grew to love the club life and energy, so she learned to DJ so she could still participate when Eurobeat wasn't present. She skyrocketed as a solo artist, going on tours and releasing albums and generally being successful, all at a young age. Once she discovered her magical combat, she began using it to help more than just herself, and is known today as a member of Megatropolis City's legions of heros and heroines (in addition to its Eurobeat idol singer of choice). She currently resides in A-District.

Being stealthy is not one of her strong suits (to put it nicely), so she is useless in anything but a campaign where the enemy already knows you're coming.
In addition, Mai has no defense. Yes, some of her magical abilities can create temporarily shielding, and her dancing martial art can block as well as attack, but she has no armor of any sort and although her mental resilience is fantastic, her physical resilience doesn't compare.

She has red hair that she keeps in a ponytail and green eyes, usually wearing blue jeans and light-colored tops. She also wears a gold ring carved in the shape of a dragon, with a ruby in the mouth. While heroing, her hair falls back in a waterfall to her shoulders, and her outfit is as follows: While boots and gloves, a long red skirt, a white top with red flames on it, a red cape, red mask, and a tiara with a ruby in it. She still wears that same ring, only now the ruby glows, and carries a rapier on her left hip. Oh, and she has a six-foot pair of green scaly wings on her back. They're fully functional, too!

Fighting style: Danielle is all about speed, power and aggression, with absolutely no purely defensive abilities.
Signature moves: Crimson Barrage- Danielle throws a mass of fireballs at opponents. Each one is somewhat weak, but they add up. It's a case of quantity over quality here.
Flame Cannon- Danielle cups her hands and draws them back, allowing magical energy to charge up. She then drives them forward, unleashing a devastating beam of fire.
Ignition!- When Danielle draws her rapier, the entire weapon transmutes to fire. It's a pretty cool effect.
Flight- only about twenty miles per hour, but it's twenty more than an ordinary human can do in the air.
Flaming Breath- go on, take a wild guess.
Wrath of the Dragons- Danielle's finishing move starts with a massive skyward leap, from which she descends in a dive with a fiery shockwave in front of her. She then impacts, dealing giant damage to her target and splash damage in a wide area.

What she didn't realize was that the ring was a hotline to the dragon goddess Tiamat, who chose her to be her champion of justice on Earth. Now, she's going to class by day, and fighting evil by night.
Weaknesses: Her strength while in costume is equivalent to a fit adult male, but she can easily be overpowered by super strength. She also has only human endurance and durability, so if the bad guys hit her hard, she might not get up. In addition, if you can somehow steal her ring, she's just an ordinary girl. You won't be able to use it, but obviously she can't either.
Skills: She's a halfway decent athlete, being particularly good at basketball.

Warden Lonesome is over seven feet tall, and incredibly muscular. Of course, it's hard to tell due to alien anatomy. He's got scars from inmates all over his body. His coat is the same style as the one he got his first day on the job, back in his mid-200's- but the original decayed long ago.
Personality
Stony Lonesome is a dedicated law enforcer, even after thousands of years as a prison warden. He knows that many of his inmates were driven to crime by circumstance or the heat of passion, and treats them with a great deal of kindness. Of course, not all prisoners stole to feed their family or murdered a man for sleeping with their wife. There's the serial killers. There's the rapists. The seditionists. The terrorists. These are the ones he treats like a stereotypical warden, calling them "maggots" and seldom giving them time in the yard... that is, before the work release program.
Powers:
As an immortal alien jailer, Calaboose is expected to keep the rowdiest, meanest scumbags the galaxy has to offer in line. Beneath his jailer's outfit, he has a thick hide capable of stopping just about any form of piercing or bludgeoning weapon- from shivs to railguns. Additionally, he's trained to the peak of physical perfection- deadlifting a semi truck is a simple task for the warden. He can control the chains on the back of his coat to grapple foes as well.
Weapons:
Those pauldrons and drills aren't just for show. They're intended to deal with "invulnerable" armor and "unbreakable" weapons, shredding away defensive measures and snapping weapons in two. Most importantly, however, are his Gaoler Gauntlets. These enhance his already incredible strength, allowing him to punch a foe so hard that reality buckles, shunting his foe into one of the cells in his Makuu Space Prison.
Fighting Style:
Necklifts, grappling, and brute force.

