One of the guards appeared to sigh and went to Kiiros, automatically knowing he wouldn't listen, and grabbed his arm pulling him to the wall. It was the same guard that lead him to the exam table. Once Kiiros was lined up next to Katherin and Veronica, the guard proceeded to remove the cuffs. Kiiros winced when he felt some skin being pulled away from the ice cold cuffs and stared at the charred mess that was under them. The guard lingered a bit and left for a moment, coming back with one of the doctors, who took a look at his wrists. "A reaction to the cold, much like the chief assumed would happen. Looks like dead skin, may have to be surgically removed later." Kiiros didn't like the idea of surgery, but this reaction has happened to him before last Winter. He didn't like it. The guard and doctor returned to their jobs, giving Kiiros the chance to take a close look at the skin. It was slightly bloody and looked like some kind of severe burn. 'But heat doesn't affect me... maybe it's frost bite?'.
