"He is actually fine right? His flame didn't go out like a charazard or something?" Veronica took a brief brake from laughing to witness the cooled-off hot-head.

"AAAAAAH!!" Kiiros was literally screaming, it hurt so bad. It might as well have been the opposite of a brazen bull. His body temperature of 48 degrees C is no joke, it's hard enough to last in room temperature when he hasn't had exposure to sun in a long time. He frantically headed to the ledge not even caring about the ice cutting him like shards of glass. He only just got his upper body on the ledge to climb out before he finally passed out and slipped under the water.

Well that is not good. "If somebody can get him up here I can heal him and get some heat back in to him." Veronica said getting slightly serious.

After the laughing and humor, things took a turn for the worse as he saw that the water was ice cold to the point that Kiiros passed out and went under.

Hesitating for a moment and thought for a moment if he should or not, Wes made up his mind. "Shit....*sigh* I'll get him..." He said to V as he jumped into the freezing water to retrieve him. After a few seconds, Wes body started to adapt, changing his physiology into that of marine life. Gaining gills, webbing, and a body that can handle the temperature, Wes dived further to get Kiiros and grabbed him upon reaching him, bringing him up on the ledge and out of the water. Wes did get cut a little but that didn't matter as someone's life was at stake.

Yeah Kiiros deserved it and was going to get teased for this, but it was a sight to see.

Veronica knelled down and began to manipulate the light from around her. She used some X-Rays to try to agitate his cells enough for heat and used infrared to heal his weakened body, this all made by harder by the max setting cuffs she had on.

Red eyes snapping open with fear, Kiiros quickly sat up, glancing at Veronica and then Wesley as if piecing together what just happened. He had some black patches on his skin which looked much like the ones on his wrists. The result of his skin dying due to prolonged or extreme cold, along with multiple scratches from the ice. He saw the water and immediately panicked, back-pedalling as far away from it as possible before clumsily getting up and running off to find some source of heat, not even bothering to say anything the whole time.

"I could heat you some more if you come back you idiot! Meh, some time to rest anyway, all this leading ad helping is tiring!" Veronica rolled over and lay on the floor.

Once Wes himself got out the water, his body shifted to his normal self as he was Watching V helping Kiiros and witness Kiiros waking up and freaking out. He looked at V and turned his head seeing Kiiros run off somewhere "Guess I'll screw with him later....i guess he'll be fine."

Kiiros was off near the doors by the guards, practically hugging a heater.

Katherin looked at the course uncertainly. Acid would damage her wings and the ice would make it impossible to fly for awhile. Still she was pretty sure that she wouldn't make it that far. But she worried what could be in the other sections of water. Her wings were very delicate. If they were damaged she would be in serious trouble. "I don't think I want to go through this."

"You'll be fine. If the worst comes to worst, I can just heal you...may need some time on that though."Veronica trying to give encouragement while on the brink of passing out.

Looking down at Veronica as Katherin was about to go "You need some help?"

"I'll be fine, just need some rest. Though some of the energy given off by various -kenesis could go a long way." She muttered to Wes.

Averting his eyes away before switching back "like what?"

"The heat and light they give off can be used to heal and recover." Veronica rolled over to the wall and nodded off to sleep.

Katherin took a deep breath. Might as well get this over with. She made her way to the course. She jumped through the steps easily. Her wings helped her keep balanced. Her confidence went up a little when she made it through the first obstacle. Maybe she could do this. Of course the first one was easdy the next one wouldn't be. The folded her wings against her body as she approached the salmon ladder.

James let out a yawn as he watched the others go through the obstacle course, though he did find a few of the fails amusing. He watched as Katherin went through, curious to see if he could actually make it through.

Katherin jumped as high as she could. It was hard because she was used to using her wings. She managed to grab the bottom rung. She closed her eyes. She was terrified of falling. She couldn't spread her wings without hitting the frame. She held on for a minute before she tried to swing up the second one. She made good progress. Better then she thought she would do. But when she reached the last rung her hand slipped and she fell.

Wes looked on at Katherin while she was trying to handle the salmon latter "I can imagine those wings giving her hell..." he thought to himself as the girl was trying to get pass that obstacle.

Veronica was getting her first bit of sleep in possibly over a day.