Incarceration Crush: Punches the foe, sending them into Makuu Space.
History:
Makuu Spaces: the quirks in the fabric of space and time where galactic society has shoved its criminals for millenia. Throughout Makuu Space are hundreds of thousands of prisons, with inmates ranging from nonviolent offenders to serial killers and war criminals. Thousands of years ago, as a young man of 268 and extensive experience as a policeman and prison guard, Cal Lonesome was given a position as the warden of the Makuu Space of a planet inhabited by a diverse array of life. Such a planet was deemed perfect for the rehabilitation of prisoners. Of course, millenia passed, the Earthlings blew themselves back to the stone age multiple times, and business in the prison went on as usual. Stony Lonesome, and the people of the universe as a whole, mourned the state of the planet, seeing the human race's continuous cycle of death, death, and suicide. But still, he was bound by the law.
His prison was established long before humans settled into societies. In accordance with galactic law, prisoners must receive time in an open space for exercise- but Makuu Space is a dangerous, unstable place which discourages escapes. As such, he's required to use the nearest habitable planet for an exercise yard. Unfortunately for the humans, that's Earth. But it gets worse. Galactic civilization as a whole doesn't acknowledge Earth as an inhabited planet- it seems like the natives can't go more than a few centuries without blowing themselves back to square one. In fact, about 99.9% of galactic society regards humans as wildlife. Were there fewer humans, an endangered species status might give them SOME protection from space criminals- unfortunately, there's billions, and they're counted as an invasive species. Effectively, this means that the space criminals Stony Lonesome releases into the yard are acting entirely within the bounds of the law.
Because of the unstable and volatile nature of Earth's society, the Makuu Prison Board has recently instituted a unique work release program for those in the Makuu Space near Earth: In order to restore the planet to a state safe for rehabilitation of the galaxy's quadrillions of prisoners, the invasive wildlife's gotta go. And even the worst prisoners can get time off their sentence for helping with the infestation.
Skills:
The warden has an extensive background in law enforcement, over a century- of course, his experience is with the enforcement of the laws of the galactic federation, which Earth is not a part of- or protected by.
Weaknesses:
He's bound by galactic penal codes. His hide also provides little defense against selenium weapons and pinching.

V-Slash Wave: After pressing the correct buttons, energy is sent into Victor’s batons. How exactly he performs the move depends on the circumstances, but the constant is that it sends out a wave of cutting energy into the enemy. Is just as explosive after a delay.

Victor is actually fairly good at acting, though at times he tends to get hammy with his roles. He’s also fairly good at dirt biking, having given it a run for a couple years, and tries to translate it over to his ordinary bike whenever he has to ride it into danger.

- Motorcycle: Drives one of these babies. Sometimes he might use it to ram into something if he has to, but he otherwise likes to leave it out of the fight because getting another or fixing it up requires MONEY.
- V-Driver: The belt around Victor’s waist. Pressing all four of the gray buttons at once activates the henshin sequence and can only be started if Victor does the correct gestures. The two buttons on the left activate a finisher for Victor himself while the two on the right activate a finisher for his weapons.
- V-Batons: Two metal batons that can be used together in a few different ways. Runs on rechargeable batteries to do combinations.
- V-Batons: Just using them separately as a pair of dual clubs.
- V-Pole: Attaching them together on the flat end of the batons links them together for a weapon with longer reach.
- V-Spear: Adding onto the previous combo, twisting one of the batons causes a retractable spear tip to pop out and fold open.
- V-oomerang: And adding onto that last combo, twisting the batons and pulling them apart at the same time activates a short link that can lock the batons into the shape of a boomerang. Return is not guaranteed if thrown.

For the past two generations, Common Riders have defended the streets of Megatropolis from crime and tyranny. Victor’s grandfather, Tom, and a small group of his friends started it as an ordinary biker gang looking keep the streets safe for their loved ones. His mother, May, carried on their spirit as their age caught up to them, and with the help of Victor’s father, Henry, they developed the first Common Rider suits to better fight against more powerful foes. Even after they had kids, they continued fighting for a world they can peacefully live in.
Victor and his sister Charlotte admired their parents growing up and both expressed interest in becoming the next Common Rider (for Victor, it was if he hadn't become a successful actor yet). They weren’t exactly keen on letting their kids face the same dangers they did, but they didn’t discourage them either. Said dangers finally caught up to them when Victor was in middle school. An old enemy of his parents, Zapper, started wreaking havoc on the city, apparently much stronger than he was in the past. Victor’s parents went out to fight him like normal, but both sides ended up severely injured. Victor’s father was left crippled in a wheelchair while Victor’s mother wasn’t lucky enough to come back in any state from her injuries. Zapper, on the other hand, seemed to have fate on his side and managed to escape without a trace.

Appearance: 5’10. About average in height, he’s at least above average when it comes to physique. Not quite as awe dropping as some of the individuals within Megatropolis, but hey it’s not bad for someone who doesn’t have super strength.
Messy orange hair and sharp red eyes seem rather fitting given the power Danny developed. There’s a single piercing below his lip to the left, and he often sports a pair of simple silver earrings. He dresses plainly and prefers dark colors and long sleeves that cover most of his body. Oddly enough, he’s almost never seen without his pair of gloves.
Personality: Danny is a young man with simple tastes. He’ll take a nice t-steak from the market just as readily as strips of authentic Kobe beef, and doesn’t care for the “appeal” of a six-figure digit sports car. He’ll definitely take a chance to flex his powers and get into a nice fight over most other things in life. Simple tastes really.
Confident and easy to provoke in the sense that he’s happy to fight, Danny has the decency to not go around starting fights. He might go looking for them, but it’s not too common that he’s the instigator. Granted, he’s usually the reason for things to escalate since restraint seems to be a fairly slippery concept for him to grasp… or at least hold onto for an extended period of time. Fights are something to be enjoyed, and it’s hard to truly have fun when he’s holding back constantly, no?
Powers: Explosion Manipulation. Powerful and extremely destructive! Collateral damage is a certainty when MB gets into a fight, and if he had any teammates then friendly fire would probably be somewhere down the line too. He also seems to have enhanced durability to withstand the explosions without so much as a scratch.
Weapons: None needed!
Fighting Style: Brawler. Thanks to his enhanced durability, MB hardly shies away from getting up close and personal with opponents, even if they have weapons. Unless there’s good reason to, he’ll generally start off weak with his power and escalate based on how well his opponent fares.
Signature Moves
Explosive Roar: Imagine fire breath. Now replace the flames with explosions and that’s a pretty accurate image of what this move looks like. MB’ll take a deep breath and exhale fiercely, at which point the air in a cone ahead of him will spontaneously explode.
Everything Explodes: MB has the ability to render any material explosive little more than a glance. A blink causes a mark to appear on the surface, and explosions quickly ripple outward as the material is converted into what MB calls Explodium. He seems to have the ability to halt the conversion at any point. Also, yes, it does work on organics, but it’s rather messy.
Explosive Exit/Entry: Countless explosions obscure MB as he claps his hands in applause. When everything has died down, MB has either completely disappeared or is revealed as the smoke clears.
History: Up until a few years ago, Danny Patrio was just one of the millions that called Megatropolis home. An undergraduate at college who wasn’t not quite sure what he wanted to do with life. Life wasn’t bad, but it certainly was bland. Things changed, as they usually do for people who get one of these written, soon enough though. The monotony of day to day life was interrupted by the rare howl of sirens, announcing the latest monster that had arrived to terrorize the city. It tore through the asphalt, raining debris all around Danny as he stared up at the giant carapace-clad word.
Something flicked at that moment. A thunderous explosion drowned out every other sound, his surroundings disappeared in a flash of white, and the words, “I demand things to be awesome,” seemed to echo in his mind. Odd right? He thought so at the time too, but got distracted as the massive monster body’s swelled and burst apart, detonating in a gory and traumatizing mess. Like, it was a really big mess. Took the city several days to sanitize the area and apparently people were still finding pieces kilometers away in the following weeks. As for Danny who had been right in front of the creature as it suffered a critical failure at existence? Well, as explosions tore its body apart he came to the realization that he had, somehow, been the cause.
Since then, he’s made a bit of a reputation for himself. Known for causing only slightly less collateral damage than the Monsters he goes out to destroy, and engaging Heroes and Villains alike in destructive fights, MB’s not exactly a popular powered. Still, his destructive capacity when it comes to dealing with threats means no one’s really been fed up enough to kick him out of town just yet, and he’s tried to keep his activities out of the way for a bit of time now.
Skills: He’s actually got a pretty delicate touch when it comes to making models, and he’s a decent archer. Living alone also means he’s a decent cook and housekeeper.
Weaknesses:
Probably fairly obvious, but stealth isn’t even a remote possibility for MB when his powers are active. Everything within several kilometers will know he’s around, and probably see it soon enough if he ramps up.
Beyond his heightened durability and powerful destructive capacity, MB’s pretty much a regular, if fit, human. Without explosions to amp up his punches, he hits just as hard as someone his size. He’s a decent runner, got ok reflexes, and an alright head on his shoulders.
His power has a somatic component which means he can’t do much if paralyzed or otherwise unable to move. Physical restraints tend to be lacking as rearing his head back is enough to utilize his Explosive Roar. A blink isn't enough to trigger Everything Explodes, generally he uses a hand gesture.
Anything that touches MB’s bare skin becomes immune to his generated explosions for an equal amount of time. A crafty opponent who slips their hands under his layers of clothing, like a damn pervert, would be safe from his explosions for however long they made contact with MB. It’s also why his clothes don’t disintegrate every time he fights.

Akira lets his presence, or perceived lack thereof, to speak about him. He has no problem in conversing with people, as he is known to belittle and berate those who defiantly stand against him. His demeanor is a very calm one, some even describe it as a "poker-body", since he rarely slips any gestures or twitches that would reveal his mental status. He shows confidence in his own skills, but never succumbs to arrogance.

Undergoing intensive training since infancy, Akira focused on his innate agility and flexibility to become one with the shadows and strike with maximum efficiency when opportunity would arise. Even though his endurance and strength are notable traits, he prefers to keep himself away from head-on combat and instead rely on subtle tactics of subversion, dominating his foes with the help of his intelligence and underhanded techniques. Following a fateful encounter with a notable nemesis, Akira suffered debilitating wounds that had rendered him a cripple, thus, his talents seemed to have been cultivated for naught.
That until his employer offered to replace his lost limbs with bionic ones, and augment his biological frame with state-of-the-art implants to enhance his physical abilities, as well as offering a nearly sentient A.I.-driven user interface. His initial physical prowess had been multiplied sevenfold due to artificial musculature lining his new frame, several layers of carbon nanotube weaving offering him light-weight protection from most physical attacks, while all electronics were coated with insulating materials to avoid malfunctions resulting from electromagnetic pulses or high amp/voltage electrical shocks. He is also capable of generating an EMP blast in a rather limited range.
In essence, he relies on psychological warfare to weaken his combatants before engaging in melee combat, where he uses his speed to wither down his foes until the eventual collapse; he can take quite a beating too, but nothing extraordinary here, as most of his body is machine.
Weapons:
- A pair of custom-made Sai, rather bulky in size, made from durable steel, which are in fact expandable batons with a deployed length of two feet (60 cm), featuring tungsten carbide-laden tip and pommel.
- An experimental, custom forged Ko-Katana made from a combination of titanium (although very tough, it is soft in nature, thus it is used as the core and spine of the blade) and tungsten carbide (very hard and rather brittle material, the very reason why it is used only for the edge and tapered tip of the blade).
- Smoke grenades

Fighting Style:
RED prefers to take advantage of his inhuman speed to overwhelm his foes with constant pressure. For most of his fights, he prefers to use his Sai for the traumatizing, blunt impact, favoring the potential of breaking and crackin bones, tenderizing muscles, pop veins and arteries, and split skin open. He includes hand-to-hand combinations in the mix too, kicking like a bulldozer at the rate of jackhammer and slamming fists and elbows with the determination of a sledgehammer.
If push comes to shove, he will put away his Sai and draw his blade. At this point, Akira is no longer considering the scuffle an amusing game to undermine his opponent; he will strike to kill. His sword combinations come at a slower pace, calculating his slashes and lunges in a fluid display of kenjutsu mastery.
When in the dark, the game changes dramatically. He will set up traps, startles, he will even pelt the target with shurikens. When his hidden presence is acknowledged, he will taunt, intimidate, berate as he sees fit and until he is satisfied.
Signature Moves:
Lights out - Akira uses the darkness to his advantage to input the first strike, but not before he had withered the mental status of his opponent. If he can lower the light conditions, he will cut electricity, break lights, cover windows, do whatever necessary to create deep, dark shadows for him to lurk in. This move exploits the advantages the terrain/area offers him, and he will not shy away from using this advantage to gain the upper hand.
Sore surprise - He will fight with his Sai in their undeployed form most of the times, but as a surprise factor, he will launch the expandable interlocking rods to full length to gain tremendous amounts of reach over his foe.
EMP Release - Self explanatory, it takes a lot of his mental fortitude to output and recharge.
Primal Instincts Suppression - Technology has reached to the point where artificial limbs are able to perfectly substitute the lost ones, with a complete set of sensors for tactile, temperature, pressure, pain and proprioception sensations. Akira is able to shut down his pain sensors and inhibit the fear of pain to drive him towards more risky maneuvers and tactics, willing to put himself into greater dangers to achieve his goals. He will resort to this ability only when he is confident that it will be effective against his opponent.
Overclock - All inhibiting neurological pathways are shut down, full power goes into the advanced muscle work that engorges under the protective layers of light armor and his brain sinks in a sea of forcefully released adrenaline. RED enters a berserk-like state with his entire body, where he is in a complete disregard for his own survivability by dropping all of his defenses and take on a highly aggressive, full-bore, bare-knuckle, rough'n'raw offense to raze all those who brought him in such a desperate state. It is safe to assume that whatever biological material is left in him will be strained by the unnatural modifications and may even drop into shock afterwards.
History:
Records about him are somewhere around one paragraph long, his origins unknown and intentions undecipherable. His criminal record in Megatropolis is absolutely clean, yet, one may never know what atrocities this individual had accomplished elsewhere. The only important hint about his past activities was the name of the employer Akira worked under for a little over ten years: Plan-Zero Security Enforcer LLC, a private military company known to have conducted shady operations in key, conflict-struck locations. There are some medical records about him having to undergo extensive reconstruction and artificial organ transplants, where his name is evidenced; yet, his date of birth still marked as classified information even there.
Due to his affiliation with Plan-Zero, most believe it is safe to assume that Akira is a very dangerous individual, especially since his slate is completely clean; sure, there is enough room there to fill with villainous acts, there may be files about him in other places, but it is suspected that due to his highly inconspicuous nature there is no record of him doing anything at all.
Skills:
Akira is a computer whiz, capable of cracking low-to-mid grade security protocols. He is decent at riding motorcycles and enjoys cooking, even though he has never been caught eating anything.
Weaknesses:
He is limited by having no magical or ki-induced abilities, due to the fact that most of his body had been replaced by cybernetics, but also due to him not being very keen about the whole matter of controlling energy like so. While his suit is durable, Akira folds like paper when faced against raw physical strength. He is known to never express his fatigue, but that doesn't mean he won't be experiencing exhaustion at some point.
Nemesis:
The White Knight - old grudges resurface as the two will acknowledge each other's presence in B-District. The obvious rancor between the two is something that has been forged a long time ago, enough for it to become a very personal issue.
Story Arc Ideas:
- Stashes and deliveries of Neuropozyne (a selective immunosuppressant drug used by patients that suffer from systemic artificial limb/implant rejection) had been ritualistically stolen and compromised by some entity. Hospital resources are growing scarce in B-district at an alarming rate, something has to be done about it.
